In the past, we made a complaint on this platform where we mentioned that rohan mehta and samron jude were in debt to us (Sutrahr) by 1.15 lakhs, for our hiring services rendered in 2017.

We wanted to seek advice from our industry’s social circle, which is why we posted our complaint on this platform.
After a lot of follow-ups and multiple postings on social platforms, these two guys agreed to clear the amount. But on one condition and that was if we take down all our social media postings. Once all the posts are down, only then they would pay us 1.15 lakhs. We deleted all postings from every other platform. However, we are unable to delete our previous complaint we posted here. This consumer complaints portal isn’t letting us delete our previous complaint. Due to the same, our payment is incomplete. Although we marked that complaint as “resolved” and even left a comment in the reply section, that isn’t enough to complete the transaction. Rohan and samron won’t pay us until the complaint is taken down completely.
Thus, we aren’t left with any other option but to post this complaint against consumer complaints. Because of their feature, we are unable to take down a complaint that has been resolved from our end, and this is the only reason to the incomplete transaction.
Please help us so that we can somehow take that complaint down and receive our payment as soon as possible.
