विषय :- घर के सामने नाली में पानी भरा होने की शिकायत।

महोदय,

बड़े खेद के साथ मै नरेंद्र नाथ सिन्हा, १०४a /230a रामबाग का निवासी आप को अवगत करता हु। की हमारे घर के आगे नाली में पानी भर्राहट है जिसका कारण घर के बगल में माकन नंबर १०४a/२३0 b रामबाग में निर्माण के द्वारान पानी निकासी की नाली को तोड़ा जाना तथा माकन निर्माण का मलबा सड़क में ही पड़ा रहना है। इसके लिए हमने सफाई नायक श्री बाबु सिंह से कई बार कह चुके है। और मोके पर उनको दिखा भी चुके है। लेकिन उन्होंने भी कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की। अतः आप से निवेदन है की सफाई कराने का कष्ट करे और साथ में सफाई कर्मी और सफाई नायक पर उचित कार्यवाही करते हुए स्वछ भारत अभियान की गरिमा बांये रखेI

Hello sir i am living at naramau, near das petrol pump. I am complaining about my neighbour that he did not make drain water. His drain water is flowing from front of our house. I told many times to make that but owner of that house and tenant did not listen. I have a bad smell near our house. Kindly help me. I can never forget your kindness. Thanks you

Dear consure compaints,

I had wrote couple of times to your customer care to remove the complaint which i had posted in consumer complaints forum. They have asked me couple of questions before removing the complaint, for which i have replied back them. But still there is no action taken.

Please do address this concern and provide an option to the user either to keep or remove the post once its got resolved.

Hello sir/madam, i want to know this garbage collection door to door by kanpur nagar nigam itne rahasyamaye tarike se kyo ho raha hai because jabbhi garbage collection ke bare main koi complaint karni ho to nagar nigam kehta hai ki ye kam gtn ko de rakha hai yani apna palra jhad deta hai aur jab gtn ke bare main kuch jankari chahi to wo milti nahi, please tell me ye gtn kon va kaha hai so that i can complain about garbage collection etc.

Maanniya ji maine complaints kiya tha ki babu purwa colony kidwai nagar kanpur house no 329/4 gali roads par ganda pani faila hua hai apne bina karwai na dekhne tak to aaye nahi apne kis bina par complaints ko resolved dikha diya hai. Yadi aapka board wahi se baithe 2 problem resolved karta hai to is forum ki kya jarurat hai. Yadi apse nahi hota to bata phir is sammaysa cm yogi ji se baat karu ki aise board apne banaya hai jo kuch kaam to karta nahi hai. Three days after i speak to cm yogi ji.

Manniya mahodaya ji babu purwa colony kidwai nagar kanpur house no.329/4 ke samne rode par sewage main line blocked hone ke karan manehole ka dirty water overflow ke karan pore road par sewage ka pani bhar gaya hai kai complaint karne par bhi koi samadhan nahi hua hai.
Mahodya hamari is samasaya par dhyan dete hua jitne jaldi ho sake utni jaldi samsya ka samadhanj kraya.

Dear sir,
I live in 8/48 a arya nagar kanpur near panchwati apartment in a small 10 foot gali right side to the apartment. Here in my gali we are facing cleaniless issues a lot. Firstly the street dogs are ruining our living. These dogs are collecting garbage and creating mess in the gali along with their own wastes. The sweeper is not cleaning the gali properly and do not wait for people to come and throw their household garbage. As a result people throw wastes in packets which these dogs tear and make the gali dirty. Also they kill animals and we have to smell the dead animals. This is making us sick. Please take these dogs away from us.

The sweeper in our area name MAHESH has very misbehaving in nature, even today when we said to pick up the garbage from the road properly he had thrown all other garbage that he had picked and even said that where ever you want to complain you can complain. I can also give proof of this statement as 2-3 more peoples of our society were there at that time. Sir this problem is very serious he never listen to us nor he come regularly for the sweeping the streets, please sir look forward to my complain.

Garbage collector in our society of keshav nagar asks for monthly money...
He collects money from us and did'nt gives reciept even...
He comes for garbage collection for jst 7 to 9 days every month and does'nt even properly collects garbage just whistles once and immidiately moves
He says that if we will not pay him money monthly, he will not take our garbage...
And even after giving money he will not take garbage regularly...
Sir please help us on this matter
Proper disposal of garbage is very nessessary... And due to which we unable to dispose the garbage of our house please help...

Sir, please visit on said road and See the evergreen Dusty & damaged condition of it. Sometimes patchwork have been done but with Mud/soil which made the Life Horrible of the Resident and travelers. Two in number constructions in between the road made the journey more Dangerous. Everyday number of accident occurred with fetal injury. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I am facing a big problem.
Hamaray ghar kay saamnay ki nali 6 din say gandeygi say bhari hui hai jis say gahar kay saamnay paani bhara rahtaa hai aur sweeper sunta nahi aur na supervisor
So please us may gandagi bahanay waalo per aur safaai.
Karamchari per kaaravai ker samasya ka nidan karay mahan daya hogi.

I am Manish Tiwari. I live in I block h.no. 632 gujaini.
In my locality, its been about 1 week when the garbage collector appeared last. There is no other alternative to dump the garbage.

The nearby people have already started dumping their garbage alongside the road.

This is a very unhealthy practice and not at good for the environment as well as health of the localites.

Kindly arrange some garbage collector for this area.

Sir apse nivedan hai ki plz hamari samsya sune hamare ghar ke bahar nali me jal bharav bhaut hai aur uski nikalne ka koi rasta nhi hai jiski wajah se bahut problem ho rhi hai machar kire ho rhe aur uski vjh se har week ghr ka sewer bhi bhrne lga hai. I live in 117/294 O Block Geeta Nagar, Kanpur Ward-63 infront of Raamleela ground.Park bhi bahut ganda rehta hai sab tarf garbage hai, mohalle ki naliyo ki safaayi krte hi nhi hai karmchaari.Road side and footpath in front of my house is remain, full of garbage, lot of pig dispose.sweeper deputed in this area is not cleaning this stretch, and asking for extra money if this stretch is to keep clean . I have complained and persuaded to the authority and officers concerned but all in vain . This lot of dirtiness is polluting the whole area and causing viral diseases now and then .
Please direct the authority /officers to arrange regular cleaning/sweeping of this area without demanding extra money .Also arrange to depute cattle catching team to all roaming pigs which are responsible for dirtiness in this stretch.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Our neighbours keep burning waste, leaves and plastic regularly inspite of our repeated requests to not to burn them and create air pollution. We face a lot of breathing problem and suffocation even after closing the windows. Also the waste that comes on burning enters our home and spreads everywhere. They have also burned the plants and trees planted in our home by this burning. We have requested them many times to not to do this but they do not pay heed to our requests.

Such miscreants who pollute the environment, disturb an create problems for others should be penalised and punished. We therefore, request you to take immediate and effective steps to stop this nuisance and air pollution as it effects our health and punish the offenders.

We have faith in the law of our country and hence are waiting for quick and effective action.

Dear Sir, I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the garbage storage container is not available so people always throw his garbage near main road J.K.Colony, Jajmau, Near Saraswati Shishu Mandir (Baalghar School) Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
We have verbally complained several times to the concerned authorities but to no avail. There is no any garbage storage container and we are therefore facing lot of problem since long time. We therefore request you to please do the needful as early as possible and oblige.

I anurag rawat live in house no. 211 naya shyam nagar naubasta kanpur third gali from chaturbadi building, the collection of garbage from my street had not been since 15 to 20 days. I meet collection wala he is coming next to my street then he told me that his supervisor (Mr. Sukla) told to collect garbage upto that street only. Sir kindly take remadical action then we can take a part of swach bharat aabhiyan

Regular increase in mosquitoes on roads
while driving, rising bike it is becoming more difficult to go on roads of kanpur as very small sized mosquitoes are growing that sticks on skin and some of the skin infections are growing
hence its a request to nagar nigam that kindly "do" regualr mosquito repelent speys like last year . hope that m complaint will be noticed

Dear Sir, I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the repair of a hand pump which is not working since a long time.This hand pump is located J.K.Colony, Jajmau, Near Saraswati Shishu Mandir (Baalghar School) Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
We have verbally complained several times to the concerned authorities but to no avail. There is no other public water source available in the locality other than this hand pump and we are therefore facing lot of problem since it broke down. We therefore request you to please do the needful as early as possible and oblige.

Making of drain line and Road of Ranapratap Nagar, Vinayakpur, Kanpur-208019 is underway. Contractor has already broken the both side drain line of Road, approx. 20 days ago and disappeared . Now the dirty water is accumulating in broken drain lines, creating the bad smell and insects, which have made the life miserable . If drains lines and road are not made immediately, condition will further worsen and invite diseases in the summer season. Kindly look into the matter and instruct the contractor to finish the work immediately.
