After I registered my complaint against Paytm through this portal, immediately with few seconds I got call from numbers like[protected], and the person asked my bank card number and then again another call from[protected] . After that from paytm registered number alnd line call has come and the person claimed that they will resolve issue within 5hrs.I want to request the website to kindly remove my cell number from th ewebsite so that i dont get fraud calls like that.

आप से विनम्रतापूर्वक आग्रेह है, क़ी 15 अगस्त से नगर निगम 'डोर टू डोर' कूड़ा कलेक्शन का काम फिर से शुरू किया गया था. लेकिन नगर निगम के संविदा कर्मचारी बीते दो मह से नहीं पहुंचें इसलिए सभी घरों में कूड़ा जमा है साथ-साथ मार्गो में कूड़ा जमा है जब कार्यालय में पूछताछ किया, तो कहा नगर निगम का कांट्रैक्ट समाप्त हो गया है जब संविदा कर्मचारी के ऑफिस से बात की तो पता चला गार्बेज कलेक्शन का काम प्राइवेट हो रहा है नगर निगम का कांट्रैक्ट समाप्त हो गया है

संविदा कर्मचारी पूछताछ किया तो वह मार्गो में कूड़ेदान उपलब्ध नहीं होना और बताया कूड़े का निस्तरण नहीं होने दिया जाता है हम लोग कूड़े को अलग अलग जगह पर फेक देते है और कभी कभी मारा भी जाता हु। हमारी गली का कर्मचारी हम लोगो से 30 रूपय एडवांस लेकर भाग गया है।

अब आप से हम सभी अनुरोध कर रहे हैं शीघ्र से शीघ्र 'डोर टू डोर' कूड़ा कलेक्शन का काम पर कार्रवाई करें या निगम के संविदा कर्मचारी से कलेक्शन का काम चालू करi दे।

हम सभी, जो डॉ मंजीत स्कूल वाली गली मे रहते आपके बहुत अभारी होगे.

On-line complaint was registered couple of days back, but with no result till date. I, once again, request you to please take immediate necessary action in this regard as there is great risk of theft or accidents due to darkness all around.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i am franchisee owner of bachpan school at krishna nagar, kanpur near ram vatika marriage lown. I am suffering from encroachment in front of my school gate by a panchar wala (Cycle repairing shop) from 2011, basically he encroached here before long time. But when we started our franchisee i hear lots of complaint from wards parents. They all the workers of the shop pass comments, talking in vulgar language at all the time. I personally talk to them several times but they don't listen me.

This is too much. That's why i want to let you know. Please don't open our name otherwise we will in get in problem.

Please remove them & their shop infront of the gate and make penalty also.

Do the needful in this matter.

Dear sir,

Our office (fides chemicals and commodities pvt ltd) is situated at 84/246 - 1, afim kothi, g.t. road kanpur - 3. the said premises is between amar trading company petrol pump (cng pump) and local whisky shop. it is really difficult to enter inside the lane as it keeps stinking due to urine, drainage water and stool of people and animals. one can never manage to stand there and coz of smell and mosquitoes all around. the worst part is that the area doesn't have even a drainage system as the same is choked from past 7-8 years.

There are all possible chances of getting trapped in decease due to mosquitoes and environment. we have contacted the officials several times in past few months but no action has been taken by them. for cleanliness, they just assure us that they will get it done but zero efforts are taken from their end. while we talk about the drainage, they have just one excuse that the officials and staff are not aware about the drainage pipe as the same is not available in the old map of drainage.

We request you all to take proper action so that the issue is resolved.

In our area there is no cleanliness. Also there is a cow death which is releasing foul smell but no one has come to get it cleaned either from the nagar nigam or municipal coordination.

Yesterday evening a Fogging vehicle of Kanpur Nagar Nigam (UP-77 AN 0410) came for Fogging in my Area (MIG-36, SBI Colony, Barra-3, Janta Nagar, Kanpur-208027), but when I asked them to Fogging at corner end of the road as every time that area remains uncovered or untouched they bluntly refused and used some inappropriate words, when I asked his name he told his name is "Raju" and he is a private employee and not my servant,
I m very disheartened to see his behavior, every time he said I m here only because of "Sabhasad" else he would not be here.

I don't know what will be the reciprocation or effect of this mail, but it's the first time when I m writing a mail on social issue, hope this will be responded.

I sent u a mail against bestdealtv and as i submitted my complaint at once i got a call that i m from best deal tv please give me your debit card no we will give you refund through debit car i was surprised that refund through debit card then i ask him how much refund you will send but he had no answer and he diconnected the phone i then realized i mailed you but did not tell you about refund amount so this happened becoz o[censored]r site only contact no was [protected] now pl go through it

This is to inform. That the incharge of our area is just sleeping and enjoying the govt perks and the people over here are suffering from dengue and broken roads all around garbage lying as if it is there sine birth no action has been taken ever

I had recently registered a complaint at consumer complaints for a complaint regarding to OYO. Very next day I receive call from multiple number regarding the filing of the complaint. One number [protected] ( Told the his name is Rahul Kumar Sharma). He asked my ATM details and told me he will refund the amount to my debit card. I tried playing into his actions. After some time I received a OTP for transcation to my mobile. This person calls me again to know the OTP. This is when I got anxious and started questioning his intent. At this point he became abusive.
I receive multiple calls from other numbers enquiring about the OTP. Meanwhile he again called me to send a message from my registered number to another number which was intended to change the ATM pin. K
Kindly be vary of such instances. CC.in i thought was a genuine forum for people to raise their complaints to get appropriate number. This is being used as a platform to cheat people.

I am a resident of 106/73 "ka" gandhi nagar, kanpur. My complaint is against a safai karamchari named babulal who cleans garbage in our area. On many occassions i have noticed that he burns garbage which is illegal and a punishable offence. The toxic fumes enter our homes and affect our childrens and our health. However, when i tried to explain this to him, he became angry and abused me a couple of times. He even told me mind my own business and dared me to do whatever i want.

Sir, this kind of an attitude is not good and it sets a bad trend. The safai karamcharis feel they can blackmail us by threatning to go on a strike or gather in groups at our home and give us mental torture.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and take action against babulal, since he has threatened dire consequences against me.

Here's always collect so much garbage in vacant plots and on the side of roads so please remove these garbage from here and also set a dustbin on the sides of road for cleaness.
If it's possible so remove this till the 2 nd october..

Main aapko apni or gaon walon ki samashyaon se avgat karana chahta hun. Mera gaon mawaiya nagar nigam zone 2 k antargat aata hai. Kai bar jal bharaw or nala safai k liye likhit complain zonal officer krishna nagar ko diya gaya lekin upyukt samasyaon ka samadhan nhi hua. Mawaiya primary school k pass kai logo dwara nali ka ganda pani sadak (Road) per bahaya ja raha hai. Jiske karan sadak mein gande pani ka bharaw ho gaya hai jisse aneko prakar ki bimariyan (Dangue, malariya, ensephelytis, dyria) fail rahi hai. Or gaon ki main sadak ka kataw ho gaya hai. Atah aapse anurodh hai ki is jan samasya ko gambhir roop se lete huye avilamb survey kara kar nistaran karne ki kripa kare.

महोदय सादर अवगत करना है कि लखनपुर सोसाइटी की गायत्री पार्क के सामने से मानस विहार गेट न 2 तक पूरी सड़क की सभी खम्भों की लाइट्स ख़राब हो गईं हैं जिससे पूरी सड़क पर घना अँधेरा रहता है जिससे ब्रद्ध लोगों को सड़क पर चलने में अत्यंत कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है साथ ही पूरी सड़क पर अँधेरा होने के कारन अपराधी तत्वों का भी जमावड़ा लगा रहता है जिस कारण स्थानीय नागरिकों की सुरक्छा को भी खतरा रहता है. अत आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया उक्त सडक पर लगे सभी खम्भों की लाइट्स ठीक कराने की कृपा करें. धन्यवाद

I am shalini bharti, a resident of 421-ews double storey barra-2 kanpur, pin code - 208027. For 2 years i am facing a garbage collection problem which is thrown by my neighbours and localities besides my house. Actually there is a ground which is attached with my house. So my society think that this ground is a garbage house and they throw their garbage all around. Due to this my house is become like a garbage and there is a lane which is also blocked for these garbage. When we prevent them that not to throw their garbage there then they are trying to quarrel/dispute with my family. Literally now i'm tired to prevent them and we are facing a lot of problem for this. It also leads to serious disease like malaria and dengue in the area.
So i am requesting you to please take a quick action as soon as possible.

We would like to inform regarding subjectes lines as capturing the foothpath area by businessman form out side of lacality and the same is possible with the help of oposite side market holder with their decided illegal income as rent from that business man which are located on foothpath area.
Pls check the image deeply as right side of footpath area that is also captured by illegally as non-permanent/tactor type shop.
We all are again requesting you to take a necessary action and maintain a legal notice in footpath area to avoid thease type of problem in future.
