I Nitin Desai am raising this complaint on behalf of my society ie. Madhujeevan Coop Housing Society 15th Lane Prabhat Road, Pune-411004. I happen to be the secretary of this society.
For the last 1 week or so we are facing issues of Low water pressure in my society. Normally we get corporation water supply to the 3rd floor of our society. But since last 1 week there are issues of the pressure & we aren't able to receive the same. Infact yesterday night there wasn't any water in our society ground level tank.
So i request to concerned authorities to address this issue asap. I have also raised this matter today with Mr Khaire of the water supply dept of Ghole road office on phone.
So also wanted to upload this complaint as well.
Hoping your immediate attention on this crucial matter.

The purpose of writing this letter to you is to file a complaint about garbage disposal near Aditya Breeze Park society, Near Pearl building, Dasara chowk Balewadi.

I regret to bring to your kind notice that the lot of garbage lying near backside gate of ABP society which causing a bad smell and increased number of flies.

The condition is becoming worse day by day. It becomes worse when it rains.

If the same condition prevails for few more days then there will be a chance of spreading diseases.

We must maintain cleanliness in our locality. Our children suffer the most!

Therefore, It's my humbly request that the same may kindly be cleaned ASAP so that we can have a normal life soon.

Dear officers

This is to complain regarding the leakage of water supply & overflow of drainage which is continuous in the building “Yug Plaza” near Joshi Wadewale, Shivajinagar, Pune in which Hotel Manas Satara is located. It is very much near to the PMC building itself. Nature of the problem is as described below:

Problem: In the parking below Hotel Manas Satara, there is continuous water logging. This is a place of mosquito breeding & causing a lot of diseases like dengue, malaria, chikungunya & others.

Background:

1. There is a continuous leak of the drinking water supply line to Hotel Manas Satara. Although PMC officials have been attributing its location in the area of the building “Yug Plaza”, actually leakage of water pipeline is located in the footpath in front of hotel Manas Satara. Hence it comes under the duty of PMC to repair it.

2. Drainage from hotel Gandharv Residency, located at the back of Yug Plaza, overflows many times & adds to the water pooling below Hotel Manas Satara.

This is a big source of dangerous diseases like malaria, dengue, chikungunya & others for people like us who are staying in nearby area. Kindly take strict action & repair the water sources so that there is no water pooling below Hotel Manas Satara.

Here, I'm complaining about guruprasad colony they are working eligal construction without any permission of next to their colony, future generations will be faced fload and rain problem if this construction will be done.

The street light in the lane of Harmony Society off Nagras Road, Aundh are not functioning since very very long. I have never seen all of them functioning together.

I am a resident of rambag colony navipeth. there was pipeline work that has happened here after which there needs to be road work that needs to be amended. this includes laying of bricks cementing the area where the pipeline connections are provided to the houses.

Respected faculty member my self Ganesh Dhansingh Rajput one of our neighbour whoes name is laxmi pardeshi, since many days there drainage is leakage and water of that drainage is entering into our water tank which is situated under ground, due to which we are suffering from typhoid and jaundice like disease and this thing leads to the threat for our life, please find the attachment of the photo which shows that how the leakage water is coming out of our house wall also, please take some action as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
Streetlight in our lane, Subhashnagar lane one Shukrawar Peth Pune is not working for last six months. Please repair it on priority.

I Yogiraj Bapusaheb Chakankar want to launch a complaint agaist Mr Sandeep Balasaheb Chakankar and Mr Balasaheb kondiba Chakankar for doing a illegal construction in Dhayari garmal near my house at sr no 146/8/1 near central bank of India. There is no space left for ventilation.
They have utilised all there landspace for the construction and have opened the windows in our area. We have requested them to close those windows but they started threatening and abusing me and my family.
Its a request to the respective Authorities to look after this issue as soon as possible.

This is a request to Take dangeous Dogs away from our area Shindenagar in Bavdhan. Attached photo is of dogs which are new to the area and from last 2 months they have created ruckus. Chasing anybody including Shindenagar residents too. There are small Kids play in the area and Dogs look very aggressive are threat to the society.

Sir,

There is lot of garbage overflowing on the Punyadham Ashram Road between the Utsav Banquet Hall and D-Mart, Kondhwa Budruk. There is also a sign which shows " not to throw garbage"

The road is also narrow and it may lead to accidents as lot of vehicles and pedestrians (Children and Adults) move along it. There are lot of new buildings on this road and the traffic is also increasing.

Also there is no footpath due to the narrow width..

Kindly do the needful..

We residence staying in Shivnea Survey 85/1/19-Ahasbeen suffering from No street lights and proper road to walk since last 8 years we were assured that once our area goes in to corporation the issue will get sorted out...we are into 3rd year of corporation undertaking but still the people staying in this locality is suffering.

I went to shetriya karyala Kothrud. In the pandamic of covid there is no saftey measure taken ... People were standing close to each other .. no sanitizer was kept ... People were standing without mask ... No gurd I called trice to the people and complaint about the same... But no action was taken ... If this is the case then we are welcoming more covid patients ... Its heping in the government office...

The people who collect the garbage they collect extra money of rs 50 from each home and then to they are not collecting complete garbage and they demand more money to collect the extra garbage. Apart from that they come early morning at 5.30 am and says that we have many work at home so they come at 5.30 am they don't have any concerns about the small children my baby is 8 mnt old any they makes so much noise in the lane and they disturb the baby early morning

I am Pooja Mundhe. I live in Shri krupa housing society, Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Pune.
I have recently rented a flat here so I was unaware of the fee charged by persons who collects garbage.
So this is incidence of of last month where I was giving them my dustbin to get empty but they demanded me 60 rupees as monthly charges for giving our garbage. I denied to give them money because I know municipal corporation pays them and it's illegal to get paid twice for the same work. They also denied to take my garbage.
With due respect sir,
60 rs for a month might not be the big amount.
But please consider my following calculations.
There are around 250 houses in this Shri krupa housing society including rented flats as they charge 60rs from them as well
So
250 houses× 60 = 15000 per month
If we calculate for a year
It could be around
15000 /month × 12 month = 1, 80, 000
One lakh 80 thousands and that is big amount.
I really want this to stop.
Residents of society who wants to save money are throwing their garbage on the road. Roads were flooded were with garbage. The motto that we are keeping for cleaning the environment is not fulfilled anyway. I have attached the photos of the same.
One more note here I want to add is,
All this money is handled in cash only so that there will not be any record or proof for complaint.
I request you to look into this matter as early as possible. We sooner want them to collect our garbage for free.or if you want us to pay them then please stop their salary. We will pay then happily.
Their arrogant, corrupted nature is spoiling the environment already.
Please clean that garbage first and then do the needful in this matter.
I wanted to follow hierarchy so I am filing my complaint here.
