This is to complain regarding the leakage of water supply & overflow of drainage which is continuous in the building “Yug Plaza” near Joshi Wadewale, Shivajinagar, Pune in which Hotel Manas Satara is located. It is very much near to the PMC building itself. Nature of the problem is as described below:
Problem: In the parking below Hotel Manas Satara, there is continuous water logging. This is a place of mosquito breeding & causing a lot of diseases like dengue, malaria, chikungunya & others.
Background:
1. There is a continuous leak of the drinking water supply line to Hotel Manas Satara. Although PMC officials have been attributing its location in the area of the building “Yug Plaza”, actually leakage of water pipeline is located in the footpath in front of hotel Manas Satara. Hence it comes under the duty of PMC to repair it.
2. Drainage from hotel Gandharv Residency, located at the back of Yug Plaza, overflows many times & adds to the water pooling below Hotel Manas Satara.
This is a big source of dangerous diseases like malaria, dengue, chikungunya & others for people like us who are staying in nearby area. Kindly take strict action & repair the water sources so that there is no water pooling below Hotel Manas Satara.

Dear I am living in my own flat no 10 A3 building in mahesh paradise housing cooaperative society in 3rd floor .fellow resident Mr Vijay borse of flat no 6 has constructed a shade just below my garden facing window wall and on master bedroom wall fitted AC Exhaust belower.
There is nothing mentioned in original drawing of building by builder so it is illgal and this construction on my flats walls hence it is incrochment.
I am 79 years old senior citizen my wife 73 years with poor health. Pegion beats, bad smell is un higenic
To us, other insect like rates etc...birds are getting inside our flat because of shade. Belower making abnormal sound and throwing hot air in our flat throw window.we are not able to sleep well.
I have requested Vijay Borse to remove this illgal construction but no responce, complaint also given to chair man of society a(Mr Lokhande ) and mr Tushar (A3building repragentative)
Till now no action has been taken, Mr Borse has also thretend me for dare conciqencs .
I request that the Shade and the AC Exhaust belower should be removed immidiatly and propervrepair of the walls should be done there after.
