Last sunday we had been to see a marathi drama at the above auditorium. The condition of the chairs and the main curtain is so pathetic the the whole charm of the drama was lost. Noise of the rain water was disturbing the audience and the performers inside the auditorium. The stage light arrangements were also very bad. We as citizens of vadodara felt ashamed in front of the drama artists from mumbai.in fact they also were very unhappy with the stage. They even said that the arrangements do not match the name of sir sayairao auditorium and it is a disgrace to his name. We request you sir to look into the matter and do the needful.

I am one of the resident at jay jalaram nagar. B/h mother's school, gotri road, vadodara. Pin 390021.
I live in first row of the society. House number 114. And one of the resident park car on my side and it is big obstruction and inconvenience to my family. And few people on the street park car on public footpath. I really really appreciate that corporation take strict action against and give notice to keep vacate public footpath clear.

Hello sir, since last 15-20days the drainage water mixed with drinking water. At the time of drinking water the first 20mins. Water comes totally black/drainage water with lots of poor smell. We are not able to drink these water. We complain at ward 11, makarand desai road but they did not take any action yet. We face problem of health. Please solve it.

There is gutter line problem in our society. The gutter lines are choked up for longer time that is creating health problems for citizens.

I am fed up of a black stray dog in d-190, kashi visheshwar township, chikuwadi since a year. He litters around my house and tears away my milk packets. My little son cannot even play outside as the dog is very scary. I have to keep a man to clean this stray dogs excreta around the house.
I have made complaints earlier with vmc but no response. If there is no action taken i will kill the dog then you guys will surely come.

I am resident of jaini duplex, opp. Yash complex, near pramukhdham society, opp. Vraj venu complex, gotri road, vadodara, the gutter line in front of our society is choked up due to which drainage water is overflowing from the gutter line of all houses in our society because of back pressure from the main gutter line. It is requested to do the needful for clearing the main gutter line so that spreading of contagious diseases can be avoided. Immediate action is requested.

Dear sir, regarding cleaning of empty houses, i submitted an application at ward no-11 on 10/08/2017, first reminder i submitted on 30/08/2017 meeting in person to mr c s vasava. Who is inchargeof ward no - 11. Nearly 1 month passed nobody attended & resolved our issue. With that application i attached your circular you published in newspaper. Pl instruct your subordinate staff to resolve my issue. My humble request to you to look in to the matter personally & do-needful.

Dear sir, in purohit apartment qtr 7 n qtr no 12 using as commercial, as it is fully residential qtrs. Qtr 7 and 12 is being used as a hostel, and the students are noising late night, when we are going to stop it for that, they threatend us.
So please do the needful and please make vacant, as residential qtr cannot be used as commercial purpose. The said property owner is as big businesssman.
If complain not solved we will go gurther.

I am residing at ajwa road, vadodara. We are facing alot of traffic issues due to various cows standing on the road. Also note that alot of vehicles have been skid due to raining season and apart from that if all animals standing in between the road are causing alot of trouble. We have been complaining a lot about the gutter blockage outside our factory in makarpura gidc, vadodara bearing shed no. 8761-2 but no solution given till date. All the gutter water is entering our premises where around 125 workers are working. Because of this gutter water entering our premises and remaining there for many days, employees are falling ill and having nausea and vomitting and also lot of mosquitos are getting inside that are formed in this stale water. We have to close our factory because of this problem resulting into production loss and degrading the health of our employees. Also our material worth lakhs is damaged because of this water. We require a concrete solution for the same.

This has ref. To my earlier complaint regarding chalk up of rainwater & entering to house. Drainage is also chalkup. It is big sanitation problem.

After 30 days it is still pending. Big chances of spred of decease. Is it possible to solve or shoud be reffered to chief minister? Waiting for 3 days.

I sanjay sule a citizen of vadodara living in gulmohar west gotri wanted to complaint about the stray dogs moving in the society there are too many dogs in the society they are running after the small children and at night barking and crying & biting the people. Also they are harming the properties like cars. They sit under the car and bite the wire under it. So you are kindly requested to catch & look after the dogs. Hope you'll take the actions.

For my 2.5 yrs daughter i went to my ward offices for more than five times each time verification completed but they are not giving token before the queue starts they collects names of early comers then, as the last name collected submits application. He refuse to take more application!! I have no other sources so on 1st and 3rd saturday i stand up in line not giving my name, standing in queue, my number comes and he refuses to take application. Please change the mentality of working style.

From sardar vallabhbhai vidyalaya to waghodia ring road 7_8 rainy drainage manhole heavy damage i constantly fellow regarding this from the month june - 20017 during vacation period, at 4th of july also complain in register in word no 9 and call to mr. Parnami cell no [protected]and contractor mr. Sheth but no response and no any action take regarding this. About 60-70 times call mr parnami. But it is a very sensitive issue till all parents and students are very suffering

Street light in front of b 12 chaitanyadham society. Gidc road, alwa naka manjalpur not working since last 10 days. Request to replace the bulb/necessary repair at the earliest. It appears that bulb of street light has got fused due to contineous rain before 15 days. If there is darkness in the street, there is always fear if theft of car and bicycles. Hence urgent steps are required to replace. The fused bulb or to conduct repair of street light.

Myself Nikhil B Shah lives in B-2 Suverna Lakshmi Apartments, Near Vrundavan Bus stop, Waghodia Rd, Vadodara-390019. The application was made earlier to remove the Garbage container located at the crossing but we are still facing an issue of having the garbage accumulation near the same place which is causing serious health issues and problems like Mosquitos an rats. Kindly requesting to clear that space with all the garbage and give us the permanent solution to give us clean environment which is the biggest concern we have due to this.

Subject: Need 2 speed breakers on Waghodia- Dabhoi Ring Road in our area

I would like to bring to your notice the difficulty faced on cross road by the residents societies (Shyamal Residency, Shree Narayan Internatioanl School, Vrundavan Dham, Jalaram Nagar & manan park, Nandanvan, Mahesh Nagar and etc), which available behind and Opposite the Bharat petrol Pump on Waghodia Dabhoi Ring Road, Near Somatalav, Land Mark Baroda Life Line Hospital.
Though it is a residential area, The Waghodia Dabhoi Ring Road running between residents societies behind and Opposite the Bharat petrol Pump on Waghodia Dabhoi Ring Road, Near Somatalav, Land Mark Baroda Life Line Hospital, this is a Cross Road. A lot of heavy traffic has started moving through this area, creating problems for the pedestrians. Recently, three people died in an accident within 2years span when they were hit by a fast-moving vehicle and on and average daily 3 accident on this crossing As many commercial shops are opened in this residential area, the traffic has gone precisely high. The roads are well constructed by your dept. which is highly appreciable, but due to this vehicles are allowed to move at a speed exceeding to 40-50km/hr.
It is for this reason that I request your department to construct speed breakers in this area as soon as possible. This will definitely put a check on the speed of vehicles, apart from allowing pedestrians to move freely. Your efforts would be highly-appreciated.
