I was referring to your vmc web site for property tax detail so the i can pay the amount in time it was worst experience no details are not up loaded tax shows zero. Why your web services is so poor pl provide all the tax on your web for public convenience. Pl not how we will be able to view all the details of our house tax. Pl be serious on such issues.

Sir, my self bhavesh patel, from muktidham apartment, manjalpur, tulsidham char rasta, sir kindly clean garden garbage of our back side bungalow's garden, we told them but they couldn't, sir, they cut down thing of garden put it here on side of my home corner and always we told him but they don't listen, and sir now mosquito are also increased from this garbage, do needful, i attached photo also, do help..... We live in dwarkesh nagar, b/h mansarovar conplex, chhani. Since last 1 month we are facing problems from street dogs in our campus. Whole night these dogs are crying & barking. It is difficult for us to sleep properly.

We all are working somewhere and need to get up early in the morning.
We request to send the dog scott & oblige.

Since last two days water through Municipal supply of drinking water is highly contaminated with drainage water and is serious threat to public health in our locality i.e. Madhuvan society, vinayak rao pradhan marg, off r.v.desai road, vadodara 390001
under smart city programme this is highly discouraging and not expected
frequent drainage chocking, leakage of drainage lines in our locality is because of water and drainage lined being more than 55 years old and in dilapidated condition
immidiate action from vmss could avoid out break of epedemic

Since year 2002-03, i have purchased this property and living there and but still there is name of tenant is enter in my property, i have tried by submitting documents physically to VMC office for evidence as well requesting to check practically by two times and also one line complaint submitted but nothing is progressed. i am paying additional house tax because o[censored]nresolved complaint.

It is true that dogs are our friends but when they go wild or out of control we need to take some strong steps to stop them. Overall human being is above all. The biting of stray dogs have increased so much that they just want to attack. They even damage the vehicles parked in the parking zone. Hoping that vmc provides dog catchers in our area soon.

This complaint is regarding the road digging for gas pipe and footpath near our house and subsequent accumulation of mud, water, stones and the unattended construction materials like bricks and stones on the road. All of this is happening since last 1 month and the materials are lying unattended since last 3 months. Dear VMC i request you to look into the matter urgently as the situation is very bad and hampers day to day traffic and movement of people .

Hello everybody. With respect to your problem i would like to suggest everybody not to unnecessary waste your time in writing your complains on this [censored] site. Because the municipal guys are not even looking at it. Nobody will get response. The chart itself shows the ratio of complains resolved. Our sarkari baby's are very busy. God bless them and their family members.

I paid my house Tax (Cencus No.[protected]-020) through Net Banking on line on 01.07.2017. After successful payment I could not able to print receipt for the same. I contact on telephone to ward office -3 but they show inability for the same. Payment amount is Rs.4393/-. amount is also debited from my A/c.Please help to provide receipt.ok.

During my recent visit to sama garden between navrachna school and ayapa temple, their was one black dog which was standing inside children garden gate when i tried to keep him away from my child he started to come back to me for bitting me but due to public nearby i went away, which i found unsafe as that dog continously following me when i went outside.

Each and every dogs near garden as well any public place should be removed immediately or killed for human safty as they are dangerous and can harm human beings heavily as well kill them.

The road was dig by vadodara municipal corporation near our house at dena park society, near govindrao park, outside panigate, vadodara - ward no. 9 of vmc. After the new water pipe line was laid and was connected to the old pipe line near out house by digging about 6’length 6’breadth and about 5’deep size of ditch. After the pipe laying & connection work was over then the dig road was filled with mud. Thereafter the grouting of the long patch of the dig road was done by stones and tar only on the right side of the road but the grouting was not done on the left side in the 6’x6’ patch near out house.

Then the carpeting work on the grouted patch was done on the right side of the road and the carpeting work was not done. Thus the dig road was not grouted and carpeted on the left side (As shown marked in red in the attached file) and the grouting and carpeting work was selectively done on other side of the road. Due to the road carpeting not done near our house the waste gets accumulated on the mud which is spread on that uncarpeted patch of road. Also the ‘safai karmachari’ of vmc does not sweep that patch as there is uneven surface of mud.

Inspite of the onlilne complaint on 10-06-17 on the vmc website complaint no. #c[protected] till date the work is not done nor any of the vmc official from ward no. 9 has bothered to visit the complaint site. Also the vmc officials were contacted on their toll free number[protected] about the pending complaint but they said that they had no powers as they are only call center and they can only refer the complaint to concerned ward and if required they can again send reminder. The toll free persons were not able to provide the names of the officials and incharge of the ward no. 9 to us, hence we are not able to follow up with the concerned officials of ward no. 9 of vmc.

The vmc had though has made arrangement for complaints from the citizens of vadodara but nothing happens after lodging the complaint as till date even after the passage of 15 days the complaint is unattended. Also the online persons on toll free number are not providing the names and the email ids of the concerned officals which can be contacted for our pending complaint.

I have a complain regarding a dugged road near akashwani, divyajyot society. Couple of week back people from corporation dugged the road to sort the water pipeline matter. But after then the road was left unpatched. Now everyday on an average 2 accidents are taking place.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I am from sanidhya township, krishna park complex lane, near dabhoi dashalad bhavan, ajwa-waghodia ring road, bapod, vadodara.
Municipal corporation had done some drainage work and hence dig out the road in april'17. After their work they just filled digged road with dust & left it as it is. The road is fully damaged and had a big holes now. It seems that the work was not done properly.
The hole has increased the chances of accident & our vehicles are damaging regularly.
Also the entrance to our society had got damaged because of this digging which was not fixed once the corporation finished their drainage work. The workers before starting the work dig our society entrance saying its government work and while finishing did not closed the dig.
The work of making road again is very delayed please make new road urgently.
It is very careless work done by vmc.

Dear sir,
I had planted tree near to my house but without my knowledge and in my absent someone from my society cut and destroy all plant, which i carefully planted and i was maintaining to grow properly. I'd like to file case against the person or want to take strict action against him. Even i want to give legal notice society chief to make sure nobody can do such kind of activity because it is against law. I really go hurt due to this

I am residing in the wadi pomli faliya area.. There is a very bad conditions of road (Road starts from wadi to paniget) due to demolition work of houses and due to pending work of making dividers between the roads. Public are facing so many problems in driving due to such conditions of road. Please kindly do needful urgently in such situation before the season of monsoon starts its a humble request...

Municipal corporation had done some cable work and hence dig out the road. After their work they did close the digged road and had cemented it. But with just first rains last night the road got damaged and had a big hole now. It seems that the work was not done properly. The hole has increased the chances of accident.

The workers before starting the work dig our society entrance saying its government work and while finishing did not closed the dig hole at our entrance saying its not government work it is society work.
Please look into the matter.

Due to rain drainage work which took place a month ago corporation guys damaged our street road very badly and till today it is not repaired and we all are suffering a lot and accidents possibility are also increased. We also went to ward-office for this but no response we got. We request to repair quickly before rain started.
