My order no : [protected] / invoice number: a 33424 , date: november 03, 2017 placed at myindiashopping.com is not delivered. Also, 2 emails sent to [protected]@myindiashopping.com went unanswered. No one picks up calls to phone number given [protected]. Their online chat is always offline since "office is closed right now"... What kind of outfit is this? What should i do to close down this fraudulent business?

Its regarding a dvd/movie online shop called my india shopping based out of trivandrum. I ordered some movies around a week ago but they are not updating me the shipping/courier details. Ihave droped mails at [protected]@gmail.com. But got no response. They dont respond to my calls either ([protected]). Its been almost a week and they are not updating the shipping info though payment is made on order date itself.

I have placed an order as per the above invoice on[protected]. Got a mail confirming the order. After this there is no response from the company for the 2 mails i have sent. Using my contact in trivandrum tried to locate the office as per the address given in the net. But they were not able to locate the office. The address as per the invoice is tc 4/2 (4) vayalikada junction, kowdiar p. O trivandrum - 695003. Now i wish to get a refund for the order i have placed. Request help.

Also, i suggest that an alert should be placed for this site as i could see lot of complaints regarding them so that people would be alerted when placing orders.

Its been more than 10 days since my order. The item has not yet been dispatched. They are not replying to mails and calls. This is a serious case of fraud. The order number for the above mentioned product is [protected]

After browsing through the complaints, i was able to learn that a good number customers had similar issues with the company and majority of their problems are yet to be addressed.

I am a malayalam movie fan living in canada. I have been ordering from myindiashopping for many years without any problems. However, i placed an order for just one dvd on september 16, my credit card was charged, but the dvd was never shipped and no-one has replied to my many emails. I just want my dvd! I'm so disappointed, i'll never order from myindiashopping again : (

This website "myindiashopping.com" should be closed down immediately. It is the worst experience i have since it started online shopping. The company only seems to be collecting money from customers and not giving any services. I had ordered NINE DVD/CDs from this site ( ORDER NO. [protected] / INVOICE NUMBER: A 33161 ) on 9TH AUGUST 2017 worth Rs. 648+, but I have received only two DVDs out of Nine. I have emailed them several times with no response. Telephone calls made to them are never picked-up.

I wonder how this company is evading audits for such serious defaults. I have already lost my money and would like to spread awareness to all Indian and Overseas customers that THIS IS A FRAUD SHOPPING SITE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY GOODS FROM THEM, YOU WOULD ONLY LOOSE YOUR VALUABLE MONEY AND GET NOTHING OUT OF IT. All the customers who have given 5 star rating for this site are the website's own people.

I have lodged complaint against the company in the Government of India PG Portal.

I have ordered a set of blurays and dvds from myindiashopping site on july 4 and after two days they confirmed the order. After a week they sent the courier, but in that two discs where missing. So i tried to contact them over the phone mail and messages /watsapp. So after two days, they sent one more parcel, in that once diac was available. But still one more was missing.. So i tried to inform them regarding the same. But they stopped responding to my mail and messages. Now i lost my money and trust with the group. Please take necessary actions against this group.

I placed an order [my order no: [protected]] with my india shopping portal for purchase of 2 dvd of old telugu movies. This has been pending for over 45 days now - after payment.

1. The order was placed on 02-jun-17
2. I was asked pre-payment for the order.
3. The pre-payment was completed on 09-jun-17.

It has been 45 days since and i have no information regarding the dispatch of the order. The site just shows no information about order fulfillment.

Few quick questions on the business model of myindiashopping.
If the items were not in stock - why was it advertised on the site and why was payment sourced...
If item is in stock - then why the delay in shipping the same...

This is completely bad customer experience.

There is no info from them about my order, they never responded to emails and phone calls.. Please help me to get money back to my bank account.. This is really so fraudulent act ever,, the founder sam has to give users an explaination.. My hard earned money is lost because of this # site,,, sam u [censored]eater never responded to my phone calls my emails... Atleast refund i[censored] dont have a dvd

This is a fraud website where people being collected money and products are not getting dispatched.

They gave order number also to everyone. But Google please block this website or remove it from Google search.

Summary: I ordered movie DVDs on June 10, after 10 days got information that your invoice being generated, so was waiting but they are just making money by having this website. Google please block this website. Save consumers please.

I have ordered a book (Set of 3) named "english gurunathan" from this website on 8-5-2017 and till now i did't received the order. The order cost was rs 894 /- and order no. Is [protected].
When i try to contact via email they are not replying. The phone no. Given on the website is also fake. I tries to track the order and it always stats "under process". Refund option is also not available on the website. I need my order/money (Refund) as soon as possible.

I have ordered a documentary movies through their my india shopping website on 23/8/16.
And paid through online with courier charges, until now i haven't received the product. Several times i had contacting their customer service number, nowadays they stopped receiving calls from my number.

I have created an order with the online web store myindiashopping.com on 03-mar-2017 for two books with order id [protected]. I have used net banking to pay the order. After that i have not got any information from them on this order. When i try to track online, it always shows it is in process. When i try to call them on the contact number [protected], they don't pick up the call. I have sent multiple emails to their customer care id [protected]@myindiashopping.com, but did not receive any response. Could you kindly help? I can provide any other information if required.

Now I want refund for this order as these people seem to be scamsters, as per other users' complaints.

Hi My YosXXXXX KXXXXX I placed an order on 6 September 2016 Still i didnt Received packet then i contacted Customer care through email even they are not answering as well I requested to everyone please dont buy anything from this fake website. Two orders placed. Both have not come. It has not even been sent. Mailed them 4 times. Still no response. Very bad customer service. Used to be a regular guest. But I dont think I will ever order here again. If not providing the goods, I want the refund. Not even picking up the calls. I am from Canada and placed an order on November 5, 2016. It is now January 1 2016. I've had no information on where my items are or any returns to emails including one to ([protected]@gmail.com) that is who got the money.

I will be taking legal action to have this place shut down. I've already been speaking to credit card providers. I just wanted to alert the public as these guys will not get away with this especially since we're going to track down who is the owner through the money transfer.
