I have registered lots of complaint to you by mail and consumer form"my india shopping" every time to avoid customer problem that you have not delivered order...

"you have harassed me with a mental torture"

"i have no any option to take action against you and your website myindiashopping"

1st i will register f. I. R. Against you, my nearst police station after that i will send a copy of f. I. R. To your nearest police station and also send google
I have collected many complaint against you and personally in contact with... They called you and your website is a fraud

After that i will file a legal case in cosumer court against you and your website, how are you cheating with innocent customers with mental harassment... A case against you 'mental harassment and other things...
Every time you have to attend the case date come to in faridabad (Haryana)

Last... If you not deliver my order, return my money back as soon as possible otherwise

If i filed a f. I. R. And legal case against you...

No one can help you incluging me

My name is sandeep katariya. I have placed my order 24th nov. 2016 for 2 audio cd's alisha chinai made in india and soniyaa. Unfortunately after 10 days i haven't received any cd's till date... Why?

Now a days every shopping site give u next day delivery and day after delivery and 3 working days delivery all over in india. Recently i ordered one audio cd in evening and i received my order day after afternoon from mumbai, very nominal charges.

I couldn't understand why are you people providing this kind of service for customers.

You could better tell me that in future how could i buy another shopping in your website and company. Please tell me the clear picture...

Hence please provide facility for pick up the return product urgent basis at delivery address and refund rs.330/- to my a/c which is used at the time of payment method, please treat as urgent.
Also please do not make this mistake in future.

I have ordered for an DVD & ACD ( Order No. [protected]) in online and made the payment using debit card.but while i recived the goods.its observed that there is only DVD in the pack and it is stated in the invoice that ACD is out of stock and refund has been issued..
But even after 15 days i don't receive any refunds, u tried to contact many times in phone and send e-mails but no reply is obtained from part of Mayindiashopping.i belive this is a clear case of cheating

I had orders dvds having order no : [protected] / Invoice number: A ​25022​, dated: September 01, 2016... Its been 2 months and still my order hasnt been dispatched.. they donot reply to any of the mails either.
the amount of 872/- was transferred online through net banking.its been more than ten to fifteen mails that we have sent from our side but still theres no reply.. i request you to followup this company and please resolve our complaint

I placed an order for 66 nos of vcd's / dvd's on 2 september 2016. My order no is [protected]. I was sent confirmation on 10 september giving dispatch details. The parcel i received had only 25 titles out of 66 ordered. There was no packing list as well. I wanted to have a live chat on their web site. But, i always got message that their office is closed & was advised to send email using the same site. I have done the same a few times. I have tried calling their land line as well as mobile. No success. I have paid total amount of rs 7, 515 along with the order. I am a nri & could not opt for other payment options. The value of titles received is rs 3, 961. As such, i have not received items worth rs 3, 554. I am looking for getting the balance items or refund of my money.

Sir, i have ordered 2 tamil dubbed movies such as warcraft (2016) tamil dvd and pirates of the caribbean tamil dvd. after 2 days (on 12 october 2016), i have received an invoice copy of order id [protected] stating that one of the item was gone out of stock that is "pirates of the carribean" which cost rs 55 and also states that refund issued. on 13th october i received one of the item from the courier (i. e) warcraft tamil. the parcel doesn't contain any name or any invoice slip in that. only the tracking number was written on the parcel.

What is the problem is, still i have not yet received refund amount rs 55 for the item"pirates of the caribbean tamil. i have checked my account, still refund amount rs 55 not yet reflected. i have emailed [protected]@myindiashopping.com and [protected]@gmail.com plenty times. no one is responding to my complaints.

On 14/09/2016, i made a payment to myindiashopping through ccavenue as a netbanking transaction for 18 dvds, but the company is not sending me the products. I have tried to contact them and emailed them a number of times but i didn't receive any reply back from them. After 4 weeks of order, my order on their website still shows as under process. Their phone numbers don't work.

This was my order no. Its been more than a month, i had ordered from my india shopping. I have been continuously mailing them every seven days. Theres no reply from their side. This is a fraud site. They have duped lot of people. Kidly take action against them.

I have placed order on 19th of september, 2016 for dvd set of jai hanuman of RS 1999/-. I did not received till date and no response i got for the mails i have sended to them. They do not receive the phone also and not refund the payment. i have read reviews of many customer on internet that they do not deliver the order but take the payment. so its the fraud website, take necessary action and help me in refund of my payment from my india shopping.

I have made some orders and paid for it. now almost some days or week passed, there is no response from this company. They don't even to reply my mails. It seems they are cheating me and i could see a lot of similar complaints here in this site against Myindia shopping. It seems they have created a site and cheating people. I would like to register my complaint as a customer and citizen of India against myindiashopping for accepting my payment and not delivering it. Thanking you

In invoice, you said "other 2 dvds (Raja thanthiram & krrish) will be send from our branch office".

But, still i haven't any news about my other two order items. When you send me other 2 dvds?

Order Placed on Jan 4th and haven't got any purchase items delivered as promised. Everytime i try to contact support the provide excuse about delays. Then after 4th of february no sales/support representatives we responding to my emails and phone calls. this is definitely a scam . I spent almost 40$ for CD purchase and now its all a wastage.Please help me voice out this consumer abuse

Also find attached the mail sent to real cinemas, for which there has not been any kind of response.

I have ordered movies at "www.myindiashopping.com" and the order number is "[protected]". I sent email three times to "http://www.myindiashopping.com" and seller directly "[protected]@gmail.com.
" but they did not send any reply.

i placed order on Jul 6, 2016 and the cost of the products is "INR 593.00"

I send three email about this so far no respond .Now I am wondering what kind of business they are running. They says replay will send within 8 hours. What a promise!!! Typical Kerala people promise !!!
