My order with the following reference has been displayed as under process for over 25 days with NO response on query at email id [protected]@myindiashopping.com ORDER NO : [protected] / INVOICE NUMBER: A 13871 , DATE: October 08, 2015 Payment has already been collected and there is no provision to cancel the order. No contact phone number is given. There is a LIVE CHAT which has been offline every time I checked. I would like to cancel my order and get money back if they are not capable of delivering.

Came across this very attractive website. It appeared genuine and the items listed are of wide range. Placed an order few Audio CDs that were not available anywhere else but listed as 'In Stock' in this website. Order number that I received was [protected] dated Oct 1 2015 for an amount Rs 823. The payment was processed by CCAvenue with ref number CCACJ1AAG310. It's close to 1 month now and they have not shipped the items yet. There is no response to my queries. The phone numbers they have given are all invalid and no one is picking when called their mobile number given. Later came to know that even few of my friend had similar experience with this website as they never shipped items even after months and did not refund the money. Understood that this is a totally fraud website and they never had any intention to do honest business. Requesting you to take legal action.

Order movies for Rs 6155 & half of the movies shipped Next day the order placed on August 18 2015. Other one shipping from Malaysia according to them . I have been waited almost a month. They promised me via email ship in two week . Getting close two months . No response for my email & phone call now . I have been hearing similar stuff about this company ripping of people money . Do not buy anything from this site .

I have placed an order through order number #[protected] for 4 malyalam DVD's on 10th sept with 320 INR. On 28th Sept I have received a mail stating thatmy goods has been disptached through dtdc couruer number: R19459579. But when I called dtdc peoples they are saying that the order itself is not booked. I am trying to contact myindiashopping peoples but no response throuh phone or mails.it is a fraud company. Pls help me to get my money back

My name is Rajeev S. I have ordered a few video cd's online from www.myindiashopping.com on August 7. I have made the payment on the same day as well. An amount of rupees 351 was paid. Two weeks then and no information about the product and it's delivery. I tried to contact them through telephone. No response. If they cant deliver the product, then kindly refund the money. I tried many times to track my order. But the status says that my order is under process. They have provided a delivery time of ten business days and it is already over. Cheating ORDER NO : [protected] / INVOICE NUMBER: A 13147 , DATE: July 27, 2015 Hi ordered few Audio cds from www.myindiashopping.com with extra shipping charges but still its not shipped. its been 21 days but no response from them through email or phone past 1 week. if they don't have stock or some problem they have to inform us. Pls help me for my refund or my product.

It is almost 6 WEEKS for one Order No [protected] and am not sure when will i be receiving it, otherwise please initiate a full refund. Also what is the status of my another order [protected] which is 4 WEEKS now. I am frustrated since not getting any response. I HAVE SENT ATLEAST 10 MAILS AND CALLED 10 TIMES WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE.

Products not received

Dear Sirs, I am raising complaint against the website www.myindiashopping.com. I placed the order and paid RS.656.00 for 15 movies through their website on 28TH JULY-ORDER NO [protected] . When I sent an e-mail to them on daily basis regarding order dispatch status, a representative Deepika e-mailed me that order is under process. It has been 07 days and I am nowhere. My Order Id: [protected]. Their invoice number: INVOICE # [protected] / A 13157 DT:29.07.2015 They will not reply any of my mail .

Major thing is that they have created another Wrong order which was not ordered from my side ORDER NO [protected] DT: 28.07.2015 ( these was created after 06 days) for Rs.518.00 as my Actual Order NO is [protected] Dt:28.07.2015 & i paid through net banking for the same only. They do not reply any of my mail when i was asked for Landling Number on 30.07.2015 .

I have paid Rs.656.00 througn online & thety have generated Invoice of Rs.676.00 ( Deleted discount of Rs.20-Title ZABAK / RANI RUPMATI / NASTIK @SUPER DISCOUNT RS.20 OFF)

They generated wrong order which was not ordered from my side ORDER NO [protected] DT: 28.07.2015 ( these was created after 06 days) for Rs.518.00 as my Actual Order NO is [protected] Dt:28.07.2015 & i paid Rs.656.00 only for 15 vcd/dvds through net banking for the same only.

Still date i did not received any dispatch details.

I have ordered few CDs (Order No. [protected]) on[protected]. Order was not processed at all. It was always saying "Order under process and to be dispatched soon" in the order status option. I have send several reminders to their customer care mail id. They don't have any phone numbers. Please resolve.

myindiashopping.com - Order number : [protected] Invoice : A11173 Order Date: 28th November 2014 I ordered 5 Tamil Movie DVDs for Rs.365 on 28th November 2014. After a month of struggle by posting complaints in several online forums, I received my order today (29th December 2014). The expected delivery time is 3-10 days. But they took 1 month for delivery. Of those 5 DVDs, I received 2 DVDs which is not relevant to my invoice. I ordered for 2 Single DVDs (Rs.69 each), but they have sent me 2 Three-in-One DVDs (Rs.45 each). But they have generated fake invoice in which the cost is mentioned as Rs.69 each instead of Rs.45. Also they have mentioned that 1 DVD is out of stock.(Rs.70) So I got only 2 DVDs relevant to my invoice. I need refund of Rs.118 immediately. Please help me to get the refund.

No Response for Shipment of Order No. [protected] Hi, My Order No. MIS INVOICE # [protected] / A 11, 186 is not shipped and no correct response from myindianshopping.com I had given my orders on November 30th 2014, they say that the items are damaged and is not ready to be shipped. No reply for refunds.

ORDER NO : [protected] / INVOICE NUMBER: A 11173, DATE: November 28, 2014 www.myindiashopping.com I ordered 5 Tamil DVDs on 28th November 2014 for an amount of Rs.365. The delivery time mentioned in their website is 3-10 days. But as of today, 20 days got over. I'm not getting any information on my order. It's not even dispatched yet. A week before, I tried contacting them through email. After a day, a representative replied that some copyright issue is going on and asked a week time to settle out the issue. While purchasing the product, they didn't give any information about the copyright issue. I waited for another 10 days, but still I didn't get any information about my order. They hardly reply for our queries. I'm really upset with this site. Please help me.

I made the below order on 21st Oct and on the same day itself a DTDC tracking ID was sent to me. When I tried to track the order, I could see that that order was delilvered in Delhi on Oct 11th.
I tried to call the My India Shopping customer care multiple times, but no one picked up the call, and not even responding to my emails.

I made an order for a DVD and paid INR 280(ORDER No. [protected]; Invoice No. 10590 dated sept19, 2014) through internet banking with the Trivandrum based "myindiashopping.com" on Sept 19, 2014. I waited for the DVD to be delivered till September 26, but nothing happened. Even though I send 2 emails on September 26 and 29 I didn't get any prompt reply from them. On Sept. 30 I got a reply saying that the delivery was delayed due to damaged stock and the order will be delivered early the following week. But there was no communication after that from their side. I waited again till Oct. 11 and send them a mail asking for cancelling the order and refund the amount I paid. But the mail hasn't been replied till now. I tried to contact at the customer service no. given on the website but the call is not attended. I have all the email communications and the e-invoice with me as proof for this transaction If this is a fake company involved in financial fraud, please do something these cheats from swindling more people. If its a genuine company, please guide me as to how the money I paid can get refunded

Hello MIS Admin, What about my order. Its not shipped. When I tried to reach customer care. No answer through any mode ( phone, email, chat ). My problem in detail. I have placed an order ( numbered : [protected] ) on 31st Jul 2014 which includes 4 Audio CDs. Before placing the order, I have contacted them regarding availability of these 4 products. Only after they confirmed stock availability, I have placed the order. Despite of this confirmation, they took 12 days to despatch 2 audio CDs. That time, they have promised me to despatch remaining 2 audio CDs ASAP. But till date ( 18th Sep ), it has not been shipped. I was keep following up with them over email every now and then regarding the order. But they were keep giving excuses regarding the CDs saying, they do not have prodcuts in hand, it will take some more time to get the products, etc ... After waiting for 50+ days, I have asked them to refund my order. Since then, there are no replies to my emails. They dont pick up the call also. Just for cheating new customers, they have put up some "customer care number" ( as if they really care for customers ), web chat service ( this will always be offline ) and finally email ( where no one responds once you pay them money ). I seriously ask you all to stay away from this site. If you see some products available in this site, but not on other websites, please think twice before ordering. If products are not available on most reliable sites like Amazon, Flipkart, then its highly suspicious. I have even got this websites owners gmail address and tried to contact him. Still no reply. So this is how they CHEAT customers. At first place, if they do not have product, they should have initimated me when I have inquired. Secondly, after waiting for more than 50 days, they should at least refund the amount. So it clearly shows their cheating attitude towards customers. Kind advice to fellow online shoppers, Please stay away from these cheating website.
