Im a first timer unfortunately landed with mis. paid money on 29/06/2016 and till date no response. mails/ calls never getting answered. my order no. is[protected]. now going through the numerous reviews, i understand that i have just lost my money and got fooled by some expert fraudsters. i should have explored more about this firm before placing my order. but they maintain the site so professionally and anybody get a feel that it is so reliable, unless they get trapped finally. it is a trick to earn lakhs of rupees by small orders, fully knowing that no customer will go for a legal fight for getting back an amount under rs.1, 000/-. very smart indeed... i will consider myself very lucky if i receive the items any time ever, leave aside in the near future.

I ordered 4 tamil dvd items on 21.05.2016. & already i paid through online.

2 dvds only i got from my india shopping on 30.06.2016. other 2 dvds (rajathanthiram, krrish) still i can't get. it's too late. i can't contact it. customer care phone number always dead. i mailed to it many time. but, still anyone not respond me. how i get my ordered other 2 items or money?

This is regarding my order no : [protected], invoice no: a 21181, placed on june25, 2016, at my india shopping, the item is not shipped still, nine audio cd's, i have send 3 mails to customer care at india shopping regarding the order progress and haven't received any reply. on tracking at the website it shows order under process and will be shipped soon from 25 th june and still no action after 3 weeks. either i need the complete products as early as possible or refund of my money. very poor customer service as they doesn't reply to queries.

I had placed this order on the 25th of may. It has been almost a month now and still i have not even got my order shipped.

I had called sam abraham [protected] more than 20 times. But they never answer my call.

They don't even have the courtesy to tell the reason for the delay.

Need to have my order shipped as soon as possible or please initiate the refund.

I purchased 2 DVDs from the MyIndiaShopping online store on 31st May, 2016. I duly received an email from their end confirming the order with an invoice. Since then, whenever I attempted to track my order and figure it's current status, it constantly came up as 'under process'. To this end I wrote to their customer support ID on several occasions, but to date have never received a call or email in response. Since I've already paid for the purchase and also having now read of several similar issues being faced by other customers of MyIndiaShopping I am now seriously concerned that I've been cheated. It is now 8 days since I placed the order so it does seem a bit odd that there is no status update on a fully paid for purchase and no estimated delivery date is being provided to the customer. The items purchased were meant as a gift for a friend and I had not expected this sort of an arbitrary delay and complete lack of any communication apprising me of the status of my order, despite repeated requests by me to their customer support team. Since their website does not provide any contact number for customer support I have had to write on the listed customer support email ID. But that has not helped in any way since they just do not respond.

We order 21 dvds in feb 2016. and we received only 10 dvds. we paid for all dvds, now they are not replying back by email and also by phone. we want our money back or rest of dvds. We tried to contact them so many times by phone and tried to contact by email, but no one gave reply. We are trying to reach them since Feburary, but nobody reached us yet. There is lack of communication with this people and not a good customer serivce at all. We need either our money back or they can send us rest of the dvds.

Brought some malayalam movie vcds and some of them are not working. Tried reaching them over a week now over email and do not get any response.

I have received used vcds in opened boxes, even if they claim they are new ones.

Very bad experience.

I ordered a pair of books on Myindiashopping online shopping site 2 months ago, order number-[protected].i received only one by courier and the other one was informed to be out of stock .Its been 45 days and i send them 3 mails briefing the same and called them a number of times, but didn't find any response till date.i searched for their privacy policy to log a complaint, that too in vain.they have none or they haven't included one in their site.

I was made an order for 7 audio cds.
Invoice generated and payment was done but didnt sent the cds to my address nor refunded the amount to my account.

I have ordered the stock and paid the money on 12/02/2016 but i have not recd my package till date. There has been no communication from them, the phone nos. mentioned from them are faulty.

I placed on order for 2 Tamil movie DVDs on the site, www.myindiashopping.com, on 26/6/2015. The order number is [protected] and the invoice number is A1​2822. The total order amount is INR 1572. I've ordered from this site in the past and have always received my items within a fortnight since placing the order. This time though the weeks rolled by but there was no sign of the order being shipped. When asked, I was told that a consignment from Malaysia had got lost and that had to be sorted out so that they could get the inventory necessary to ship my order. This dragged on for 3-4 months and then I was told that the situation had got resolved and that pending orders were being cleared but my order still didn't get shipped. Then there was total silence for a couple of months - no response to any of my numerous mails and their phone just kept ringing. A couple of days back I got a reply to my mail informing me that the order had actually been dispatched and it must have got lost in the mail. The order tracking tool on their site though still shows the order as not being shipped, so I wrote back to them pointing this out and asking for a full refund and again there's been no response. I request you to kindly act on this matter and ensure that they issue me a full refund - it is outrageous that this has been going on for over 6.5 months now.

I have placed order for 3 cd/dvd with this company on Nov 29, 2015 as as of today no cd/dvd has arrived. Hi, I ordered an item from My India Shopping (www.myindiashopping.com) on December 8, 2015. Order ID: [protected] : Invoice No. A15255 dated December 9, 2015. After placing the order I called the Customer Service and they promised me that the item will be delivered between 3 - 10 days from the order date. It has already been 8 days and I can see in the tracking section that it is not even Shipped yet. If it is not yet shipped after 8 days, how can they possibly deliver it within 3 - 10 days? This apparently unending wait is really agonizing. After placing the order I came to know about so many negative responses from consumers who shopped from My India Shopping. If I had known earlier I probabliy would not have ordered at all.

I placed an order on www.myindiashopping.com (the company is called Real Cinemas) on October 01, 2015 through ORDER NO : [protected] / INVOICE NUMBER: A​ 13764. The amount I was charged is Rs. 332. Upon following up on October 9, I was told that some items in the stock were damaged and that the order would be delayed by a week. Since then, I have made numerous calls and dropped multiple emails but the company has been utterly unresponsive. I made numerous requests for them to cancel my order and refund the money, but have received no replies from them on that front as well. On October 24, after many follow ups, I was told that their system showed the order as packed - but after that, their representatives went into hibernation again.
