Ordered for earpods and sound bar at Boat-fashion.myshopify.com but no tracking information found please help

Not received my t-shirt from the company

Payment of Rs 1146.00 done successfully through Payu vide transaction ID [protected] on 30.6.2022 but Order has not been executed. Payment is also not returned. Please arrange to return my payment.

Received a fake product and i am unable to return the product too . I have paid 1499 amount and i request it to send it back and take their product.

I bought a pair of shoes from the website rarepride.myshopify.com on 10th July and sent them Rs- 299 immediately via UPI through Paytm, but till now neither I received the shoes nor any way to contact them, they gave an email in their contact, and I have sent 2 emails there, but no reply has come.

Right now I don't know, what to do?

I ordered an Amazing combo boat earphone (tracking Id -NMBC[protected]) on 09 July 2022 but wrong product was delivered by ekart on 13 July 2022. I tried to contact customer support but in vain. Please help me to exchange the product or to refund my money.

I can see that the website is no longer available.
I'm unable to raise complaint on Shopify.
Please can you help to get a refund from Shopify.

I have order two night dresses from myshopify.com...order had placed...bt no confirmation msg was sent by them and still my order has not placed..when I reopened the site it shows unavailable... payment was done by my side but my order is still not shipped and there was no response from them ...i want my refund back

I had done the payment via myshoppify.The money been deducted for the product but still did not get my product.You all are cheating the customers via the fake app.Is this the way you all loot the money from the customers by creating the fake app.

I ordered a Boat earbuds and paid for the order as well but it is not delivered and I realized when I was tracking it came company does not exist anymore

Recently i came across an instagram ad saying a shoe is on sale, i am not a person who does shopping if there is a sale but this time the shoe was very good looking so i thought why not buy it because i needed to buy one anyway. I clicked the link and it was a business with the help of shopify, so i went and ordered the shoe for 359 rs. I was looking for customer service and more details on the business, nothing but the shoes and some irrelavent details. I figured it was some un professional person doing the job and i placed my order. I was told i would receive a confirmation mail and a mail when the order is sent, the shoe was too good i was excited for it to arrive. And i have been checking my email frequently. There was an email mentioned to contact for any details, i went through asking them for any live tracking link for the package and if i didn't like the product how does the return policy work. And its been a day or two, no reply so i went to the website and its not there... I searched for similar incidents and oh god, a lot of people have been scammed by these people. Shopify needs verify their sellers for them to gain trust, shopify is a well known name which is why i placed my order. That name was what gave me trust and that name is what i trust no more.

I have ordered one kurthi in their website on June 25th.After that i didn't receive the product.

If I go to the ordered site, it is showing invalid.
Kindly help me get back my money

I order one kurti & plazo set at just Rs.169/-...which will be delivered within 7-days but still ai didn't get any msg or email by shopify. I did not have any screen shot to attached but my bank statement have debit entry. how i get my refund??

While using Instagram, I found an advertisement about offer on dry fruits. After paying money I found it's fraud.

Mai Instagram use kr raha tha and maine advertisement dekha Shopify ka link tha sparkle.myshopify.com waha mujhe shirt dikhe at such a affordable price I ordered two of them and as there was no option for COD so I have to choose online mode for payment and I placed my order than I got a confirmation my order is placed but after a few days when I opened the webpage to see the shipping details maine dekha ki something went wrong and store is offline damn I lost my money it was spam as I ordered only two clothes the amount wasn't much high but money is money and this website is spaming not only one but as many as possible please report this website as much as possible and let the consumer court take action

I have ordered 3 combo baby dress nd paid via gpay. But after payment i have no information about this site. Later i understood that it was a fraud website. What can i do to get back my money?
