    I had purchase hair straightener on 06.12.2019 amount of rs. 1099/-. The payment of the same has been made through net banking and the order also confirmed. But the product is still not received and not any option available for tracking the order. There not any response received from seller. Kindly take appropriate action in this regards. Kindly arrange to refund along with compensation of mental harassment. Treat this fraudulent transaction as cheating u/s 420 of ipc. Screenshot in this regards attached herewith.

    There is no facility available on miss heaven website to track the order details. I have not received any email from company regarding dispatch details of products even net banking payment is confirmed. There is no any contact number available on site. After making an inquiry i have received a mail from [email protected] according to mail there is email id of seller is mention as [email protected] and incomplete address where available on website in refund policy the address is mohali, 160071 Mohali PB, India. There is no any reply of product dispatch received from [email protected] mail id provided by [email protected]. It is clear that the seller is fraud and 420. It more than one month no any communication received from seller. Treat this matter as fraudulent transaction. The whole website is designed to cheat with consumers.

        I just want to complaint abt my product which i buy from watchsmith. I had order three set of titan wrist watches but the product which i received is totally different... It was duplicate fastrac watch. I tired many time to contact the customer care but there no number provided to contact directly... Please take the product return and provide my money back... Please kindly do the needful..

          Worst ecommerce platform ever. You are nothing but cheat. Taking subscription money every month, not sending traffic at all. Plus not transferring money to my bank account which my clients paid through shopify payment gateway. They keep on lingering on different pretext (Send me this paper, send me that paper, resend paper, change account, sorry we forgot, etc etc). Its been 6 months. They have no issues in taking money from my bank but giving (I already sent product to my clients, so cant even cancel). I am tired of talking to their customer care. They rip me off with my hard earned money. Beware
          Yes lot's of people have been caught by these scammers

It was said that i will receive the product in two to three weeks but four weeks are there to go i did not receive neither they are giving options to track the product. They have cheated on me and i want my money back. Please help me. Please see the proof attached

              There was a link on facebook from customisedmobileccovers.in regarding the online selling of mobile covers. I order the same on 18th oct 2017 and got confirmation message from them regarding the payment done. But after that i have not got any message from them regarding the delivery of my order. Tried to fetch contact number from the website as well but there is no information.

                Maria G: This store was opened last year. It went into frozen mode and you tried to login last month so you were prompted to choose a plan. You chose a plan, that's the reason why you were charged.

                  Hi,

                  I have paid for a mobile on shopnify.com on 11th of April 2013 which was supposed to be shipped by 7 working days. I haven't received the product nor I have received any communication from the site.

                  I called there customer care repeatedly and no one picked the call up +91.11.42060123 •
                  I have mailed in vain to this Email Support (24x7): [protected]@shopnify.com.

                  My order number #460. I am unaware of what to do because I am unable to get my money or product. I would like sue them through consumer court. Any advice would be helpful. I am clueless.
