Sir,
I received one sms on 16th Mar’2023 . The sms contains I am a 1st prize winner to get a Swift Dizire car or cash prize of Rs. 7, 80, 000/- as a lucky winner of Naaptol company. The person who called me guided to pay registration amount of Rs. 1, 999/- as I opted for cash prize. After that he demanded another Rs. 7, 800/- as 1% of winning prize as a charge and received the amount from me. Again he demanded another Rs.15, 600/- as GST which is refundable amounting to Rs.15, 000/- with winning prize. I stopped paying him. Again he called me and gave option to get the car by paying Rs.1, 999/- without any additional cost. After I made payment one person called me to pay Rs.9, 999/- for filling fuel to deliver the car at my home. I paid the amount in a good faith. After some times, he asked me to pay the Insurance amount of Rs.12, 600/- and I didn’t pay and replied to adjust the amount which I paid earlier against cash prize. He adjusted the amount by my request and asked to pay the remaining amount of Rs.2, 801/- against insurance amount. I paid accordingly and demanded the insurance copy and other registration related documents from him. But unfortunately he didn’t respond that day. In the next day he called me and asked me for another Rs.11, 300/- against toll charges. I didn’t pay and replied to return my entire amount which I paid till now otherwise I will go for police complaint. He replied to pay Rs.2, 999/- as tax to get back my money, but I didn’t pay and replied if police dept. will suggest me I will pay that amount. After threatening him on police ground, he soughted not to go near police, but asked me to pay that tax amount. This was the last conversation with that person.
The calls I received consecutively are [protected] (1st person), [protected] (2nd person-stated as A/Cs dept.), [protected] (3rd person stated as delivery dept.)

I received coupon from Naptol for 15th year anniversary which says 15 Lakhs lucky draw. They said to send Bank, Aadhar and PAN details to whatsapp and to fill a form. We need to know it's a fake or original. The contact number that we received on the letter is [protected], [protected]

I got a letter / lucky draw form and a coupen of winning 10, 00000 or ertica car

Hi..This is srilekha Samudrala I have ordered a combo of smart watch ...Bluetooth earphones & a phone stand on name of samudrala venugopal..delivered on Sunday[protected]when I received Bluetooth earphones are missing & smart watch is not even starting...so I want to return the product & I messaged & called customer care nearly 10 tyms in this one week no one is responding properly & cutting my call in middle of conversation...I want my amount of 599 back to be refunded I have waited till now but now am not going to bare still...kindly solve my problem as soon as possible if not I will be taking serious action

Today, i received a post letter in which there is a scratch card saying that i won 12.5 lakhs in lucky draw. and i also received a form in which i am asked to enter bank account details and personal information. So, i called to naaptol customer care center for asking whether this is real or fake. They said that they don't have any reward program and said that this is fraud. So, here by i am attaching the images of the post letter and the address it came from. So, please take action against these fraudsters.

On 23rd March 2023 at around 2:35 I received a call from naptol executives claiming that I won 7.8 lakh ruppess prize and to claim I have to register with a one time fee of 2500. Once that is done, I was asked to pay first 15400 for refundable tax and then 25200 gst and 44400 for other city charges to claim that amount.
The person calling was naptop executive sanjeev kumar ( aadhar no[protected] and the bank person with him calling was avinash ( who claimed to a sbi banker, when I asked him about his sbi emp id he said I work as a sbi agent for napptol)
The claim amout kept on I creasing along with the charges and all charges that they mentioned were refundable. But no refund was given ever.
Really a pathetic situation to deal with. All the transaction that were told to do was on a different phone number by name Ansari [protected] and the other two were calling from the below numbers sanjeev [protected] and ashwin [protected].
Please take necessary action on the same.

I have ordered a Product on 20/03/2023 through naaptol malayalam. The product is not useful and entirely different from what it was shown in the add. They are totally foling the buyers. So please give my money back. Order no:[protected]. Order cost:599.. Please make full refund as soon as fast.

Iam ordered a product through naaptol and when the product recieved its a damaged one. When i called to customer care they said they will process only half amount as refund. Its not mentioned while ordering and its cheating. I want to get full amount refund as soon.

I have received today the fake online shoping letter and naaptol anniversary coupon today for the 1st price of 8600000 rs maruthi Suzuki desire.They said the initial 1% of amount Rs
8600 has should be send to the bank account immediately. which is totally fake I will understand the send the personal details after check the address and the registered post from Kolkata and the head office address is
totally different.kindly make aware from the customers from those frauders.

12800 amount pay please return my money

I send 27000 Google pay in naaptol prize coupon. I don't want prize please return my amount

I have ordered product online site Koshibazar & prepaid by UPI payment. Order no.4018933 dated 23 December 2022. However site is now removed & phone numer is also switched off. I mailed number of times on email address [protected]@koshibazar.com but they didn't replied.

I received a registered post and a scratch card, claiming to be originally from Naaptol . The letter stated that I have won a SUV and will have to fill in the bank details in order to avail it .

I received a letter and a scratch card allegedly from naaptol. It said that I have won Rs 7 lakh 50 thousand rupees.
It is hurtful that such scams take place till date.
I request the company to look into this matter and take strict actions against this fraud.
The data breach of highly unacceptable. How come my personal details such as my phone number and address reach the fraud people?

I have received a fake letter on 2-Jan-2023 from Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd., city Tower complex, Sasithala Lane, Atghara, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700052
mentioning the coupon has won 7.5 lacs and when called on the given no. They asked for the bank details and screenshot of coupon.
Kindly look into this urgently.

I got a registered post and a scratch card. I called the helpline number given in that letter and I gave 750 rs for releasing the check. Again they told to pay 22500. But we didn't paid that amount. I told to refund the amount that we already given. Now they are not responding to our calls. I lost money Please help me sir.
