My neet candidate reg id is 40168646.
On 13 feb 2018 i registered for neet 2018. I completed step 1 of registration, step 2 of filling details and step 3 of payment. I paid the fee online through bank of india atm card. I got confirmation message which read as'rs 1400 has been debited to you account xxxxx7 from pos-cbseothcard on 13/02/2018. My online bank also confirom the fee payment money deducted by account but neet website show payment has not done. Again i tried payment on 23 feb 2018, but same problem has been occured. Payment deducted by aacount but still not successful the payment. I lost 2800 repees but payment has not done. I called on your toll free number numerous times but it is either busy oris not picked up. Sir i am sending mobile message image as attachment for the needful.
Sir, it is requested to kindly refer to my issue urgently so that i can proceed further step and submit application form before last date.

But on candidate's login page it still shows unpaid, the payment reference number is "sbipg[protected]cbsesbidrcard mumbai".

Kindly resolve the issue before the date of application closes as it is on 9th march. Or else refund it back to my account. I am attaching the screenshorts.

But the CBSE site still doesn't confirm fees payment and therefore i cannot proceed further Sir, i am sending photographed image of mobile message attachment for the needful. neet.[protected]@nic.in. I called on your all numbers more than 100 times but it is either busy or is not picked up.Sir it is requested to kindly refer to my issue urgently so that i can proceed further to complete my application.

Amount of fee has been deducted from my account while i was applying for neet application form but it is again asking me for the payment.
I have completed all my steps of registration including the payment but i have not got the receipt yet, and have also got the message regarding the successful payment by my bank .

We were appling for NEET 2018, while in payment phase they said transaction was failed due to technical issues and for the sake of registration i performed another payment then its successfully completed.but they deducted exam fees twice. please resolve this issue and grand refund

I got confirmation of fees payment on my mobile which reads as. But the nbe site still doesn't confirm fees payment and therefore i registered it from my another atm card. Sir i am sending you the photograph of the mobile message and passbook as an attachment for the needful. Sir it is requested to kindly refer to my issue so that i can get my money back.

I have made payment for neet UG on 13th february 2018 but the payment has gone twice because when i sent rs.1400 for first time it came error so i refreshed and again opened the site the payment was still pending (it came it the fees was not paid) so i again paid the payment using SBI debit card. Then when i checked my SBI account the payment has gone twice i.e, instead of 1400rs, 2800rs was paid so please refund my 1400rs

I payed the fees of Rs 750/- through Debit Card and soon after received a text alert from my bank informing me that the money has been deducted from my account. However the NEET website has not updated this information and Im unable to proceed to final submission of the form. I have submitted a complaint in the NEET grivience page but there has been no reply. I have also tried calling their helpline numbers many times but either it is busy or else no ones receives the call. I am attaching the text messages from my bank confirming deduction of fees by Secondary Board of Central Txn for both payments. Please help me resolve this issue so that I can submit the form and give the exam.

I am a student studying 12th std.I have applied for upcoming neet exam and the payment was made three times for one form, from my online payment card. so that i have made many call for neet help line to make a refund they had not attend my call and mail was not receiving properly to them ..so pls help me form this by making refund to my account and my application number is 40434212

I paid the examination registration fees for neet-2018 on website cbseneet. Nic.in on 12 feb 2018 and money (1400/-) got deducted from my account but my candidate login page doesn't show that payment is successful.
I even tried logging in after some time but no luck, neither the amount got credited back to my account.
Please help me in what to do next.
