The complain is behalf of my friend. She has applied for neet mds2018.
Her candidate id is [protected]. She paid the fee 3750 but still not updated in online application. Because of this she is not able to fill the form further, while 27 is the last day of filling form. Please sort out this problem as only one day left for the submission of application form.

    Dear sir,
    I am anamika my candidate id is [protected] and i am having issue in registering for neet pg mds 2018. After completing the first two steps of registration, i paid the fees (3rd step) through sbi net banking. I got the confirmation of amount (Rs 3750) deducted from my account on my mobile but the same was not confirmed on the nbe registration page. I tried paying for the exam two more times using sbi net banking again and third time using my sbi credit card. Still my payment details have not been updated on "my page" and now my application is incomplete. I have lost rupees 11250/- due to this issue and still not registered for the exam. Please refund me the total amount.

    On 26th november 2017, I tried to pay the NEET MDS -2018 fees amounting to Rs. 3750 two times using my citi bank credit CARD. But unfortunately both the times the transaction failed with a return message "the website shows YOUR ACTION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED DUE TO AN EXCEPTION . PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER " .
    Kindly clarify whether the amounts were actually transferred to your side and if yes when can i expect the refund. If not then kindly give a message that you have not received the amount and inform me whom should i contact for resolving the issue.

      I registered on neet mds pg webiste on 26/11/2017. My candidate ID is [protected]. I made the payment through my sbi debit card. I made it two time The traction id of my payment was nbe txn# ju[protected] on 26/11/2017. And second is ju[protected] on 26/11/2017 at around 3:30 to 4 am. The website shows payment cannot be done due to exception and the website i showing payment option again. I called uncoutable times on nbe helpline but nobody is responding. Kindly guide me what to be done next as early as possible as i have to register for neet pg.

      Sir this is third time I tried to fill form and at the time of payment my money is debited from my account and nothing is happen. I registered on neet mds pg webiste on 26/11/2017.         Dear sir,
        I am having issue in registering for Neet pg 2018. After completing the first two steps of registration, I paid the fees(3rd step) through HDFC debit card. I got the confirmation of amount (Rs 3750) deducted from my account on my mobile but the same was not confirmed on the nbe registration page. I tried paying for the exam three more times using a different bank account (using OBC debit card). Still my payment details have not been updated on "my page" and now my application is incomplete. I have lost rs 15000 due to this issue and still not registered for the exam. I have been continously calling on your toll free numbers and even written an email at [protected]@nbe.edu.in. Still I have not received any response from your side and my issue is unresolved.

        Sir I kindly request you to address my issue urgently so that i can proceed further to opt for center choice and complete my application before the last date (i.e. 27th november).
        I shall ever be thankful to you for this kind act.

          I made payment for the application form for mds pg neet 2018.
          My payment was accepted by the bank for rs 3750.
          Even after that the form wasn't accepted and it showed me in the form procedure that the payment couldn't be completed even though i made the payment.
          I repeated this process one more time and same thing happened to me this time also.
          Therefore i lost my 7500rs from my bank account but my payment was not accepted by the nbe
          I have also tried to call on the helpline number and even sent email but nobody responds on either of it.
          I am attacging my transaction proof.

            Today ie 25th nov 2017, i filled up the online application form for neet-mds 2018 with candidate id [protected]. On the payment page i payed rs.2750 and it got deducted from my sbi debit card with txn# ju[protected]. But the payment page is still not completed and i cannot proceed further.
            Please help as the last date of submission is on 27th nov 2017.
            Please respond as soon as possible because i don't want to miss my entrance exam because of such issues.

              I have tried reigstering in nbe. Edu.in website for neet pg exam - 2018 and in the payment option i have paid the required amount of rs.3750/- through net banking. Transaction id igackylkn5.
              The amount was deducted from my sbi bank account but the nbe website showed a dialogue box saying "action could not be completed due to exception".
              I tried paying the money from my atm card but it still showed the same message. And money was deducted from my account yet again.
              There has been no refund of the money so far neither am i able to complete my registeration for the exam because of non payment.
              The last date of registeration is 27th november. Please help asap.

                Hi, my candidate id fpr neetpg 2018 is [protected]. I tried to pay exam fee of rs. 2750 on 1st nov and i got the error message "your action could not be completed due to an exception. Please try again later."
                So i tried paying from another bank account but i got the same message again. Both times, the money was debited from both accounts.
                On 4th nov, i saw that one of the payments had gone through, however i still haven't gotten a refund on the other account as i have paid twice.

                I have tried calling customer support many times but the line is always busy, and e-mailed them as well but i got no response.
                Please refund my money of rs. 2750 as it has been 24 days already.

                  I have made payment but my profile still shows payment status incomplete & rs 3750 deducted from my account. I tried helpline number 8-10 times but it replies that number is switched off or sometimes replies you dialed wrong number. What the need to give helpline number if it doesn't work. Is money get refunded or not. If seats neet mds seats are full then what's the need to deduct money. National board of examination don't robe us like this. I own cyber cafe i filled form of my customer for neet mds they said how can we pay the money if form is not filled. How can i tell them it's fault of national board.

                      Dear sir,
                      I registered for neet pg 2018 on 18.11.2017. I completed step 1 of registration, step 2 of filling qualification details and step 3 of payment. I paid the fees online through sbi atm card. I got confirmation of fees payment on my mobile which reads as ' thank you for using your sbi debit card for a purchase worth rs.3750 on pos nbe at nbe txn# ju[protected]. My online bank statement also confirms the fee payment. But the nbe site still doesn't confirm fees payment and therefore i cannot proceed further to step 4 of city choice filling. Sir, i am sending photographed image of both the mobile message and net-banking message as attachment for the needful.. I called on your toll free nos [protected] and [protected] more than 500 times but it is either busy or is not picked up. I finally sent written complaints to health ministry and pmo. Sir it is requested to kindly refer to my issue urgently (Since the last date is 27/11/17 so that i can proceed further to opt for center choice and complete my application.
                      I shall ever be thankful to you for this kind act.

                        So i tried paying via internet banking and the transaction was successful and the receipt was generated.
                        But when i checked my bank account money (3750 +3750) has been debited twice.
                        Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and kindly refund my amount.

                          I made payment of rs. 3750 from sbi internet banking for neet pg 2018. Payment was successful, confirmed via text from my bank, and a message.
                          But when i was redirected to my form, the message is undefined, please verify your payment. Payment status comes as incomplete. Also emailed nbe with pics but no response.

                          But seriously, your website has been pathetically faulty and full of glitches, and it has been nothing short of a challenge filling the form considering the disparity of testing seats in most cities and the fee payment issue.
                          We deserve better, don't you think?!

                              My candidate id is [protected]. I applied for neet pg 2018 entrance exam for md/ ms but could not complete my registration. For payment option i paid rs 3750 three times using the pay by card option, by indusind bank on 23/11/2017 at 15:16. Total amount of rs. 11, 250 (Three failed payments) was debited from my account but the nbe website showed "payment failure due to exception" option and i could not proceed further and select the test centre.

                              The website shows payment cannot be done due to an exception.
                              This way i lost rs. 3750 thrice i. E, a total of rs 11, 250 and i could not do anything. I am worried coz the form filling deadline is in another 3 days.
                              I request the responsible officer of nbe to kindly help me in urgent basis as the nearby test centres are filling up first, and the deadline is just three days away and kindly refund my amount.

                                I have completed step 1 of the registration process and it has logged me out of the process and i cant logg back in for the completion of the registration form. Its saying invalid credentials. I doont know what to do the closing date is in 2 days and i cant log in from past 3-4 days and i cant even contact the help line number as its saying that the number is not valid. Please assist me as to how to complete my form and how to apply whome to contact or what to do in this matter. The last date is near by please tell me what to do.

                                  Sir, my student id is [protected] and i have completed step 1 and step 2 of registration for neet pg 2018 exam. But on 19/11/17 and again on 21/11/17 during step 3 of payment from sbi netbanking, my form did not proceed further even after making payment and logged out automatically, the amount rs3750 was instantly debited from my account and transaction was successful from my bank account. After a lot of try i contacted national board of examination help desk and they asked me to do the payment again. I have lodged a complaint to sbi and send many emails to billdesk customer support but even after more than 48 hours did not get any response from them.
                                  I have already paid the money twice but still can not fill my form, national board of examination help desk is not helping with the problem and the last date for filling form is 27 nov 17. Kindly raise this matter with concerned authority and help me to fill my form in time.

                                      I registered for neet pg 2018 on 3.11.2017... My transaction got failed 3 times and money got deducted... I used an axis bank debit card for the first 2 times and and an iob debit card for the third time... Only my iob account was refunded for rs.3750 on 13.11.2017... Axis bank account hasn't been refunded yet... Toll free numbers r not answering my call... Please solve my problem for refund of amount rs.7500...

                                        Sir, i am naghma anjum an applicant for neetpg 2018 with candidate id [protected] my friend who is also an applicant for neetpg 2018 received a call from one of the persons in nbe 4 days ago conveying a message that both of our application fee is refunded since the transaction id for mine and her's is the same though we haven't paid multiple times and neither paid through the same account and the person has told that we will have to pay fee again at the earliest for which i personally have not received any intimation neither through mail or by phone from the nbe. After we login to our account the payment option hasn't been enabled for us to pay the application fee again. Our accounts still show that our application process is complete and successful but the fee payment status shows zero making me anxious as to whether my application has been accepted and considered. We have been trying to contact the same number 'n'number of times as well as the nbe helpline and have mailed the nbe too regarding the same with no response since the time my friend got the call. Hence requesting your kindself to let us know the process of payment of fee since the payment option in my account hasn't been enabled before the last date of closing of the application process.
