Hi, my candidate id fpr neetpg 2018 is [protected]. I tried to pay exam fee of rs. 2750 on 1st nov and i got the error message "your action could not be completed due to an exception. Please try again later."
So i tried paying from another bank account but i got the same message again. Both times, the money was debited from both accounts.
On 4th nov, i saw that one of the payments had gone through, however i still haven't gotten a refund on the other account as i have paid twice.
I have tried calling customer support many times but the line is always busy, and e-mailed them as well but i got no response.
Please refund my money of rs. 2750 as it has been 24 days already.
National Board Of Examination customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 26th november 2017, I tried to pay the NEET MDS -2018 fees amounting to Rs. 3750 two times using my citi bank credit CARD. But unfortunately both the times the transaction failed with a return message "the website shows YOUR ACTION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED DUE TO AN EXCEPTION . PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER " .
Kindly clarify whether the amounts were actually transferred to your side and if yes when can i expect the refund. If not then kindly give a message that you have not received the amount and inform me whom should i contact for resolving the issue.
