I have successfully uploaded my form for neetmds but i have not got back the refund of amount that was made 5 times for filling up of the application. I have got the transaction done from 3 debit cards. Everytime during transaction it showed payment not done but then finally after 2 days i got the chance to fill the form again but no refund of transactions made, can't even speak to the bank prior to your confirmation of money refunded. Kindly look into the matter. It's a huge amount.

The registration was closed exactly at 12 last night, but the payment was still not updated by then.
It shows updated now, but of no use aa I can't fill the rest of the form now.
Sir i have submitted fees of 3750 Rupees twice for neet mds exam 2017, so total has become 7500/- . Kindly take some action so that 3750/- can be refunded back to my account. Account was of axis bank. Please inform me at my email [protected]@gmail.com, that can 3750/- be refunded to my axis bank account .

I've paid the fees (money deducted once each from two different accounts) for step 3 of the application form filling process, but the same hasn't been reflected on my ID yet. With minutes left from end of submission time, I am thorpughly dejected with the way NBE works. Lost a year as well as the money! Their helpline was no help!
I made the payment and the money has been deducted from my account, but its showing as payment incomplete. my candidate number is [protected]

    Kindly assist in refunding my neet application attempt fees, as the process failed due to errors and i was unable to proceed so i tried to pay again.. Leading to 3750x2 = 8000 in losses on 27/11/17

    The error read void response, kindly check if payment step completed and as i checked it, it showed a failed response.

    Neetpg helpline and emails are non responsive.
    Kindly assist me asap sir.

      I have registered for neet examination during the payment session i lost money 3 times (3750×3) while encountering the error message the payment error but the money has been deducted from the account. But on the last day of registration after few hours the account was set payment status successful. But i lost the money 2 times which was paid before. My candid id is [protected].         I was doing payment for my friend while registering neet-mds, amount of 2750 got deducted from my account but registration couldn't complete.
        I have received error messages stating "the website shows your action could not be completed due to an exception. Please try again later".
        I have waited whole day, for getting the amount refunded but it didn't happen, so i am logging a complaint here.

        Requesting you to look into this matter i refund my deducted money.

        If any transactions details required i am ready to share.

        online payment done twice for this ID but not reflected in the login page

        first payment done through HDFC online banking, second one made through SBI. kindly resolve this issue asap hence its vital.

          I was attempting to do payment for neet mds form and the amount got debited 9 times but payment failed. Because of this i couldn't finish my registration. Despite email and several calls, i was unable to make contact with nbe team and so i registered complaint with consumer forum after seeing several people facing similar issue. Today morning the registration window was open when i checked my account and it showed payment successful for date 28 november. It also allowed city selection and confirmed. Proceeding to the next step when i tried to upload images, it is not allowing - saying that last date allowed was 27 november by nbe. If stage 5 of the process is not allowed after 27 november, why was step 3&4 opened on 29th november. I request nbe to open registration for a day and release official notification to help this issue.

          NBE opened the registration window till upto 30 November. I got notified through Sms. I have been able to successfully complete my registration. No reply about the excess money deducted yet. Thank you

                I was filling up my form for neet mds and tried payment 9 times through different cards and it failed. A total of inr 33, 750 has been deducted from my accounts but still the payment failed and i couldn't proceed with the form submission. I had also mailed nbe and am trying to connect through call since morning. I cannot afford to waste an entire year because of this. Please help me to finish my registration and process the refund for the failed transactions. My candidate number is [protected]. Please help

                No it remained incomplete and now the registration column says closed. We do not deserve to lose one year just because their payment gateway failed.

                The same happened for me but the make payment option shows completed but moving further to the step tells the registration has been closed.

                They have allowed to fill form till 30th..

                  Made the payment 6 times. Now being shown as accepted and i can't complete my application. Please refund my other payments and please process my application from their end. It was their fault.

                    On 27th november, i tried filling the neet mds online form on the portal. The first time i tried paying via hdfc internet banking, it failed showing transaction failed due to some exception, second time i tried paying via sbi debit card, again it said transaction failed due to some exception. Money got deducted both times from my accounts.

                    Both the times the transaction failed with a return message "the website shows your action could not be completed due to an exception. Please try again later". The transaction id for the failed transaction, i have mailed to the support email i'd provided by them on their website. Have called them 500times on the number provided, but no response either from phone number or email.

                    Though one of the two transaction got successful and i could fill the form.
                    This is just to request to refund the second excess amount which was paid ie rs 3750.

                    Hoping your quick re-addressal of the issue.

                      I have applied yesterday for my application number [protected]. I paid 6 times for the fees and still showed error and i couldn't complete the application. I have written a mail to mail provided on site and i have tried 100 of times for the number given on the page. Still no response.

                      There is no help at all for this. Please help me. My money is gone and i still can't give the exam. My whole year is going for a toss with no fault of mine.

                          I dr udeshna das, faced the same problem as did by other doctors. While filling neet mds 2018 application form on 27th nov, 2017. I lost rs 7, 500 as i tried to make the payment twice. Although my money being deducted twice, still i couldn't complete the formalities further as error occured. I did tried to call on the helpline number, but nobody responded. At last i email at [protected]@nbe. Edu.in. Today was the last day for submission, but for this problem i couldn't proceed further. Nbe please see to the problem and refund the money.

                            In the process of filling the application form for neet pg 2018, the second step has been completed while making the paayment i have tried four times and the amount (Total of 12, 000) has been deducted from my account all the four times, but the nbe site shows the payment process has not been completed and im unable to proceed. As today being the last day for filling the application i unable to proceed further and i can not afford to lose another year. Very much disappointed with nbe. Kindly look into this asap. Left with very less time

                              I tried to do payment for neet pg 2018 online application form.                               i again tried for payment .this was fifth time.but it showed the same message"your amount has been tempered".it is therefore requested that the board may be directed to fix the program bug and extension of last date so that application process can be completed

                                I have been trying since evening to fill out my neet mds form and the payment has not been processed. The only message i see is that your payment is failed due to an exception. Today is the last day of form submission and i have already lost 2750 rupees.
                                Today is the last day, i have also sent an email to the neet email id but i have not got any replies so pay. My future is at stake. If i miss out on this i lose out on a year. Why is your website so faulty nbe? Don't you understand how critical this is?

                                Had paid Rs. 5500/- on Oct. 31, 2017 towards FMGE examination fees for my daughter. the transaction happened twice successfully . However had requested my bank to pay once and revert the second payment but the bank made a mistake of reverting both the payments. Please let me know how do I pay it again.

                                      I, krishnanjali g s with user id [protected] have registered for neet mds. Initially the payment was not accepted and a message "your payment cannot be completed due to an exception" was being shown. So i used credit card payment two more times. That also failed showing the same message. After a day it had been shown that the initial payment was accepted. So i need you to reimburse the other two payments immediately. I have sent them 3 mails. So far no response was seen from the responsible. So kindly do the needful.
