My name is jyoti kaul and my candidate id is [protected]. I applied for neet pg 2018 entrance exam for md/ ms but could not complete my registration. For payment option i paid rs 3750 via internet banking state bank of india on 08/11/2017 and my transaction ref number is igacimczf0. Amount was debited from the account. But the website showed payment cannot be done due to an exception and is again showing payment option and i could not proceed further and select the test centre. I again tried to pay from the account but stopped as i noticed that rs 3750/- had already been debited from the account.
I am worried and thus i called nbe helpline but its not responding and not picking up calls.
I request the responsible officer of nbe to kindly help me in urgent basis as the nearby test centres are filling up first and kindly refund my amount.

        I, dr. Prateeksha bora, completed the first and second steps of neet-mds 2018 form fill up. During the third step of payment, after entering my debit card details, the amount of 3750 was deducted from my bank account but the pop up screen showed "your action could not be completed due to an exception. Plz try again later". Then i repeated the payment procedure two more times and both the times the amount was deducted from my account and the same pop up screen appeared. So, even after a total deduction of (3750*3)=11250, i couldnot proceed to the next stage of form fill up and it is still incomplete. Kindly look into the matter urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest to facilitate the form fill up procedure.

        It had been refunded into my account. Its a slow process but the amount paid wl b returned after around 15 days.

          Entire family and friends are been loosing money from our bank account... For one of my friends neet pg enterance examination registration for last few days... Am one more friend went to help him

          Rs 3750... Deducted from yes bank card 5840 twice but no reference number generated. Message says ' your request could not be processed due to exception. Please try again later' date 8th nov 2017 time 11:14 p. M

          Kindly note there is no provision for query management neither any canter to consider there is a payment gateway issues etc... Very irresponsibly created webpage.. Day and night our youth is wasting precious time instead of being productive to keep chasing their seats in this fashion.

          Kindly give an explanation that i can collate all our family and friends amount lost to fill one application for a single candidate.. Imagine the entire applicants and their family.

            Dear sir,

            I registered for neet pg 2018 on 08.11.2017. I completed step 1 of registration and step 2. I paid the for the exam using my sbi internet banking. I got confirmation message for the payment on my mobile. But when logged in into my account it does not confirm the payment of fees which doesn't allow me to proceed further. The picture bellow shows the confirmation message from the bank and the net banking statement
            Kindly help me resolve the problem regarding my payment for the neet pg exam.

            I tried to do the payment for the neet pg entrance exam for the second time, and again the money has been deducted from my bank account through neet banking while the status on my registered neet pg account shows that the payment was not successful.

              I tried to pay the payment of 3750 but the neet website said error and now my money is deducted. Unfair practice carried out by neet. How the hell iam suppose to select my center now?
              This is really frustrating and i want my money back. Now iam not sure if i should try again because i have read online that many people have even lost. Money in second attempt as well.

              I tried SBI net banking today and the same issue happened. My money again got deducted. This scam has to be stopped now.

                I registered for neet pg 2018 on 08.11.2017. I completed step 1 of registration, step 2 of filling qualification details and step 3 of payment. I paid the fees online through icici debit card. I got confirmation of fees payment on my mobile which reads as ' dear costumer, purchase of inr 3, 750.00 has been made on debit card linked to account xx9842 on 8-nov-17. Info: vin*nbe. But the nbe site still doesn't confirm fees payment and therefore i cannot proceed further to step 4 of city choice filling. Sir, i am sending photographed image of the mobile message as attachment for the needful. I complained about this issue on [protected]@nbe. Edu.in twice. Sir it is requested to kindly refer to my issue urgently so that i can proceed further to opt for center choice and complete my application. Thank you very much.

                  I registered for neet pg 2018 on 07.11.2017. I completed step 1 of registration, step 2 of filling qualification details and step 3 of payment. I paid the fees online through sate bank of india (Sbi) debit card. I got confirmation of fees payment on my mobile which reads as "rs 2750/ is debited to a/c.. Xx6819 on[protected] at pos" nbe at nbe txn# ju[protected]

                  My bank statement also confirms the fee payment.

                  The website shows payment cannot be done due to an exception.

                  Therefore i cannot proceed further to step 4 of city choice filling. I am sending photographed image of both the text as attachment for the needful. I complained about this issue on neetpg. Nbe. Edu.in. I called on their toll-free no. Number of times but didn't got any respond.


                  I shall ever be thankful to you for this kind act.

                    In order continue my registration i did 2nd and 3rd payment with different banks.. And again transaction failed and all of my 3 accounts has been debited with 3750 each.
                    I m not able to proceed for form completion. I m also worried about the refund. What shall i do. I mailed nbe but the is no reply.
                    Kindly proceed toy req.. Please help

                      I successfully completed 1st and 2nd step of neet pg registration on dated 8th november 2017. But while doing payment money has been deducted from my account but the payment failed. But to continue the process i did payment for the second time and again my payment failed. Due to this i am not able to proceed further. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                          I tried to make payment for neet pg 2018 via debit card, it showed that your "action could not be completed due to an exception, please try again"
                          So i tried paying via internet banking and the transaction was successful and the receipt was generated.
                          But when i checked my bank account money (3750 +3750) has been debited four tines
                          Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and kindly refund my amount.

Amount was debited fron the account but the nbe website is again showing payment option and i could not proceed further and select the test centre
                            again i tried on 08/11/2017 to pay from a different account at axis bank and paid rs 3750 via debit card whose transaction ref number was PUR/NBE/MUMBAI/NBE/PUR/Seq No 585805
                            The website shows payment cannot be done due to an exception.
                            This way i lost rs 3750 twice i. E, a total of rs 7500 and I am worried and thus i called nbe helpline but its not responding and not picking up calls.
                            I request the responsible officer of nbe to kindly help me in urgent basis as the nearby test centres are filling up first and kindly refund my amount

                                Dear sir,
                                I have registered for the neet-pg exam and have completed steps 1 and 2 as can be seen in the website in my account. As i moved on to step 3 and initiated the payment step using my syndicate bank debit card via online transaction, i received a message from my bank saying the money, (Amount rs 3750) has been deducted on 08/11/2017; but my nbe account still doesn't confirm the payment. Hence i am unable to proceed further to the subsequent steps. I have sent a couple mails, and tried calling the helpline numerous times but it is always switched off.
                                I urge you to kindly consider this matter o[censored]tmost importance and do the needful as soon as possible as it is getting closer to the deadline and i have yet to choose a center

Sir, i am sending screen shot image of lnet-banking message as attachment for the needful. I complained about this issue on [protected]@nbe. Edu.in. I called on your toll free nos [protected] and [protected] more than 200 times but it is either busy or is not picked up. I finally sent written complaints to health ministry and pmo. Sir it is requested to kindly refer to my issue urgently so that i can proceed further to opt for center choice and complete my application.
