Dear sir/madam
I'm trying to pay online fees option while filling my application form but twice there was deduction from my bank accounts (Inr 3750). Still after paying twice by using once net banking and other time a debit card it said error due to exception and amount deducted which hasn't been refunded yet approx 48 hrs of transaction with 2 working days passed. Please look into matter, tried for ur grevience line but it says busy...

    I am dr. Murthy​ from karnataka.​

    While filling the application form online for neet-pg, in the step 3: make payment, i tried making payment through online netbanking ​​thrice.

    All the 3 times the amount has been debited from my bank account but the payment status is not updated and still asks to make payment.

    Kindly look into the matter and reply asap.

    Several other doctors are also facing the same problem.

      , 0n 8/11/17, i dr. Pankaj completed the first and second steps of neet-mds 2018 form fill up. During the third step of payment, after entering my debit card details, the amount of 3750 was deducted from my bank account but the pop up screen showed "your action could not be completed due to an exception. Plz try again later". Then i repeated the payment procedure one more time from same debit card and twice from another debit card

      Today once again i tried

      Altogether 5 times

      All 5times the amount was deducted from my account and the same pop up screen appeared. So, even after a total deduction of (3750*5)=18750, i couldnot proceed to the next stage of form fill up and it is still incomplete.

      Now it seems a total mess for me n i m shocked at such transactions defect

      Since yesterday have wasted ample time in calling your toll free no but no reply
      Kindly look into the matter urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest to facilitate the form fill up procedure.

      Also refund my money as soon as possible.

      Please a quick response is requested.

      Even I faced the same issue.
      My money is debited and the payment is still unsuccessful. Many others have faced the same problem.

      The Toll free number is waste as there is no response at all. Dont know whom to contact. I have even mailed to the NEET PG. No response.

      Please keep us informed if you find a way.

        Tried to make payment for neet pg 2018 via debit card, it showed that your "action could not be completed due to an exception, please try again"
        So i tried paying via internet banking and the transaction was successful and the receipt was generated.
        But when i checked my bank account money (3750 +3750) has been debited twice.
        Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and kindly refund my amount.

          Applied for neet pg 2018..my candidate I'd is [protected] ...I completed qualification steps and I proceeded with payment step...I also paid through debit card of Induslnd account...my money was debited twice ( 3750+3750) when applied 2 times but inspite that, payment couldn't be completed...my money was debited totally 7500...due to this im unable to proceed for testing centre choice...if we people face such issues, how can we pay for next time...if nxt time also money get debited inspite of incomplete payment means, wat shall we do... middle class people will be severely affected by this issue due to unnecessary loss of money ...and testing centres also have only limited seats... due to this problem I'm unable to select the city which was available in front of me...i request you to kindly see to this problem and return my money as soon as possible so that I can proceed further for registration as registration date last only till the end of this month... please resolve my issue

          My candidate i'd is [protected].. I belong to tamil nadu.. Nowadays testing centres are very soon get exhausted... Whenever additional testing centres are released, no notification or message is given... It's difficult for keep on watching for testing centres release... I'm unable to select city... South indian seats are totally exhausted... Nbe can kindly see to the state where the seats are filling fast and make additional centres for the benefit of the candidates... If they do this help, candidate will be greatly benefited... Once city is selected, we cannot change the city also.. We face difficulty in selecting cities. For working doctors, it will be very much difficult to go to other state and write the exam... I'm kindly requesting you to give notification in home page few hours before release of additional seats so that people will not miss the awareness regarding seat and regret later... Please see to this issue as a kind request

          It has been since 6 days..my problem has not been resolved..my candidate I'd is [protected]..I paid money for 2 times 3750+3750..one of the amount has been paid later on..one payment was successful on the next day...I need to refund my money 3750 which was detected during payment issue..I'm keep on watching this consumer statistics..newer complaints are resolved faster than older complaints..I'm kindly requesting u to kindly see to this problem and refund my money as soon as possible..

            Sir.
            I have completed filling step 1and 2 and i make payment for the neet pg exam. But after deduction of 3750 from three different account, still i cannot choose my city. Its always says, your action could not be completed due to an exception, please try again latter. But the said amount had been deducted thrice. So do help help jn completing the process.

              I am saran sarma from kerala. I registered for neet pg on 8 november 2017. First step was completed successfully nd registered. Second step also successfully registered.. While making the payment, money was deducted from my account 2times, first via canara bank. Debit card on nov8, 8pm and second time via sbi debit card on nov9 at 12pm on pos nbe ayt nbe txn#ju[protected]. Kindly refund my money to my account.

                Dear sir,
                I registered for neet pg 2018 on 01.11.2017. I completed step 1 of registration, step 2 of filling qualification details and step 3 of payment. I paid the fees online through sbi atm card. I got confirmation of fees payment on my mobile which reads as ' thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx0949 for a purchase worth rs.3750 on pos nbe at nbe txn#jt[proctected]. My online bank statement also confirms the fee payment. But the nbe site still doesn't confirm fees payment and therefore i cannot proceed further to step 4 of city choice filling. So i try again n go to step 3 for payment again, it give same error n my account deducted two time money that is total rs7500. Its been more than week my money not credit in my account. I request you to take up this matter urgently to help me recover my money. Please

                  I registered on neet pg webiste on 9/11/2017. I made the payment through my sbi debit card. The traction id of my payment was nbe txn# ju5799755 at 11;46 am on 9/11/2017. The website shows payment cannot be done due to exception and the website i showing payment option again. I called uncoutable times on nbe helpline but nobody is responding. Kindly guide me what to be done next as early as possible as i have to register for neet pg.

                    I paid rs.3750. Even after 2 hours the payment status was showing not paid even though the cash got debited from my account. I have confirmed with the bank also. So i had to pay again because the seats were getting over.
                    Please return my cash. It a really huge amount for me.
                    Please respond to what i can do to rectify this issue whom i have to contact.
                    I contacted the bank but they said since its already debited from your account and it was not a transaction failure you have to talk to nbe. But nbe never responds to any complaint or query.
                    Please!!!
                    There is no response from any type of contact.

                      Sir i filled my neet pg form and completed step 1 procedure after that my amount 3750+3750 deducted twice so lost 7500 total without confirmation of payment ot still pending... Without which i cant select my exam center so urgently look into the same and refund my amount... Same problem happen with lots of people... Exam centers are getiing filled and the remainig time is very much short... Please urgenlty look into this matter it helps us a lot... I need to complete my form as soon as possible... Please sir need ur help.. About complting my form and refund of 7500... Mini statment of transction of sbi bank is attached herewith...

Sir it is requested to kindly refer to my issue urgently so that i can proceed further to opt for center choice and complete my application.

                            For the past 2 weeks i have been trying to contact you on the different numbers provided on your site. And evrytime it's either said "busy" or "out of coverage". Just once the call was picked and the person who attended the call cut the call as soon as i said it's regarding neet pg. Moreover number of mails were sent evryday regarding our issues on neet pg.
                            Well as students it's our crucial time in preparation and after nbe creating so much fuss and tension for us in this last moment atleast they should have the courtesy to attend our call or reply our mails.
                            For other state students we do not have other option than to keep trying on phone and mailing.

                              I am rohit kumar and my candidate id is [protected]. I want to bring this to your notice that yesterday i. E 8/11/2017 at 6pm i made online payment on neet nbe website for my neet form. The amount was deducted from my account and payment was showed as error/ unsuccessful on their platform.
                              Following which i tried to make the payment two times again and same thing happened, the money has been deducted but it again showed as failed.
                              So, my 12 thousand money is unaccounted for as the website is showing payment failure. It happened a total of three times. Kindly look into it as i need that money urgently.

                                On 8 nov 2017 i was registering for neet pg exam 2018 while doing so i mada a payment of rs 3750 and a notice came saying exception error i tried once again and same happened then i checked my bank account details and it says 7500 id deducted from my bank account i emailed to nbe but they are not responding to my emails please resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i will not be able to attempt pg exam.

                                  Hello sir/ma'am, my name is sumati, i tried to register for neetpg 2018 exam. My candidate id [protected]. I paid registration fee 3750 rupees with my hdfc bank netbanking ref no.[protected] but nbe site shows that no payment received. I did contact with bank's customer care. They said that payment has been transferred to nbe account. I wrote mail to nbe but they did not respond. Their phone number also not working. I don't know what to do? How to do further registration? Please look into the matter.

                                      I was trying to book slot for neet pg 2018 examination and it failed every time i tried. I tried 4 times.

                                      The amount got deducted every time but the website gave me the error “action not completed due to some exception” and did not proceed further.

                                      Please refund my total money which is inr 15000 asap.

                                      I tried the customer care number: helpline no:[protected] but it is always busy and no one answers.

                                      Please refund the amount asap for the failed transaction on your website.
