With due respect i would like to complain a file about the fact that on 8/11/2017 around 1:30 pm i was trying to pay nbe neet 2018 fee of worth rupee 3750 from my sbi account. While the process the transaction of 3750 rupee has been made two times from my account that is total 7500 rupee but still the receiving party has not received the amount of 3750 as my payment status is still incomplete. Please have a look and help me regarding this. My candidate id is [protected]. I request you to refund my money worth 7500 rupee to my account as soon as possible so that i can start paying again and choose my city of choice for my exam. The online payment step is mandatory before choosing city of your choice as exam center and nearby place for me is mohali and i am short of time before the seats there get filled up.

HELLO, Greetings as i had mentioned that i had 2 unsuccessful transactions from my bank account while paying to NBE NEET 2018, now i have to mention that the one transaction of worth 3750 has been accepted by NBE on 10/11/2017 and my payment status is complete

the other problem is that the extra transaction which was made of same amount (3750) has not been refunded in my account yet . please help me regarding this as my bank is filing a complaint as my balance status is not visible to them by some technical problem

    I dr suchi pasad, was filling the online form for neet mds 2018 i completed the first two steps n proceed to next step for payments. My amount was deducted bt transaction failed due to some exception was shown n when i tried again my amount was deducted bt i was nt able to fill the next step n no confirmation of payment.. I tried 3rd time through different browser where my second step was half filled.. I can proceed further to fill the form.. Plz help.. Plz concern for the prblm n solve it soon

    Payment was confirmed when payed by mobile and reciept generated.when i logged in by system the payment process page appeared again and double transaction was done.mailed them twice no response call no response.

      My money has been debited twice... But payment couldn't be completed.. So that im unable to opt for testing centres... Kindly see to this issue and send back my money... Please return my money... I[censored]nnecessary debition of money is carried on, how can people apply for exam??.. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible... Exam centre should provide proper facilities and helpline to solve the problem

        Myself dr. Buddheshwar singh, my candidate id is [protected]. I applied for neet pg 2018 entrance exam for md/ ms but could not complete my registration. For payment option i paid rs 2750rs via debit card of punjab nationak bank on08/11/2017 at 1.50pm. Amount was debited from the account but the nbe website is again showing payment option and i could not proceed further and select the test centre. The website shows payment cannot be done due to an exception.
        This way i lost rs 2750 and i could not do anything. I am worried and thus i called nbe helpline but its not responding and not picking up calls.
        I request the responsible officer of nbe to kindly help me in urgent basis as the nearby test centres are filling up first and kindly refund my amount.

        I registered for neet pg exam and completed 1st and 2nd step but while payment option i have payed through my debit card with amount of 2750rs and this amount hv deducted from my acount no. [protected] but after that payment was not done and an exception error occur. I have complaint in my registered bank, please solve my problm so that i will proceed further registration process.. I hv called many time in nbe helpline line no. But they are alwys busy and not respond.. Please help me..

          I am dr. Atul anand while neetpg 2018 registration i could not complete the payment procedure as during payment website shows "payment failed due to some exceptional error".
          After 1st failed payment i tried 2 more times again using different banks n nbe still says payment cud not b completed due to exception.
          But the money has been deducted from all of my 3 accounts (₹3750×3= ₹11250). I m really bothered.
          I mailed nbe.. Called them several times but they dont seem to b helping.. Plzz do help
          I need to complete my form as date is at closure and i need to opt the city for examination of choice.. Kindly proceed for the complaint. What shall i do now.. Will i get d refund???

            Myself dr amit kawale from vasai dist palghar maharashtra applied for dnb cetss 2018 but could nt complete my registration. For payment option i paid 4500 via debit card on 9/11/2017 at 11. 40mg. Amount was debited frm account but nbe website again showing payment option n i could not proceed further. Again i tried to pay and paid 4500 via debit card. The website shows payment cannot be done due to exception. This way i lost 4500 five times a total of rs 22500 and i could not do anything. I m worried about test centre n even i lost my 22500. So i called nbe helpline but it's not responding n picking up calls. I request the nbe officer to kindly help me for dis n refund my amount

              I registered my sister in neet pg 2018 and when the payment page appears after submitting the qualification details, the payment is deducted from my account and the same is not updated on the neet pg site. Three times the payment is deducted from my sbi account via internet banking and once through my dad's citibank credit card, the sms are attached below. I have tried four times, my account is debited with 3750 x 4 = 15000 but yet my payment is not updated and the seats for the centre of choice are filling quickly. I m a student and so is she and i dont have enough money now to fill her form. Will the payment be refunded? Or i have to try again. What should i do? Please help me out.

                Sir,
                I, nahida shamim hussain bearing registration number [protected] deposited the fee of rs 3750 as per the amount needed for the entrance examination. But even after deduction of the amount thrice from different account numbers, the status of the fee submitted is still incomplete and i cannot proceed to fill up the incomplete form, for which i am very much worried as the last date for form fill up is approaching. So, therefore i request my concern to accept my fee as soon as possible and refund the additional amount which has been deducted.

                I lost 7500...as amound deducted twice
                I tried to register for NEET PG 2018many times but screen shows your action could not be completed due to an exception. Kindly resolve the issue and get back to us.
                I was filling my form my money was deducted 3750 and still payment could not be done and written as

                Please return my money as early as possible
                Have any of your problems been solved? O faced the same situation. The money was debited and yet the application status read incomplete payment. How long does it take?
                I Nahida Shamim Hussain is the same person as in the above comment. Finally I filled up the form through net banking. But the amount which has been debited thrice earlier has not yet been refunded. Kindly credit the amount as soon as possible.

                  This is to bring to your notice that the payment for registration for neet pg 2018 has been debited twice from my accounts, yet the application status page reads the payment has not been done. I have tried calling the helpline and sent a couple of emails as well. No response has been initiated as of yet. Kindly help solve this problem. It is harrowing for the candidate to go through such an experience before the exam.

                  I've never seen such a lackadaisical attitude of exam conducting authorities while addressing student problems. The phone numbers don't work, the mails are not responded to, the complaints are forwarded but not solved. How long before one can finally have peace of mind about the completion of application?

                    Dear sir,
                    I successfully completed first 2 steps of neet pg registration. During payment it displayed failed due to some exception but money deducted from my account. I tried three times. And it deducted 3 times but still now payment is unsuccessful. I paid from sbi net banking 2 times and atm card 1 time. Please kindly solve my problem and refund my amount.

                      My registration id is [protected] for neet-pg 2018.
                      Yesterday "08/november" i had filled the form for 1st stage then i paid money from my sbi account with transaction ref id: igacilmyk0, and then nbe-site says "payment cannot be done due to an exception".
                      This threaten me as due to this massage, because many candidate often facing this issue. Now i m in trouble.
                      Should i go for again pay or wait for nbe's reply.?

                            I registered for neet pg 2018 on 08.11.2017 with candidate id : [protected].
                            I completed step 1 of registration, step 2 of filling qualification details and step 3 of payment. I paid the fees online through sbi atm card. I got confirmation of fees payment on my mobile which reads as ' thank you for using your sbi debit card 519xx xx84 for a purchase worth rs.3750 on pos nbe at nbe txn# jt[protected]. My online bank statement also confirms the fee payment. But the nbe site still doesn't confirm fees payment and therefore i cannot proceed further to step 4 of city choice filling. Sir, i have made payment twice in which both cases money has been debited and i am sending photographed image of both transactions mobile messages as attachment for the needful. I complained about this issue on [protected]@nbe. Edu.in twice. I called on your toll free nos [protected] and [protected] more than 500 times but it is either busy or is not picked up. Sir it is requested to kindly refer to my issue urgently so that i can proceed further to opt for center choice and complete my application.
                            I shall ever be thankful to you for this kind act.

                              After successful completion of step 1 and step 2 of neet pg 2018, payment was attempted with sbi debit card on 8/11/2017 and the website showed that payment was not successful. But the amount (Rs 3750) has been debitted from my account. Transaction ref. No. Jt[protected]. I am not able to complete the registration process. Kindly do the needful.

                                  I registered for neet mds 2018 on 4th nov 2018 i wanted to opt the centre hyderabad but there were 0 vacancies. So i chose nagpur. But on 7th nov 2018 713 more vacancies were allotted in hyderabad. Though i registered first i did not get a chance to choose hyderabad but people registering later can choose. This is unfair and violation of first come first serve. We should be given chance to change center
