NIOS Senior Secondary Level Exams passed in April 2020

I am yet to receive the original Marksheet, Migration and Transfer certificates by courier due to which my college admission is yet to be confirmed.

I had applied for senior secondary course in Stream 1 -Block 1 on 19/07/20. I have also paid the fee of Rs. 2050 on 19/07/20 and uploaded all required docs.
Three months have been past but my admission has not been done by NIOS. My dashboard is still showing "Document verification in progress"
On Sep 30th My dashboard notified to upload my docs again. After this I have uploaded the documents again but no further progress in admission procedure is seen.
I have not received any study material or enrollment number.

Regarding this I have sent emails to RD Bhopal also but no reply received.
Also the help line no. [protected] does not work.
Online help by chat is also fake. No reply is received.
I request for refund of my fee amount from NIOS.

I have made the submission payment to NIOS for the registration of senior secondary course via Nios official website through their payment gateway, my transaction has been completed and the money in my account has been also deducted but on their NIOS website it is still appearing as payment is pending. and my submission is also not done.

Yesterday (13october) I have made a transaction of INR 1500 for my sister's 10th standard admission and the amount debited but in Dashboard payment is still pending.

I am Abhishek mehta i passed my senior secondary education from national institute of open education in the year of 2016 with roll number :[protected]. Sir my complaint is i had applied my migration from this institute from last month i mail them but no response by them also i send proper documents with attached form my certificate Demand draft to their mentioned address. I aslo called their toll free but firstly they not picked if they picked then call is cut i tried many time. Sir its very urgent i need my migration certificate because i applied for further studies now i preparing for 1st year examination if i have not received my migration then my this year on sake. Pls help me for my career.

I also attached mail screen short but still no reply from NIOS.

Nios.ac.in on 25 September 2020.
Although the amount was deducted from my account and the transaction was successful but the Nios.ac.in website is still showing the amount as unpaid. Kindly rectify the issue.

I called 10 times today to the headquarters of Noida for knowing about the submission of the TMA, I don't the enrollment number with me so I asked the same from the agent
But every time I asked the question either they disconnect the call or they just say "kya jaankaari chahiye". The moment I ask something they disconnect the call. This is seriously pathetic service I have ever seen somewhere. NIOS is a brand in the market, atleast they should have the educated telecallers who can resolve the queries being asked. Please take this complaint on a serious note. If you don't believe me then please call on the number given below

Please do a test call on this number and see what kind of assistance you can get. I can bet no one can resolve your queries because the ladies who are taking the calls are least bothered for the concerns.

Hi sir/madam,

My name is lakshmi apoorva, yadavalli venkata. My hall ticket number is[protected]. I have appeared in last year nov 2019 nios public exam october, and i see that i did not pass in 4 subjects where i was completely surprised. So, now i have to wait an whole year for two subjects and lose another year.
So, i asked my parents for revaluation / recounting of answer sheets, as my friend when she did the same for her ap intermediate exams, she was able to see her answer sheets along with marking, but even now i don’t see in this case neither the result of my reevaluation.

In spite of the same, i appeared in on demand exam twice and i passed in 2 more subject. I appeared on mar 4 & 11th. Today i got my result and last time in math's in (Theory 008, practical 012 and tma 016), in social science in (Theory 008, and tma 19). As you can see in math's practical, i have gotten 012 and my tma in 016 but in theory i have gotten only 008 marks.in my social science tma 019 but in my theory only 008, my handwriting may be bad but it is not bad enough for me to get such low marks. I have come for america and saw that to pass the 10th grade. I would have to write 2 language that i didn’t study. So, i wrote the nios exams as another choice to write 10th board exams. A year of my life is gone and wasted due to me trying to pass. Even though my tma and practical result are good, my theory is result is always low. No matter how i study and write is always low. I know that once lost and can't be return is time.

I see in the entire country people are being passed even they did not attend the exam. You guys have not conducted the exams and passed everybody same is happening in the entire country.

Could you re-evaluate and share my answer sheets in electronic form to really help me to understand why did i get such less marks.

Sir i want to take your attentions for some time as on[protected] i have attemp to paid my nios exam fees of rs 3040 but unfortunatly it was failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I was worried about this the whole day as that day was the last date of payament. Thus i have paid an amount of rs 3040 again on that day to confirm my exam and that time the payment was success. And after that when i check the status amount of 3040 which was earlier failed has also shown paid now and deposited on your account and also till now they have not solved the issue i have also made a complaint earlier but the issue till not solved.

Therefore, i request you to give extra 3040 money back. Also i have attach proof of payment.

I am astha gupta aged 19 years wish to share with your good self to listen my mental agony, i am suffering since 20th dec’19 at the hands of nios-national institute of open schooling sector-62 noida. If my apathetic story comes under your preview, then please see to it and do the needful.

Hereby it is narrated. Previously, i was a student of dlf public school sahibabad (Ghaziabad) u. P. Affiliated to cbse. I was a brilliant student throughout my schooling. I secured 95% score in class x in 2017. But could not take my class xii cbse board exams with pcb. I fell ill and suffered up to the date of exam. I suffered a mental shock due to this.

For the career that i had to pursue, mathematics was compulsory. So i had to go for the other board i. E nios. I appeared for senior secondary exams from nios in oct’19 with 5 subjects - physics, chemistry, mathematics, english and biology. The result was declared on 12th dec’19. I was not satisfied with the result so i applied for revaluation in 4 subjects - physics, maths, biology and english on 20th dec’19.

Firstly the revaluation fees rs. 3250 was debited twice from my father’s bank account and till date i haven’t received the refund back. Then i also applied for the issue of photocopy of my answer - sheets for which i had paid rs. 2800 along with an application. The officials informed me that my re-evaluated result will be updated within one and a half month.
I have fared well in all the subjects, if genuinely and honestly re-evaluated i am sure to score 93-94% as aggregate.

Since 20th december 2020 till date, i have been in constant touch with the concerned nios officials:
1. Mr. Rajesh gautam - deputy director, regional centre delhi nios
2. Mr. T. N. Giri - regional director nios
3. Ms. Mamta gupta - deputy director, evaluation nios
4. Mr. Pawan - evaluation department nios
We requested several times to meet shri. B. Venkateswaram, director of evaluation department nios but we were denied access every time.

Since then, despite repeated reminders and constantly reaching out to them for my revaluation result till date they have been declining my request and asking me to every time i visit the headquarter nios. It has been more than 6 months since i applied for revaluation and still my result is pending.

Recently i. E on 12th and 13th june 2020 i sent an e-mail and speed post to the concerned nios officials as a reminder to update my revaluation result at the earliest possible. But still they did not take any action. Since the ease in lockdown, i have been regularly visiting the office but i have been denied to enter the headquarter every time and the security asks us to visit the next day.

It is not a herculean task that my answer sheets could not be re-evaluated within more than 6 months. Lockdown was imposed from 22nd march 2020 and now it is unlocked since one and a half months.

All the government offices are deputed for the welfare of the public. But the nios officials are doing just the opposite. They are harassing the grieved people like me, mentally torturing us, installing and hampering the academic progress. Is there no higher authority to check the nefarious act of the nios offices. They are acting contrary to the pious sprit of our honourable prime minister mr. Modi’s slogan “beti bachao beti padhao.”

Education is the fundamental right of every citizen but nios is violating the basic fundamental human rights. Nios being the largest board in india, emphasises on education to all but on the contrary they are actually putting the career of many children at stake.

Due to their callous and perverse attitude, me and my family have been going through a mental trauma. All the admissions for undergraduate courses in colleges are due in a few days which requires my class xii mark sheet but i am unable to do so because of the delay in my revaluation result at nios end.

So i approached your good offices to intervene and help me get justice to save my future and oblige.
