As i have made transactions on your merchant for nios deled (Govt.) 2nd year fee on 4 jul 2018
I made 3 transactions. Every time it shows transaction failed. But amount is deducted from my account (6010*3=18030)
But still it was showing "payment not made".
After 3 days... It has updated my fees showing payment made. But what about my 2 more transactions money.
The transaction is successful by last (Third transaction).
What about 2 earlier transactions?
Sir please refund my fee i. E. 12020 for 2 more transactions.

But i could not download my admit card error msg come as invalid details or you have not submitted exams fee. But the admit card issued by you shows the detail of only 502. Therefore i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it because examination starts from 25/09/2018.

My name is tushar gurung. I have been trying to call your toll-free number for last 1 hour it's saying line is busy. How is that possible.? I wanted to apply for duplicate 10th passing certificate just wanted to know the format of affidavit and i have other questions to ask. Sometime it says line is conjested and wen i get to hear the ivr line just gets disconnected. How come toll-free numbers can be so busy. I also call other toll free numbers even if they are busy your call goes on hold. But in your case it's hard to reach you.

On 9th july 2018, i have done 2nd year admission, and the money was debited from my bank account, but still shows payment not made, how can i resolve my problem? Please help as it is more than two months as i am afraid i will lose my money which is 6010 in rupees. So if you kindly solve my problem, i will be grateful to you...i have attached some images to show for witness...i have already consult the bank, they suggest me to write to you...i have sent the reference no here too..

With respect i want to inform you that i have appeared in all exams held in may june. But on my result it showed me absent in paper 503. I have answered all questions also. Nios could not conduct exams flawlessly. Nios should give extra time by extending the date of submission of fee.
Kindly make a correction in the result.

Main 07/11/2017 ko addmission li thi servar problem ke karn first bar payment karne ke bad addmission confirm nhi huaa last date rahne ke karn main dobara payment ki to jake mera addmission confirm huaa.
Sir se anurodh hai ki mera first bar ka kata huaa bailance mere kate huye account main payment wapas karne ka kirpa kiya jaye.

मैंने nios में एडमिशन फॉर्म 31-अगस्त-2018 को सबमिट किया और 2 बार फ़ीस भी पेमेंट किया, लेकिन दोनों बार फीस काटने के बाद रिसीप्ट नहीं आई और फीस बैंक से डेबिट होगये, मैंने कई बार इ-मेल भी किया इस बारे में लेकिंन कोई भी जन करी नहीं दी गई, और ना ही हेल्प लाइन नंबर कभी नाह लगता है, और अब अगर मई फीस पेमेंट करने की कोशिश करता हूँ तो फीस 700 रुपये लेट फीस दिखा रहा है जो की पहले 400 रुपुये था कृपया करके या तो फीस रिसीप्ट जरी कर दिया जाये या तो फीस रिफंड किया जाए ताकि मै दोबारा फीस भर सकू

06/09/2018 को मैंने फिर से पेमेंट किया जो को लेट फीस 700 का है लेकिन वो भी फ़ैल हो गया, जिसका एरर पेज का screenshot और transaction की जानकारी भी साथ में भी जा रही है कृपया करके अपने वेबसाइट को ठीक करे और सभी किया गया पेमेंट वापस करे ताकि सर्वर ठीक होने के बाद फीस भर सकू और मेरा एक साल ख़राब होने से बचा सकू.कृपया करके इस ईमेल का जवाब दे क्यों के आपका हेल्पलाइन नंबर कभी भी सम्बधं अधिकारी से नहीं जुड़ता

I have applied in the course of d. El. Ed of nios online. System error occurred during the payment of rs 4500 of above course at the date of 27/09/2017. Amount of rs 4510 is debited from my a/c no. [protected] (Hdfc bank) with reference no.[protected] and payment gateway [protected]-citruseazypay. But my application status shown as "payment not made" until last due date 30/09/2017 while the debited amount of rs 4510 have not refunded in my account.

Finally i have paid again rs. 4500 with reference no.[protected] and payment gateway [protected]-citrusnios which is successful payment at the date of 30/09/2017.

I have mailed the hdfc bank for clarification. But they revert back me as "the transaction has been successfully processed at the bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. Incase if the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction or there is no revert from the merchant, do write back to us with the merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds."

I have also mailed to [protected]@citruspay.com, where responses obtained as -
"your transaction id [protected] processed on 27/09/2017 for rs.4510/- is a successful transaction."

So kindly check the same and solve my issues on urgent basis and revert me the above debited amount. I will be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
