2nd year admission fees 6000 rs of 3 students in deled my a/c is debited18, 000rs but your websites shows payment not completed that is why i done double transaction

    My enrolment no. Is [[protected]]. I paid my second year admission fee on 4 july 2018 through SBI net banking. The amount of rs 6010 was debited from account refrence number is [protected]IGADWWWMD2 and status showed as "payment failed". After than I made again a payment of rupees 6060/- through ICICI Bank credit card, whose refrence number is [protected]. and status showed as completed.

    Please refund the debited amount of rupees 6010/- from SBI Bank acount.

      I was applying online for my 2nd Year enrolment/registration and filling 2nd semester examination fee of D. El. Ed. programme though my SBI Internet Banking credentials. Both times while making online payments, amount of Rs. 6010/- and 510/- got debited from my Saving Account but status of payment on D. El. Ed. website was showing pending.

          Sir,
          This is Mahwesh Noor with enrolment no. [protected]. I made a payment for 2nd year exam fees of rs.510 via sbi net banking ref. no. IGADWWBGH2.
          The amount was deducted and transaction shown successful on 4th july 2018 at 1.03 p.m. but the payment status is still make payment and has not changed to payment completed. Sir please help me with this 72 hours have passed.

            1. First of all you need to go this link https://eazypay.icicibank.com/homePage

            2. Then under "Transaction History" column provide your mobile number that you entered while making payment to NIOS

            3. Then you will be asked to enter the OTP sent to your mobile number

            4. Enter your OTP and click on Submit/Go button

            5. Then you will be given a status showing your payment details

            Don't panic, mine was the same case and I went through these steps.

                Sir,
                On 4/07/2018, as mentioned below, Second year admission form amounting to Rs.6010 was paid through net banking whereas amount was deducted form my account but NIOS portal shows that payment was not successful. I therefore waited for the whole day and night.
                When I opened the next day, payment still remained blank, I therefore repaid the same since time was very limit where the payment shows successful.
                Till today, my first payment which seems was not successful was not refunded to my account.
                I therefore beg you kindly refund the amount of Rs.6010/- to my account.
                TRANSACTION DETAILS:

                    I made a payment against NIOS D.EL.ED 2nd year registration fee for the sum of 6010.00. The payment gateway used by NIOS is Citrus Pay. But even after successful payment and deduction of said amount payment against the form fee is not completed and still the status is PAYMENT NOT MADE.                       I have made a net banking payment from UCO bank for NIOS Dled 2nd Year registration on 06.07.18. Money debited from the account and 24 has passed but the status has not changed from payment not made to payment completed. And money is not refunded if it is failed. merchant name is secretary nati inst open schooling.
                      So i kindly request that if the payment couldnt made to nios kindly refund the money since today is the last day of registration. We are facing a big problem as we cannot pay double times.

                                On 4/7/2018 I paid Rs 6010 for admission to Nios deled second year admission. Amount deducted for Nios deled admission but it shows payment not made. My enrolment no is [protected] and when I communicate with ICICI they have given me ICICI bankTxn reference no is[protected]. I am attaching screenshot of payment receipt. What shall i do none of nios help line number is working and last date is tomorrow. Will I loose the amount and need to repay the fee again or not.
