I made payment of 510 rs for second year submission fee from NIOS website.
One transaction was fail, but Easypay charged me twice for the same.

Attaching the screenshot of same.
I have attached all the screenshots of transaction been made..one transaction at 2.01 pm other at 2.04 pm. Why I have been charged twice ?
Already using eazypay for all transactions still this is not acceptable to take it further.

I am made 2 transaction my first transaction is drop and second transaction is success so plz refund my first transaction amount as soon as possible you can verify my amount by match reference no.

On 4th July2018 while making payment for D.L.Ed 2nd year Admission Fee I used my HDFC credit card twice but status not changed to payment completed for my wife's Enrolment ID : [protected] and amount of Rs. 6060 deducted twice from my credit card account for 2 transactions. Then I waited for more than 12 hrs. which was enough that was suggested on site page that is 1 hr.(max.). After that I made payment through Axis bank net-banking which is total Rs 6010= Rs. 6000 + 10(transaction fee). This Transaction completed instantly. I request for refund of first 2 incomplete disputed transactions that debited my credit card account.

Sir,
With due respect I inform you that I KRISHNA PRASAD SANTRA bear along account no.[protected] UBI and([protected]) SBI deposited Rs. 6010/- and Rs.6010/- from both account for admission to NIOS. The total amount has been deducted from both accounts but it is shown that the amount has not been deposited to NIOS. I have come to know that the amount has been in ...and it is not transferred to NIOS. Now i want to take back the amount to my both accounts. I complained to both banks.

Therefore i request you to take inform how i can solve the problem or to take necessary steps, so that i can return the amount to my accounts.

As I have made transactions on your merchant for nios deled (govt.) 2nd year fee on 4 jul 2018
I made 3 transactions. Every time it shows transaction failed. But amount is deducted from my account (6010*3=18030)
But still it was showing "PAYMENT NOT MADE" .
After 3 days ... It has updated my fees showing PAYMENT MADE . But what about my 2 more transactions money.
The transaction is successful by last(third transaction).
What about 2 earlier transactions?
Sir please refund my fee i.e. 12020 for 2 more transactions.

i have given my 12th exam from nios(april 2018) but when my result was announced i was marked absent in physics exam but i had given my physics exam on exam date when i approached regional centre they are saying write a application we will consider it in 1 month its more than a month still there is no reply because of this issue my 12th result is on hold i cant take admission in any collage

sir, i have made payment through sbi net banking on 06/06/2018 but status is showing payment not made but the amount of 6010.00 was deducted from my account. After that i again tried to make payment from sbi debit card banking and this time the payment accepted. My complain is for the refund of my first payment.

Respected Sir / Madam,
I am Debasis Mondal, a student of D.El.Ed (for In service teachers), Enrollment No : [protected]. I make a payment for II year admission fees on 04.07.2018 amounting 6010 via PNB Net Banking with Transaction ID : [protected] which shows payment failed / pending at the time of transaction but the said amount is debited from my account and NIOS portal shows payment not made. I contact to the PNB Care on next day and they said they can not check the status of payment or lodge any complaint against this payment. I waited for 48 hrs but still payment status has not been changed. I make an another complaint to PNB Care regarding this issue( Complaint No : A[protected] and I made another payment from SBI on 06.07.2018 amounting 6060 using debit card with Transaction ID : [protected] which shows payment made and slip has been generated. But now PNB Care said the amount 6010 (Transaction ID : [protected]) has been credited to the biller successfuly and also Transaction status shows the same. But NIOS payment slip shows the payment made with SBI Debit Card with transaction id : [protected]. I makes to many mails to NIOS's all officers and try to contact the NIOS through help line no but they did not do anything and I also send a mail to Accounts department ([protected]@nios.ac.in) but they did not respond till now.
Now my request to you sir please refund my amount of PNB payment amounting 6010 with transaction ID :[protected] on the same account from which debited. Account details mentioned below and the all transaction slips attached.

I 've done my D.Ei.Ed 2nd year registration through United Bank of India debit card on 9/07/2018. 14.56.55. The said amount Rs.6000 has been deducted from my account and its says transaction completed, but when i log in again the status has'nt been updated n it state "make payment". I have waited 24 hrs but my status remains the same. Please do the needfull at the earliest.
