The second (2nd) year admission with rs.6010.00 admission fees through my sbi net banking. Due to 1st failed transaction
I repeat the next payment, but the second payment was successful and the first failed. Now the issue is,
Last failed transaction amount still not credit on my account. I have contacted even with the bank but bank responding me to contact with the merchant whom i paid the amount. All the banking and failed transaction

National Institute of Open Schooling customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
So, i tried again to complete payment and 2nd time payment successfully made but 1st transaction(made on 2nd july) is not reversed in bank account
