The amount debited from my state bank account of rs.500 for 2 subjects for each 250*2=500/-. Please sir solve my problem as soon as possible.

On 28th June 2018 I made an online payment of Rs. 6060.00 in the name of below candidate through my debit card on tje website dled nios.ac.in for the admission course D.EL.ED 2nd Year for the untrained teacher but the site game message that payment was successfully. Jul 4th 2018 through net banking I have made transaction of Rs 6010 of nios deled 2nd year exam fees, which has got failed and amount is not yet credited back to the account.

I made payment of 510 rs for second year submission fee from NIOS website.
One transaction was fail, but Easypay charged me twice for the same.

I have attached all the screenshots of transaction been made..one transaction at 2.01 pm other at 2.04 pm. Why I have been charged twice ?
Already using eazypay for all transactions still this is not acceptable to take it further....
