I had fail in 2 subject and afterwords I had given on demand exam after that it is showing the same Marks and showing fail

I have applied for senior secondary exam stream 4, my enrollment no. is still not allocated, provided all documents and fee has already paid, but it still taki ng too much time.please kindly do the needful.with regads kaveri
I paid amount and I updated corrospondce address.. As they said on 9 September and still they r nt response... Pls sir help help as soon as possible because steam 1 will closes by 15 September and I already paid for steam 1 please help and slove this issue... As I uploaded screenshot u can see sir
