                  Installed bhim payment application 0n 16/08/2020. It has generated 6 digit pin and application is locked by the service provider. When tried to use forgot pin, the type is shwon different to one issued by bank. Hence it shows wrong information about the card. Neither i could deactivate it. Held to ransom by the service provider, ncpi. Is the government is awake? Regional office refused to attend complaint when approcached in person. Is corporate or somebody else is having a hand in it? For email standard reply directs to reinstall the application. It did not solve the problem. As a senior citizen i find it a lesson for all to never to go for online payment. Complaint no.723118. Why chennai regional office refuses to accept and resolve complaint?
                  Deactivate the account or be liable for lose of money.

                  Till date even govt.dirnot not bother to question NPCI. A lesson for digital enthusiasts and discourage people to adopt to electronics in financial transactions.

                        I have done an aeps withdrawal transaction on date 15/07/2020 for amount rs. 10000 from my saving account having account number [protected] at bank of baroda csp. This amount is debited from my bank account but the withdrawal was not successful. It got timed out.
                        Requestyou to kindlyrefund the debited amount in my bank account as this money is not acquired by bank of baroda.

During imps process i received message that imps transaction is failed but amount from my account was debited and not credited in my account. Many times i have contacted to branch and also did oline complain at toll free number. But now both are saying they can not get my amount back. Please help me

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    This is to inform you that I have visited several times to my branch for linking my account to NPCI( National Payments Corporation of India)server so that I can get DBTL benefit, whereas my wife's account is almost 10years old, but I have visited SBI Chowk Branch, Lucknow many times regarding this small work, I'm continuesly requesting there bank employee for linking to my bank account with NPCI server but they are continually told that he is not aware how to do this, can I know how i can told to your bank employee for how they can do this work which is very painful, and also I'm informing you that I have already submitted hard copy on 24th June of NPCI form which was received from my gas agency then I had wait until 7thth July but my account not linked up to 7th July then after I have again submitted NPCI form to bank approx one week back after several follow-up bank not done my work yet and they are asking me how to do they that work which not possible at my end, as per my knowledge bank has already done training for these kind of work but still your employees is not aware about the further process which is un-digestible .

                                      I have completed my kyc and confirmed my adhaar linking status with my bank account. It is showing on their server but on uidai wevsite for checking adhaar linking status it is still saying adhaar not linked to the account.
                                      What is the problem why is it still not showed my adhaar linking status.
                                      I want to do this for my scholarship and finding unable to do so....
