    I transferred rs 4000 amount through bhim app, amount debited but not credited to merchant account, also my amount not reversed in my account

    I register complaint on bhim call centre but not responding after registing of complaints,

    I called them several times but still issue is not solved,

    Please look into this matter and resolve it and make my money refunded in my account

        This compliant is being registered through Additional Director Higher Education Office Jabalpur . This Student Shruti Bhujade, her adhar number is[protected], which was linked with her Canara Bank account but since she was not getting her scholarship since 2017-18, this matter is being under serious observation by higher authorities, she was asked to open her account in her some other bank and get her adhar linked with. But when her adhar is checked on UIDAI website it still shows Canara Bank, where as she has got her account closed and the bank authorities say that it is not their matter to get it delinked .
        It would be very kind of you if her adhar is delinked with canara bank .

            Sir,
            I have made payment through BHIM UPI on 27th July 2020, the amount is debited to my account, but not credited to the beneficiary. I have raised concern through app 3-4 times but every time i got the same reply that amount is credited to beneficiary however it is not credited to the beneficiary account. I am hereby attaching the transaction details and beneficiary account statement showing no credit in account.

            Please look into the matter and reverse the amount to the account.

              I have received a scratch card offer message from Google pay on my
              mobile phone I have scratch the card there it was shown that I have
              received Rs 1999 cash reward which I have won and there written that I can transfer this amount directly to my bank account so I clicked on the link to transfer that amount to my bank account it diverted me to my mobile bank app when I log into it instead of amount to be credit in my bank account amount have been deducted from my bank account three times to[protected]@pay though UPI method it was so suddenly happened that I cannot able to release it I came know that amount have deducted from my bank account when I have received sms message from bank that amount have been deducted from my bank account three times within one hour I have raised a compliant with the bank that there was a three online fraud transactions happened in my account amount of Rs 5997/- as been deducted from my account bank have registered my complaint and proved me a compliant no SR[protected] and immediately blocked my mobile bank application and my bank debit card also all this three UPI transactions no UPI/[protected], UPI/[protected], UP/I[protected] of Rs 1999 three times total Rs 5997/- have been credited to one no only[protected]@ pay on same date 03/10/2020 in fraction of time difference at 6.48 pm I have raised a compliant with UPI also on 14/11/2020 and they provided complaint no [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have raised a complaint with Cyber Crime also on 16/11/2020

With reference to your e-mail, your complaint vide Service Reference Number: SR702113546 has been closed.We inform you that request closed in Bank favour as amount was debited after verifying password, OTP or Grid card.You may file a police complaint for investigation of case.We thank you for giving us an opportunity to be of service to you. I have sent another mail to there another email address i.e [email protected] on 18th Nov 2020 but still now I have not received any message or email or phone call from them so again I have sent email on 3rd Dec 2020 to [email protected] and raised a complaint through filling the compliant from of 2nd level officer and submitted in my branch.

                Have found amont credit bank and raised complaint with Paytm bank.

                Kindly look into same help to lock Paytm bank below account in which amount credited.

                    Transaction amount not credited

                    I had made transaction for an amount of Rs. 33000/_ on 01 november 20 at 20.35 hrs vide transaction id[protected] to [protected]@upi through bhim app from my account [protected]@upi. However the amount was debited from my account and it is not credited to the beneficiary till date.                     Hi Team,
                    I am a victim of fraud via phonepay, yesterday iNR 25000 was deducted from my account via UPI, initially it was tired from my Google pay however later on from phone pay 2 transaction of 20000 and 5000 was debited. I have filed a report to cyber crime team and RBI and notified my bank and Phonepay team. Attached are the snapshot for the transaction which I have not initiated

                      I tried to use Bhim DLB upi app to pay for merchant transactions at many merchant
                      locations where PayTm owned UPI scanner display boards are used to to pay using Bhim
                      UPI app ( where scanner board shows paytm accepted here on Top ), but in all the cases following error pops up and displayed after validating UPI
                      password and selecting account number within the App.

                      Bhim DLB UPI

                      Signature is tampered or corrupted

                      The above error occurred while I was again trying to transact today 11.10.20 at 0932 hrs.

                      Apparently the same Bhim DLB UPI will work in Bhim UPI Scanners without Paytm
                      Accepted here displayed on Top.

                      Please check why Bhim DLB UPI is not working at PayTm owned UPI scanner display
                      boards while it is working at Bhim UPI Scanners without Paytm Accepted here displayed on

                            My vehicle no is UP16BU6908. My fastag was issued by SBI but now it is showing blacklisted. I have requested to SBI to deactivate my SBI fastag and tag has been deactivated. But when I crossed toll plaza's my vehicle number is showing blacklisted. I have contacted many times 1033 they are saying your account is showing minimum balance. What should i do? I am trying to purchase new fastag from PAYTM but from paytm one msg was reflected as "vehicle blacklisted by NPCI"

                            Kindly rectify and do the needful so I can cross plaza hassle-free.

                              My vehicle no is UP16BU6908. My fasttag was issued by SBI but now it is showing blacklisted.                               My vehicle no is RJ28CB1688. My fasttag was issued by airtel in 2020 but now it is showing blacklisted.Whenever i tried to recharge my fastag it was showing limited KYC and advise to submit my Aadhar card to nearest agent .When i tried to purchase new fasttag from Paytm one msg was reflected as "vehicle blacklisted by NPCI"

                              I have purchased HDFC fastag for my car HR02AN7169 and after that I have given request to deactivate the fastag and fastag got deactivated and money got refunded then i purchased airtel fastag after 2 or 3 trasactions fastag showing vechile blacklisted by NPCI I am contacting 1033 from the last 5 months and they just say we have forwarded your complaint to NPCI and they will resolve it.                                   Dear sir,

                                  Vehicle Number : KA 02 MK 2416

                                  With reference to the above subject i was using SBI fastag but suddenly my card was stopped because of KYC update, i tried updating the KYC by sending the necessary documents through email as per their requirement, but even after waiting for more than 1 month i did not get any update from them or my card was unblocked so finally i decided to surrender my fastag and shift to other service provider, i requested for tag surrender using there online portal, after uploading all the documents, on 31.10.2020 i received a message that my tag surrender request is approved and within 3 working days i will receive refund in my account (Ref No : SBIFTCL[protected]), now today i tried to apply for a new fastag with paytm but i get a message that my vehicle number is blacklisted, i tried contacting SBI fastag customer care but they are not giving any information regarding the same.

                                  Please provide me with the necessary details so that I can apply for a new fastag.

                                      I have a query with BHIM app from the date 31 May 2020 at 1320 pm. But my issue still not resolved. A transaction on[protected] was debited to account no[protected] name gautam Sethi wrongly debited for ticket booking but neither ticket was booked nor still amt has been refunded to my account. I have complaint many times on BHIM app and bank also. All are saying that issue only be resolved by only BHIM app.
