This is the message sent by the bank to me. I have sent another mail to there another email address i.e
[email protected] on 18th Nov 2020 but still now I have not received any message or email or phone call from them so again I have sent email on 3rd Dec 2020 to
[email protected] and raised a complaint through filling the compliant from of 2nd level officer and submitted in my branch.
My vehicle no is RJ28CB1688. My fasttag was issued by airtel in 2020 but now it is showing blacklisted.Whenever i tried to recharge my fastag it was showing limited KYC and advise to submit my Aadhar card to nearest agent .When i tried to purchase new fasttag from Paytm one msg was reflected as "vehicle blacklisted by NPCI"
Plz sir remove blacklist on your vehicle
