I was transferred payment of rs. 3000 on 13 dec 2019 to another account through google pay app but didn't received receiver then i had talked to google pay they are saying that transactiin is successful from our end and delayed by npci then they said that send us bank account statement of both account then we forward to npci to resolve this and i sent the same but its been 1 and half month matter still pending, google pay customer care saying npci is delaying.
Issue faced: receiver not received money even not refunded in sender a/c

Hello sir,
When I'm checking my Adhar-bank linking status in UIDIA website then I'm facing Technical exception in the output. Is this NPCI mapper problem or Bank problem. If it is NPCI server problem then when it going to resolve. Or is there any other solution for it.

    mera kahat fino bank me tha jisme adharlink tha jisame sabsidi jata tha fir maine account ko closed kar diya fir adhar ko any banko me link karaya lekin riject ho gya jisase sabsidi prapt nahi ho rahi h kripya mera adhar ko link kiya jay union bank of india me jasase sabsidi prapt ho sake.
    Sir my adhar card is not seeded to the bank account I went been trying is from so many days but there is no response please send me link or inform atlest weather my adhar no is seeded to bank account

      My aadhar is not link sbi account, I am visit the branch and my documents submitted the bank.but my aadhar not link the sbi account. My mobile is shows SMS NPCI Rejected the linking.please solve the problem

        I have already linked my Aadhaar to State Bank of India, but it is not updated in NPCI database yet.
        I have verified with Bank, they confirmed that Aadhaar linking already done to your account.
        Due to this, i am unable to receive my LPG subsidy. Gas Company saying that, your Aadhaar is inactive. Please help me in this.

          I want to change my bank account from Airtle payment bank linked with aadhar in npci mapper to BOI account as Airtle payment bank account is closed so I request to change my bank account to bank of India account . So that I could get gas subsidy and other benifits. My all other bank like Paytm payment bank and bank of india banks are also linked with aadhar plz do change my bank in npci mapper.

            I have a did a transaction on 15th Nov with 30000. The money got debited but not got credited in the receiving bank . I have contacted Google pay many times from 15th Nov till now. Already the ticket was also raised regarding this but till now I did not receive my money . I want my money should be returned immediately.

              My bank account is seeded with aadhar number but also i got a message that npci response is accepted by npci but in my epass scholarship form it's showing that "aadhaar number has not seeded with your bank account".
              So once again i went to bank and checked... There in bank it was showing that "your aadhar number to bank account seeded with npci". But npci rejected the aadhaar link. How long npci take to update its status? In my scholarship form and my scholarship status is "sanctioned under fee concession scheme"
              Please give me a proper information about this issue. Whether can i get scholarship sanction or not. Please give me a response to this.

                        reversal of amount transferred to wrong upi id

                        On 19th jan 2020, i have wrongly entered a upi id of a person named ankit holding a fraudulent account with upi id "[protected]@okaxis" and rs4999 has been debited from my upi account from my deutsche bank account created newly on 14th jan 2020

                        Immediately after seeing the message of debit i have reported to bank about this and requested to stop payment. Bank has denied my request for stop payment. Despite complaint...

                        Sir i link npci form with adhaar at bank punjab & sindh bank gumti no5 on date 20dec 2019. But he did not give any acknowledgment slip to me as a proof that my bank link with npci. Sir i requested many time, please give me acknowledgment slip but he not given. I told to bank manager for this concern but they prefer for that or this type work to bank staff. After all the bank manager or staff did not follow the bank customer rule. Why he not given acknowledgment slip?

                                1. I had applied for fastag on[protected] on paytm app and got my order number as [protected] from paytm.

                                2. After receiving 2-3 dates given for delivery of fastag by paytm, finally on[protected] i receive a message that "delivery was attempted (They did not mention what happened to the attempt. Needless to mention that my wife and my housemaid remain 24x7 hours at home. The courier person did not even telephoned me on my registered mobile number).

                                3. Thereafter i am informed that the delivery will be done on[protected].

                                4. On[protected] i receive a message that my application has been cancelled.

                                5. Since then i am trying to contact them on mail and through telephone but could not succeed. All the contact numbers that are given in paytm app are either not in operation or do not deal with fastag. I mailed the complaint on [protected]@paytm.com some time ago and got the reply that they will come back to me.

                                6. After some time i wrote back again on same mail id i got the reply which is appended to my today's mail to them

                                7. Today[protected] i replied on the same mail id and got following reply

                                "dear customer,

                                Thank you for contacting us. Please note that we are no longer monitoring this email address. We request you to visit the 24x7 fastag help section https://m.p-y.tm/cst_flow1?id=18 on the paytm app to raise any concern faced by you."

                                8. When i tried https://m.p-y.tm/cst_flow1?id=18 it caters to only complaints about payments, refunds, rebates.

                                9. I got fed up with chasing paytm for last two months and when i tried to get fastag from other agencies, i get the reply that it is already issued.

                                I am copying my today's[protected] mail (For which i got the reply as mentioned in point no. 8 above) in reply to paytm mail of[protected] for your kind intervention and deletion of my vehicle's (Rj14ct0216) fastag registration in nhai records so that i may apply for fastag through another reliable agency.

                                As per your direction given in the trailing mail, i tried to place the order number of times through paytm app. But every time it is turned down with a remark that the fastag for rj14ct0216 has already been issued.

                                I also tried to apply through axis bank as also from vendors stationed at toll booth and they also gave me the same reply that as per nhai records the fastag has already been issued for my vehicle.

                                They told me that first get the earlier one cancelled from nhai records then only new application can be filed.

                                I am getting frustrated with the casual attitude adopted by paytm on my repeated complaints without any concrete action or solution for almost two months now. You should realize how essential fastag has become for vehicle owners now.

                                Once again i request you to either issue fastag to me or get it cancelled from the nhai records so that i may apply through another reliable agency.
