    I sir i have update my aadhaar in bank but npci is not activated till now pls do check it and my money got stucked in bank it's emergency i have been trying to contact but there is no hope left it's almost 2 and half month please do have concern on my complaint i dont have patience at all i am fedup on this rules please resolve as soon as possible my aadhaar num[protected] sbi account num [protected]

    I am using only one mobile number with multiple bank accounts, that's I can't link my mobile number with different types o[censored]PI applications. Like google pay, phonepay, etc.

      I inquire in my bank account, there are done with npci mapping. but when I checked on uidai portal, it is shown that my aadhar is not link with bank account. For this reason, Scolarship is not deposited in my bank account, mahadbt said.
      Kindly request you to update npci mapping on uidai portal as soon as possible.
      On my Scolarship form, it is shown that my aadhar card is not link with bank account, and for this reason scholarship not get deposited. When they checked on uidai portal, it is shown, my aadhar is not link with bank account.
      Problem is that, aadhar card must be linked with bank account...it is linked actually, but it is not shown on uidai portal. So I filled npci mapping form on bank of India...still same problem arrived...bank of India said to mail you. They don't recognize the issue. So kindly request you to solve this problem as early as possible, so that my scholarship will be deposited soon.

      we are working for remittance company, plz provide a process to reverse the imps and neft transaction, so that neither the customer nor the retailer, or his employee, face any loss.

      Bcos móst of the company don't even take an wrong imps transaction complaint.

        I have done a transaction on[protected] in the google pay from paytm payment bank to sbi. The money was debited from my account but not received by the another and.
        I had reached to customer care of google pay but it is not solved right now also. They saying that "it is not in our hands. Transactions are deal by npci, they will resolve your problem very shortly". Please resolve my problem and return back my money.

        I transferred 749 rs from my account through bhim to shein online shopping website and my money is debited but not credited to them.
        [protected] is my transaction ID . They're saying they bounced back payment.please look into the matter
        On 30. 11. 19 i tranferred rs 4000/- to [protected]@oksbi ([protected])from my google pay account babba.[protected]@okicici([protected]) But amount not credited to him nor refunded to my account. Kindly do necessary action to refund my 4000/- immediately.

          Please see the attachment as over one custumer shri laxman shivram (Account no [protected]) was trying to get rs 10000/- (Ten thousand) vide using his adhar no at kiosk point of cent digipay (Central bank of india) dated 28/08/2019.
          Due to technical fault his account dibited but beneificiery account did not credited.in result over custumer did not get his amount.
          There for he came to branch with his complant.

[protected] है नाम अभिषेक धर द्विवेदी है मेरा दूसरा खाता यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया मे है जिसमे मेरा पैसा 890.90 रुपये NPCI मे 24 मार्च से अटका हुआ था जिसकी मेरे द्वारा शिकायत की गई थी । आज date 28/11/2019 मुझे [protected] नंबर से फोन आया और उन्होंने बोल आपका पैसा रिफंड करना है आपके पास एक फॉर्म आयेगा भी दीजिये और ये लिंक भेजे https://forms.gle/CqptF34EWSE1aiSG7 जिससे गूगल मे एक पेज आया रिफंड का उसमे मेरे खाते के लास्ट 4 डिजिट और upi को जोड़ के लिखने को बोला मैंने sbi का लिखा दिया और तुरंत मेरे खाते से 4088 रुपये काट लिए गए बैंक मे शिकायत करने पर पता चला की ये पैसा किसी paytm A/C :[protected] ifsc:- pytm0123456 me transfer kr liya gaya hai महोदय मेरे कॉलेज की फिस थी मेरे उपर कृपा की जाए महोदय मेरा पैसा रिफंड कराया जाए महोदय गरीब आदमी के खाते मे 4088 थे ही वो भी सब चले गए कृपा की जाए महोदय ईश्वर आपका भला करेगा 🙏

            गरीब के उपर कृपा करे मेरे 900 के चक्कर मे 4088 चले गए मुझे जो कल आई उसमे बोल की हम NPCI से बोल रहे npci की जानकारी लीक कैसे ही मेल भेज के कन्फूज कर दिया जिसमे 890 .90 रिफंड कर के मेरा पैसा काट लिया गया मुझे कृपा करे मेरा पैसा return कराने की कृपा करे 🙏

                Yesterday i got a fraud call and 5000/- deducted from my account via bhim upi.
                I have mailed and tweeted for my tdr refund so after half an hour i got a call from [protected], saying that he was calling from irctc and he has called regarding tdr refund so he just told me that i am sending you a alpha numeric code, and you just send it to [protected] so that you will get a link and by clicking that link and mentioning your last 4 digit of account number and amount to be refunded, you will get your money back in your account, but by doing that 5000/- was deducted from my account.

                Immediately i have blocked my account details to prevent any other fraud and raise a complaint to hdfc customer care.

                I want you to catch these peoples, so that they won't do it for next time and not make fool to others.

                    I have make a payment via google pay app my money is debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account.
                    Transaction happened on 30 october 2019, and the amount is 24948, google transaction id : cicagkdmr9-0iq, upi transaction id :[protected].
                    I have raised the issue and the google representative advise me to fill the npci form and attach my bank statement and beneficiary statement. I have submitted the same on november 13th and till now i didn't get any response from npci or if i call google the response is they are also not received any update from npci.
                    How long i have to wait? The amount is not small and i have to pay my bills also.
                    Please see this issue and give a resolution asap.

                        I have done IMPS through SBI Quick Transfer portal on Dated. 08-Aug-18 Ref. No. [protected], But due to my mistake it has been credited in wrong account i.e. [protected] instead of [protected].

                        I have done many followups with the both banks i.e. SBI & HDFC but no one is helping me & still i have not got my money. The same amount is showing in other person's account but bank is not able to debited the same from his account & credited to me.
                        I am going into deep frustation due this incident. Finally i decide to connect with NPCI. You are requested to kindly look into the matter & help me to refund my amount in my account.

                            I tried many ways to change my dbt bank. I received my gas subsidy to particular bank but now i wish to change to another one. I checked my aadhar linked bank name on aadhar website, but aadhar website said they are not responsible for dvr transfer. Here on npci website there is no such information "how to change or update bank details for dbt benefits".
                            I think aadhar take joint operation with npci to verify bank details with aadhar and can change able to change dbt details.
                            Npci looks not interested in true digital payment transfer in easy and safe way. Thanks, hope npci make platform for this service with individual operation.

                              I am ankita jara, sir, i have an account with sbi bank and i want my this account to be npci mapped, but npci shows another account of mine in axis bank which is already closed a month ago and even the sbi is not able to help me out from this trouble. I want my sbi account to npci mapped. Because of this trouble i am not able to get my stipend. Though i have only one account and another is closed.

                                My aadhar number is not linked to the bank account number. I. E. [protected] through npci mapping in uidai portal, even though i had completed all formalities to link the account.

                                Hence request you to kindly map the aadhar number. I. E.[protected] to my bank account number, [protected] through npci in uidai portal.

                                Note:- earlier i had an account in andhra pradesh gramin vikash bank. I. E.[protected] which was closed in july'2018, but still my aadhar link is showing to this account.

                                      मेरा आधार मध्यप्रदेश ग्रामीण बैंक के माध्यम से npci से link है।मैंने वहां खाता बंद कर दिया है, परन्तु आधार npci में अभी तक मध्यप्रदेश ग्रामीण बैंक से ही link है।इस कारण मेरी गैस सब्सिडी दूसरे बैंक खाते में जमा नहीं हो रही।जब भी मैं bank खाते को आधार से link कराता हूं, तो npci reject कर देता है। कृपया मध्य प्रदेश ग्रामीण बैंक से आधार delink करे, जिससे में दूसरी बैंक का खाता आधार से link करा सकू। अनिल कुमार हार्डिया। ANIL KUMAR HARDIA, KASRAWAD DIST.                                       From my google pay account i made a transaction of rs 300 on 28 oct 2019.money debited from my account but not credited to the receiver.my transaction id is[protected]. I have already raised a complaint.but they didn't resolve my issue.

                                        Dear sir im rakhesh studying 3rd year mbbs.. I have linked my adhar with my account which is in state bank of india... But when i checked adhar linking status in adhar website it is showing your adhar is not linked to any bankaccount as per npci.. Plz help me will i get the scholarship with this status from this year onwards it is compulsory to link adhar with bank account to get scholarship
