National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — atm withdrawal not successful but still payment reversal not done | |||
Hi, This is regarding delay in redressal of my complaint sr[protected] registered with icici bank. On 30th april i have tried to withdraw rs 10000/- from my account via debit card at an idbi bank atm. The money was not withdrawn but debited from my account. I have lodge a complaint on the same day. The incident took place on 30th april. I have made several follow ups and also visited to the icici bank branch but it is not getting solved in time. As per the latest communication received from icici bank the case is in discussion between two banks and idbi bank is claiming that the transaction was successful. This claim is false and can be check at any stage. I have other liabilities to be paid and the amount is required on urgent basis. Request your immediate intervention in the same.
