National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — dbtl subsidy

I am the customer o[censored]nion bank of india, kurla branch. I updated my aadhar number to my bank account and my lpg distributor, also confirmed with the bank & distributor. But the problem is when i check my aadhar in the website of bharat gas and uidai it is showing inactive from npci server. And it says your aadhar not found in npci database.
I resubmitted the aadhar to my bank but the npci status is still inactive
I am unable to get my lpg subsidy from last 5 months ie from november 2017 to march 2018

After spoken with NPCI executive I submitted the Consent form to my Bank ie Union Bank of India also my Bank sent the Email to npci.[protected]@npci.org.in But there is no reply from NPCI I really don't know what they people are actually doing I continuing follow up with my bank & NPCI but NPCI not taking seriously on this issue

I really fed-up from NPCI. After continuous follow up with NPCI from last 3 months Solution is ZERO. they are not updating My Aadhar No. with their Database don't know WHY??. I called[protected] and the executive don't have sense to talk with Customer they are not helping. Also there is no reply for this Complaint.
Can anyone suggest me what to do from my side.???

Hi sir my name is NAGESWARRAO NADIPALLI I have submitted adhaar card in bank and adhaar is updated in my bank account but the NPCI status is still inactive. Adhaar number :[protected]. So please update my account in NPCI. thank u sir
