National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — gas subsidy not received since last year issue with npci aadhar validation | |||
Hi team, I have got this linked to my gas connection (Indane gas agency: high flame gas service: consumer number cx[protected]. I have got the same aadhar registered with my kotak bank account also i have done npci registration 14th march 2018 (See attached bank acknowledgement slip) and as per bank it is successfully linked and validated by npci. But current aadhar linked status with npci at uidai site is showing as inactive (See attached screenshots taken from uidai site). But still i have not received any subsidy amount. When i am calling customer care, they said to me, first de-link and re-link my aadhar card registration with the bank. Looks like the npci and indane are playing hide and seek. Because of slow and lazy npci, gas agency and bank i am not getting my subsidy amount. Please look into this matter and fix this issue as soon as possible. So that i can get my money back.
