So i got a call from a girl name Neha sharma claiming she’s from naukri.com offered me a job in Samsung but to further proceed as a security amt she asked me money of 1000 rs. Ans after paying i try to call back they are not answering my phone call in deed they cut the call so they are fraudsters.

Scenario 3: Recruiter/consultant and promise a guaranteed job offer and you may be asked to make a payment towards the same

Scenario 4: Immigration consultant or an overseas recruiter and promise help with emigration/immigration and ask for money to process visa, etc.

Whatever may be the pretext on which payment is sought be collected from you, please DO NOT PAY any one for helping you find a job or helping you emigrate/immigrate.

        Dear Naukri

        Kind Attention Subnita Sarkar

        In spite of repeated request no attention has been given to our account while we are holding its membership for the last several years. The turnover of Naukri.com is so high that every time we address our problem the next moment the employee of Naukri changed. They only approach us when our membership is going to finish and they wanted renewal. They will sleep in between and will approach us the next year and in between the whole year they are gone.

        Really pathetic.

            Hello Team,
            I have received a call from [protected] claiming it is from naukri.com. They said that my profile got shortlisted by the company, and took 1900 Rs from me to generate a Candidate Ref ID: UTIB7698. I have sent the details on the number: [protected] Later they told me that 4000 rs is required for documentation verification. Then I got sceptical and decided to call it off. Now, he took Rs 1885 for cancellation ID: C.N769T.A.R. Later he asked 2999 Rs for ID activation.

            Please check on this. I don't want to invest any more money and need my money back as soon as possible.

              I got a call from naukri from this number [protected], a girl was talking about job opportunity and asked me to pay 10 rs for the job interview alignment. The process of payment took time so i said will do it later to that she reverted very badly. She abused me in very wrong language.

                We have received a call from someone regarding job search and when prompted not interested he started talking abusive and using unnecessary words and abusing family. The concern is that the receiver is a girl and the culprit has no regrets by this behavior. Requesting appropriate action at the earliest.

                    I got Registered myself I'm naukri.com and soom after that I got a call from that I am shortlisted for the interview before that you need to pay 2400Rs for generating reference Id. I immediately paid it .
                    But it was a fraud.

                        A girl called me and said calling from naukri recruitment service.for scheduling interview for top MNC'S like IBM & etc.then shared link in WhatsApp for interview form with payment of 20rs for SECURITY REASONS.i asked to share interview link in mail via Naukri Official mail.so she said no for mail only in WhatsApp only.but she shared link in WhatsApp that is

                        above mentioned mail is not a **Naukri**.so that is a fake or spammer or fraudulent link and she is called from a private number That also not a official number.

                            I have received call from HR team stating my profile has been shortlisted for some of companies and I am required to pay 2500 as I denied to pay they again called me form different numbers and told me that ur profile will be blocked and not able to apply for MNC's and u have to pay penalties etc and here is the message I have received..

                              An agent from your company called me and offered to arrange an interview with Parley company in nutrition and health department. To complete the process I had to deposit rupees 1000 which I could opt to pay via Google pay. Due to network issue the payment for 1000 didn't go through then the agent asked me to pay it in two installments of rupees 499 each when I proceeded to do so the first installment went through but the second didn't due to some server issues the payment keeps failing. So I wished to terminate the process and demanded refund. The agent assured me the refund within an hour but it's still pending. Please help me resolve the issue

                                  I requested a call back today to understand the prices of the Naukri paid services. A person called me within five minutes, & said that the last price for the services 2580. I understand that, & I told him that I did not intend to make the payment today just wanted to understand what are the charges. He was forcing me again and again to make the payment but I told very clearly that I just want to know the charges today. finally he literally misbehaved with me and told me “fine I am closing the query I will make sure no discount is available to you “
                                  What is the meaning of this? If your customer wants to understand the prices or has any query does it mean that he or she has to pay the amount and take the Services right away
