I lost my 6982 Rs.
I got a call from naukri recruiter on 1st feb.
She told me as she was a recruiter and called from naukri. She told her name as kavya jain. Phone number is [protected]. She transferred the call to person whose name was Amit (employee id : hramit6508) and he gave me the number for verification (ph. No. [protected], name :siddharth) . They asked me to pay 6982 rs for paid service in naukri and it will be refunded on the same day.
I request you to repay my money and take strict action on this. I will call to cyber cell.

    Complaint of fake job in Apollo hospital

    Yesterday afternoon a lady Callled my father for offering a job in medical Board like Appollo hospital and all with a package of ₹13-15 Lakh p. a.my father has registered in naukri.com in 30-01-22.After that they again called my father around 3:15 pm for further procedure for which they send us a message in his phone no. and told to register in that. There website name was Login2 naukri. For registration process they asked to phonepe ₹2699...

    I lost my Rs 6982 .
    I got a call from naukri recruiter on 1st of feb.
    She told me as she was a recruiter and called from naukri. She told her name as kavya jain. Phone number is [protected] and Transferred the call to amit (employee id: hramit6508 ) .They asked me to pay total 6982 Rs and they said amount will be refunded at the same day and provided me the number to verify [protected], he told his name as sidharth.
    I have their recording too.
    I request you to take the strict action and repay the amount. I will take legal action against this.

      I wanted an internship so I went on site.
      They had not given me any idea about money issues.
      After some days i got an internship from somewhere outside and not from naukri.com.
      After that i got a call from naukri.com as I've get shortlisted for an company and if I won't accept it they'll make a case on me and on that call she cleared what is it actually, before that they didn't give any idea of it.
      It'd been a long time and till that time I got another internship.
      How can I do that job if I wanted an internship and as well I'd already got an internship. So don't they have any system for those who have applied but currently have another work(internship/job). Is there any compulsion that we must be agree to them ?
      As much as I know any person can reject offer letter and still there is no loss of company, so why naukri.com insisting their customers to do that, to pay money?

      After that call i got this message from an spam number, as

      Dear,
      company has taken action against you because you have gone against our terms and conditions.Your resume, all documents and profile will be blacklisted in all companies for 7 years .
      Your challan No.922/3178/2022 QC (Case No.PR12) and challan amount is RS.45, 541/- You have to pay this amount in your domestic court.Police officers and legal team will visit your home address within 2-3 hours.If you have want to avoid challan so please contact with Naukri.com

        I have received a call and below message saying that I am in legal court case and I will be blacklisted from all the MNC. And we have paid in total 2900+13500+2990+1500= 20890

                      I have received on call and below message and she was saying I will be black listed for applying on Naukari. Can you please check and suggest why I am getting this message.

                      Dear candidate, company has taken legal action against because you have committed fraud with the company.Your all documents, profile and resume will be blacklisted in all companies for next 7 years.                           I see the openings which are showing are most of the time has already been filled up. Also there are no calls at all from naukri.com now a days. Earlier at least calls . Service has deteriorated like anything. If all good openings can be availed by getting subscription of different value then it will be difficult for the general public. Also the subscription amount or SMS credit rates are pretty high. I feel naukri should be very careful before posting old positions which are of no use.

                            I have received a call from naukri website and asked me to pay only 10 rupees for interview schedule and sent me a link. I gone accross the link and logged in my naukri profile. During payment through bill desk, it appears only 10 rupees. While I entered my bank details, my payment is getting failed. I have tried thrice but it getting failed. So I refused to pay but my all personal data, Bank details, Mobile Number, Mail Id was leaked. How do I protect my account.

                              I have received a job opening calll from on of the naukri.com employee ( kanchan sharma) contact No. [protected] about tech Mahindra. I was on call and she without saying anything she disconnect and then I text her stating not to call me again if she don't know how to end a call if you are not interested and the way she did is not a professional one. Late she threat me that she is direct from naukri.com and she will delete my profile from nauki.com permanently. So I request you to look into it and please teach your employees how to be professional.

                                    I have tried updating my resume multiple times still it shows 1 pending action for Resume.

                                    Recruiters are also not able to see my resume but it it already uploaded.

                                      Resume not getting uploaded in profile

                                      I have tried multiple times to upload my resume but it is still showing under pending actions. The format is .pdf and of ~1.5 MB so there shouldn't be any problem with format or size. Many recruiters also said my resume is not visible in my profile. Please kindly help to correct this technical issue as the recruiters do not revert unless they find a CV in profile....
