Hello Team,

This is to inform you that, whenever I check my Portal it shows me that an recruiter has contacted me via email, but when I check my personal inbox I don't see any email from the recruiter.

Whereas I get the notification for the new job from the naukri.com

For me this is a major issue.

I have also tried to call on the customer care number but it's of no use. Nobody is responding it.

      Today at 3:40 pm, I received a call from a person named Amit Kumar from phone number +[protected], claiming to be a Naukri.com employee. He said I got shortlisted for a role in Tech Mahindra(company) and that only one round of Interview would be conducted by Tech Mahindra as a part of recruitment process within 1 hour if I paid Rs 3000 as Interview charges. He said he would provide me a set of HR Round questions and the same questions would be asked in the Interview. He sent me a mail from mail [protected]@naukrihrreccruiter.com (I have attached screenshots) and said he would activate the Interview ID as soon as I pay Rs 3000 and the same amount is refundable after the interview even if I get selected or rejected.
      I knew it wasn't legit. When I refused to pay the money and told him i need to think about it, he got angry. He threatened me saying he would block my Naukri profile within 24 hours as he has my details. I have attached screenshots of his mail below.

          Recently I get a call from a unknown number ( [protected]) and ask for money to schedule the interview. I paid the money and not getting call from them.

              Hi, I have taken job posting service on 25/7/23 and posted a job on 26/7/23 and till 28/7/23 only 1 response was there that too irrelevant. The same day I contacted customer support sara rakshana and they made few changes and said me they’ll refund if even this doesn’t works.
              Today 4/8/23 I have got only 21 responses and that too irrelevant and now the customer support team says you haven’t given much keywords so you haven’t got response, I said I need refund now. Their executive sanchalika says I won’t get refund, as I have utilised the job posting. What does that mean? It’s a clear case of fraudulent service by naukri. She says neither anyone called you to make payment, but then naukri has asked me payment I have done it online which means naukri has asked me for payment,

                  I got a call today from a person claiming to be the member of legal team of naukri.com asking to pay a challan of amount 48, 456 in court within 2 hours or else they will send legal team to my address. If the amount is not paid then my naukri profile and my resume will be blacklisted for 7 years so that I will not be able to apply for jobs.

                      Not getting email even after status being "contacted through email"

                      I applied for some jobs. The status of the application says "contacted through email" still I am not getting any email. My email id is verified too....

                      Paid service subscribe but still no call from recruiters

                      I have subscribed one paid service of RS.1225 in Naukri.Com to get more calls from requiters but I am not getting any call from them and the profile looks same as unpaid service. The Naukri agent call me to upgrade my service with more money but why should I upgrade, I have subscribed to get more opportunities but there is no call. This is not accepted at all. Please look into this matter....

                          I had a call from Naukri.com a executive the Contact no [protected]. She said she called from Naukri.com. She also said that my cv has been shortlisted for various co., They will share the details of the co. but before the Interview rounds she said the naukri.com amount charge of Rs-10.I said ok if charge of Rs-10. Then she sent me the link https://transfernaukri.in/. After that the procedure amount charge of Rs 10 when i try to pay through Net banking when I entered OTP but that time amount are unsuccessful. And within a minute I got SMS that amount has been deduct of Rs. 29000/-. After that i check my account for confirmation. After that I talk with her She told that amount will be refund to your account within an hour, but till now amount not refund yet. Kindly please help me on this matter. Its hard earned money & also survival for my family. Kindly help in this matters. I need this amount. Kindly see the attachment of bank statement and phone no and wats app no.

                            • Contact details for a guaranteed job or money to process visa for emigration
