Data leakage and fraudulent transaction

I'm complaining about a call says naukri for a job interview and they asked me to pay 2800 for scheduling an interview

I got a call regarding naukri profile and she said I can get a job by paying 2800 for them immediately as the company recruiters are holding my profile

Fake and threatening call

A person named Vikram called today asking why I haven't accepted the interview invitation from three companies as mentioned in the profile. He mentioned britannia, cipla and pharmeasy, he could fix an interview by paying a refundable amount to generate a reference id. I knew it was fake. Received Fraud call asking for Challan amount

At morning I received a call regarding job opening and at last they asked to pay a certain amount so as to proceed forward, I denied.

After some hours I received another call and she mentioned that she is calling from Naukri.com. She asked for some details and then she said that as you have not updated your resume since so long and also you are not replying to the recruiters who are shortlisting you, your profile is banned...

Zero search appearance on my naukri profile

Hello,
I am Priyanka. I have an active profile on Naukri.com since May, 2022. I updated my profile everyday. However, it's been a one week but my profile's search appearance has remained zero. I would like to mention that I log in to Naukri everyday, at least twice or thrice. Also, I frequently update my Naukri profile. Moreover, I applied to some companies, only to make my profile active. Refund for subscription

We purchased a subscription from Naukri.com on the 04/20/22 (Invoice number NK09I2223/010509) for amount 1, 947.00 in INR. This subscription was for the purpose of being able to post a job and find candidates.

They cancelled our subscription due to lack of documents. We were given very little notice to provide this documentation ( email received from you on 21'st April 2022 and subscription cancelled on 22'nd April 2022.)br...

Money deducted after cancelling the subscription plan

i had opted for 1 month Naukri fast forward services for resume display for getting job opportunities. As I didn't see much benefits from this service, I had cancelled the service before 8 days of next renewal date.

Unable to access my Recruiter account even after multiple emails

I signed up for a recruiter account and paid the money in full. They offered a free premium job posting as an offer. I posted the job but after a few days my account was suspended since they wanted hiring mandates. Immediately, I send them all the required documents over the next few days. However, they are not responding to email and my account is still suspended even after multiple calls to customer support, numerous emails and follow ups....

Unable to login in Naukri employer website

Sir/Mam,
We have registered the Nakuri for recruiting on Apr 04. After posting the job recruitment we are unable to login in the employer's login page and if we try to login it shows that our account has been suspended contact account manager.

Resume not getting uploaded in profile

I have tried multiple times to upload my resume but it is still showing under pending actions. The format is .pdf and of ~1.5 MB so there shouldn't be any problem with format or size.
