I got a call today from a person claiming to be the member of legal team of naukri.com asking to pay a challan of amount 48, 456 in court within 2 hours or else they will send legal team to my address. If the amount is not paid then my naukri profile and my resume will be blacklisted for 7 years so that I will not be able to apply for jobs....

I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I have been facing regarding the recruiters' actions on your platform. Specifically, I have been consistently marked as "contacted by email" by recruiters, but upon checking my email inbox, I have found no corresponding emails or messages from them. This problem has caused me significant inconvenience and has hindered my ability to respond...

I applied for some jobs. The status of the application says "contacted through email" still I am not getting any email. My email id is verified too....

I have subscribed one paid service of RS.1225 in Naukri.Com to get more calls from requiters but I am not getting any call from them and the profile looks same as unpaid service. The Naukri agent call me to upgrade my service with more money but why should I upgrade, I have subscribed to get more opportunities but there is no call. This is not accepted at all. Please look into this matter....

I had a call from Naukri.com a executive the Contact no [protected]. She said she called from Naukri.com. She also said that my cv has been shortlisted for various co., They will share the details of the co. but before the Interview rounds she said the naukri.com amount charge of Rs-10.I said ok if charge of Rs-10. Then she sent me the link https://transfernaukri.in/. After that the procedure amount charge...

I got call from private number and they threatened me that If I don't pay 48, 856 money they will file case against me and was forcing to pay 5000 to cancle my court case file urgently,
They were not giving time for any consulting and confirmation of the issue....

I was almost forced and honked regularly by your one of the working personnel (I don't remember the name but his initials were "Vishal") to avail the paid service and when I told all my filters (that I am from Italy and have completed my MS in energy engineering and currently working in renewable energy sector, want to relocate to India).
He told we have ample of job related to this sector, you will almost every day will get recommendations...

Naukri.com has sent me an mail where lady was shouting on the call and she sent me mail, that my profile will be blocked for 8 years from applying any jobs in MNC. Court provide legal notice with challan, and she said I have to pay challan in court with statement.

I just bought a paid service from Naukri.com for Resume Display. While buying the service they have not mentioned that the service which I am buying is for only 3 years of experience. But after buying it is showing that the articular service is for upto 3 years of experience only. But I have the experience of more than 3 years....

I purchased a naukri fast forward service of rs 1067 on 7/20/2023 after which i got a call from a person and he said to buy another service, of rs 4720 (which come after deducting the above amount from the cost of the service).I paid (total rs 1067 + rs 4720) thorough phonepe upi and was not informed that this is not refundable, after buying II saw that this all services are just gimmick and they have taken my hard earned money.It is 7/21/2023...

Hi, I purchased a service of rs 1067 on naukri.com on 20 jul 2023, after an hour i got a call from a person and he instructed me that i should buy another service of rs 4720.after purchasing, i was not at all satisfied with the services listed there.so i contacted them within some time and asked for refund but they cut my call.They did not clearly mentioned that they have no refund policy .Now my 6000rs are at stake..please help me get my...
