        Portal is showing me aa a recruiter has contacted me via email but I am not receiving any email

        This is to inform you that, whenever I check my Portal it shows me that an recruiter has contacted me via email, but when I check my personal inbox I don't see any email from the recruiter.

        Whereas I get the notification for the new job from the naukri.com

        Email id - vidyasba.[protected]@gmail.com

        For me this is a major issue.

        I have also tried to call on the customer care number...

        I got a call today and they told that are from naukri.com and your profile will be block for 10 years and u are not able to apply for 10 years and they send legal team at my home i have to pay the challan amount which is very high and i cannot afford they also told that i am not giving responses to the company but it is not truth sometimes i got a fake calls and they demanding money i choose to disconnect the call. As a fresher it is my first step of my Carrer and i want to block my profile plz help me.

              Received call blackmailing me that I haven't been active on my profile and didn't went through the rules and regulations of applying the companies, and now won't be able to apply multinational companies for 8 years and liable to pay 56, 899

                I have been using naukri fast forward services and it's on auto-renew I have mailed so many times to cancel the subscription but no one responds. I want to put an end to this stupid service it is of no use anyway

                    I got a call on 02/09/2023 morning from naukri regarding job application. First the person wants me to pay the registration fee Rs 1000 for attending the HP computer interview.the person tell that it will refund after finished your interview. They send me a mail about payment and timing of interview. The another person called me and conduct that telephonic interview. After that there is no information from anyone. My money is not refunded. Please take immediate action against this. Thank you.

The deduction of funds from my account without my knowledge, consent, or any prior communication is a clear violation of my banking rights and has caused significant inconvenience.

                      I kindly request Naukri.com to investigate this matter promptly and take immediate actions to reverse the unauthorized debit and refund the deducted amount to my SBI account. I expect a thorough examination of this issue and request that you keep me informed throughout the resolution process.

                            This is to inform you that, whenever I check my Portal it shows me that an recruiter has contacted me via email, but when I check my personal inbox I don't see any email from the recruiter.

                            Whereas I get the notification for the new job from the naukri.com

                                Today at 3:40 pm, I received a call from a person named Amit Kumar from phone number +[protected], claiming to be a Naukri.com employee. He said I got shortlisted for a role in Tech Mahindra(company) and that only one round of Interview would be conducted by Tech Mahindra as a part of recruitment process within 1 hour if I paid Rs 3000 as Interview charges. He said he would provide me a set of HR Round questions and the same questions would be asked in the Interview. He sent me a mail from mail [protected]@naukrihrreccruiter.com (I have attached screenshots) and said he would activate the Interview ID as soon as I pay Rs 3000 and the same amount is refundable after the interview even if I get selected or rejected.
                                I knew it wasn't legit. When I refused to pay the money and told him i need to think about it, he got angry. He threatened me saying he would block my Naukri profile within 24 hours as he has my details. I have attached screenshots of his mail below.
