Net4India — not able to run emails or port my domain

Hello,

This is a frustrating thing as all my company emails have stopped running and we are unable to send recieve emails. Moreover I have put in multiple requests for my Auth Code and still haven't gotten any response. Please help me get the authcode for my domain

yes, All of a sudden the email account is not working. No communication from company, no support, phone numbers are not working, emails are bounced back. Loss of data and didnt take the backup.
