    I have bought nikon d750 camera on[protected] and its serial number is 8809xxx,

    I have been intimated by nikon due to manufacture defect they are calling back the product nikon d7450 for fixing the issue.

    Based on the above call back, i have given my camera to nikon authorized service center chennai to fix the issue,

    Please find the details below and attached the service receipt for your reference.

    Toady i have received a call form service center stating that my camera got missed and they asking me to take some other replacement camera that is not in good quality

    I'm not interested in taking a that camera, i just want my camera back or a new one.

    Its been almost more than 50 days and i have lost more money in my business without my camera.

    No mistake from my side, they have lost my camera for which they are forcing me to take the replacement camera, that is bad shape has used marks on it.

    This is really cheating the customer.

    Also my camera is still under warranty.

    Please help me...

    I want my camera back or a new one.

      Hello all - i was a nikonian since last 12 years but now i'm totally shifting my system to canon due to very very worst service provided by credenser nikon authorized service centre, cochin. Email: [protected]@gmail.com. I own a d3s and i recently sent to credenser on 19-oct-2017 for the following three repairs. 1.) to change the usb connector covers, 2.) to fix the eyepiece shutter lever, 3.) to clean the entire camera mainly the viewfinder & sensor but the service centre totally fooled me by their worst service. Yes.! They have fixed issue for only one (Usb covers) and the remaining two issues they didn't even tried to fix but the ultimate thing is they have billed and collected amount for all the repairs.!. When i asked the technician (Doesn't know whether he is a real camera engineer or any local guy who have been given training for some days and put into work) named adlene he doesn't even bother replying me properly instead he started threatening me like "this is all we can do".!., "if you want to clean it properly then we will have to remove all the parts it will take hell lot of time and it may damage the camera and we will not take any responsibility if any damage occurs". This is the reply i got from that technician kid. My only question is then why did you committed to repair and fix the issues and even after knowing the fact that it can't be repair completely again why did you charge me for no reason??? Initially i was told that to change the usb covers alone it will cost only inr 600. So here is my demand, nikon should return back my money except the cost o[censored]sb covers otherwise i will have to take severe action against the service centre and no matter what i won't leave this issue just like that. Photographers are buying loan and getting their camera gears and we investing lakhs for a purpose not to let the nikon's inexperienced technicians play with our life and investments.!. Many wildlife photographers and even many members from akpa also warned me to not give my camera to credenser for repair and now i paid for my mistake. No wonder why photographers are shifting to canon or other brands it's not because of the poor product of nikon but only its worst customer service. I need my money back as soon as possible and that's the end of it.

        replace the defective camera

        I had purchased nikon 610 camera in december 2016 ref #
        In a span of 7 months i have sent this camera three times for repair and error has been rectified.
        Nikon is brand, we have our complete faith being professionals. But this camera has torn apart my faith.
        I have suffered great loss, due to constant repairs. I had to stop my shooting in between the functions.
        I am not in a condition to bear more loss due...

        My service request no. BHP 1685 &1686
        I have admitted(using this word deliberately) my 55-300 Nikkor lens and D5300 body with Nikon service centre Bhopal, M.P. on 22nd May 2017.
        The lens was giving problem while focussing and making noise. Body had no issue other than general cleaning and servicing. I got my body in 3 to 4 days, about lens they told that it has vr problem, it has to be changed, as ur product is under warranty we will send it to Indore service centre, and they will do it free within 3-4days. On 30th may I received a msg. that my lens have technical problem so it would take some more time. Now on repeatedly calling the service centre one day I came to know that my lens has been shifted to Mumbai SC. Now Mumbai people are telling that it is under observation. So here I would like to know that they have transferred my lens to Mumbai without informing me. Also what kind of observation these Indore and Mumbai people doing since last 10 -12 days. Is there a major issue? If yes plz replace my lens. Also they have wasted my previous birding time and still I have not received my lens. Now if rain starts my whole one month of photography would go waste. When you give a time limit of 7-10days you should stick to that deadline. Now it is about a month I am calling them daily and they are daily misguiding me about delivery. I want coneedfulmpensation for loss of one important month of birding photography. Otherwise I have to knock the legal doors.

          Hi,

          I had recently got my nikon d5500 body and two lenses cleaned from nikon authorized service center - synergy camera center, pune, india

          I had clearly mentioned that there is sand in my lenses and camera so they need to be cleaned accordingly. I had also been charged accordingly.

          I got back my gadgets today and i noticed that the sand had not been removed from my lenses. I notice the hardness and the friction while rotating the zoom ring and the focus ring.

          Though i am not sure about the internal cleaning, i have my doubts whether it was done properly.

          I am highly disappointed in the servicing done by nikon authorized service center and i hope an appropriate action will be taken regarding this matter.

          I have already mailed the appropriate details on nikon india's mail id : [protected]@nikon.com

          But the nikon's authorised dealer or the nikon experience zone (SARADA PHOTOSHOP)at Durgapur west Bengal had not given the actual product which is to give by the retailer.

            I have written this complaint to complain about the warranty given by Nikon India. I purchased a Camera Model Name Nikon W100. Its battery could not work properly from Day 1. I took it to the service centre in Karol Bagh Delhi. There they said that battery and other accessories are not under any warranty. They took my camera for checking and gave it back after one week. I lost much of my time and money because the service centre is very far from my house. They also spoiled my camera settings due to which the photo quality got very bad and I lost money because I use my camera for work. The service centre employees were not helpful to me in any matter and even misbehaved with me when I gave negative feedback in feedback form. I asked them that why don’t you tell customer before selling a product that battery is not under warranty. The service centre employees even pressurised me to buy a new battery which is of Rs. 1600.

            It always shows lense error as a display message making a little bit struck noisy sound in my nikon coolpix S2600 . How to fix it or Where is the service center in Chennai?
            Unknowingly​ I've unpaired my device with my Nikon d3400 now it's show 'off' mode and everytime when I click to it the pop up comes up saying this option is not available at current setting or current camera's current state I've done the reset part but all fail now I'm totally lost and don't know how to get it back
            Kindly help me out.

              Sir, as mentioned above camera was purchased from ideal digital color lab panaji on 05-11-13. Battery expired in last month and was requested to above lab to indent it. Many time visited his shop, he is saying no battery in store except in pune. It is ridiculous that such type of big company selling cameras but not providing batteries to their camera. I request to provide batteries to this lab or in mapusa where i also visited many time.

                Bought nikhon p900 camera from reliancedigital, on 1 4 17, and on monday camera was dead while working, tried to charge the battery and battery was dead, used spare nikhonen el 23 battery and camera was working, 11 4 17 same problem once again complained to reliance digital manglore they are not taking responsibility company says no guarantee for battery, fault is with camera

                  I agree with your views, i too found nikon too much arrogant as far as handling customer care is concerned. I purchased a nikon slr camera and had to pay heavy price for same. I gifted the same to my daughter on her birth day. Unfortunately the camera had problem for unknown reason (Malfunction with 2 buttons).
                  I immediately rushed to nearby service centre the person kept the camera for 3 weeks and did not do anything later he said that they no more provide service for nikon cameras. I had to contact nikon customer care and as they suggested delivered the camera to another service centre and as i delivered the personal from that service centre accepted and said service will be done under warranty. After 24 hours the same person called me and told that the problem happened due to water entry (As there are water mark on body of camera and lense) i told how can this happen we never went for outdoor photography. Though we pleaded all our request fell on deaf ear and the same man demanded money when i told as we never mishandled the problem may be manufacturing defect so should be covered under warranty. But the man was not listening.
                  I called nikon service centre without even listening to my part of story they told i have to abide by decision of service personal.
                  I reviewed net and came upon similar incidence with some customer who had identical issues with camera and as they threatened to take the matter to court the customer care personal from nikon obliged and repaired the product without charge. This shows how ethical is nikon and their arrogance towards customers.

                    Here i want to raise a serious issue, which is about an e-commerce company named as ebay india private limited who is cheating with customers after getting the money from customers.
                    I sumit kumar sahu, having paisapay id: [protected] purchased a mi4 mobile display on the date of 22nd january 2017 by using my debit card but it didn’t reach me so i called the seller but the seller misbehaved me and told me not to contact him so i called ebay india private limited but nobody responded. I called after the timeline completed and told him to refund the money on 3rd february, at the same time i didn’t got the product ordered in the timeline given by ebay.in so i complained about the order but till now i am not getting the amount 0f 1999/- when i am calling on the tollfree no [protected] they are telling that wait for timeline to end but timeline completed 3 times but each and every time they are giving timeline but i am not getting my money. I also wrote the email to the ceo of the company as well as grievance officer but didn’t got the respond from their side. As the company is not serious about the service as well as providing the satisfied result to the customer then
                    1. Why shouldn’t license of ebay india private limitedbe cancelled?
                    2. Why shouldn’t ebay india private limited be penalised?
                    3. What is the grievance officer doing?
                    4. What is the ceo doing?
                    5. Did ebay india private limitedtook any action against the seller?
                    6. Was the product available at the time of my order or not?
                    7. If the product not reached within timeline then after 3rd february why didn’t they refund the money?
                    Today on the date of 20th february 2017 i called to the ebay india private limited and requested him to refund my money and their floor manager ms. Ayushi saxena told me that by today evening i will get my money but till now i didn’t got the money. Today was the last date of refund of my money but not got the money and they are cheating with me since january 22nd 2017.
                    So i request you with folded hands that kindly help me on this issue as well as cancel the license of ebay india private limited for cheating with customers.

                      I had bought a Nikon 610 ( Product AF-S 24-85/3.5-4.5G ED VR) Lens on 07/04/2016 and i have found focus problem in the lens, As i found the trouble i had taken to the service center JNR city center Bengaluru for four times and they could find no fault but the problem remains the same. The trouble has become more after the service and i am not able to use to the lens with a good quality.

                        I am unable to transfer photos from my B700 camera to my IPad through the SnapBridge app . The Nikon sales people at Vijay Sales in Hadapsar, Pune, India have not been able to solve this problem, so I had Nikon's technical adviser ( Siddharth ) take a look. He tried his best to make the SnapBridge connection work, but to no avail. Finally he told me that the current SnapBridge app in Apple IPads has not been updated, hence the problem.
                        As a result the main purpose of buying the B700 camera has been defeated & I am very disappointed. Please revert with a solution to this problem with the SnapBridge app.

                          I purchased a Camera(Nikon d3330) for gifting to my daughter who developed interest in photography as gift on her birthday but buying a product at high price from a reputed manufacturer like Nikon proved most disappointing experience to me and my family.
                          The camera was hardly used by my daughter (that too for indoor photography)after couple of months its button (some buttons) started malfunctioning. We had ordered the camera online through Amazon portal so contacted them they told us to contact manufacturer as the same is under warranty.
                          We contacted the company and were advised to hand over the camera to service centre, we handed over to nearest service centre however after waiting for more than a week nothing happened on enquiry we came to know that service centre is no longer authorised, we felt rather disappointed and as we called customer care one of the person suggested to hand over to another authorised service centre, though in this process we lost precious time we did as suggested, now the other service centre personal told me that the problem is not covered in warranty as there are water spots on body, as it was hard to believe (we never went out door taking the camera ever since we purchased) as I searched the net I found similar excuse also given to other customers before hand and as the consumer raised the issue in another consumer complaint forum the same Company (Nikon) representative tried to approach sympathetically and serviced the camera (under warranty) now I am seeking help to see that I am not harassed for no reason and good sense will prevail on Nikon and we get our due as customer.
                          My questions to Nikon are as follows:
                          1.Why there is no help from customer care for simple problem as we face being customer of a trusted brand like Nikon.
                          2.When we never went outdoor for photography how there can be such excuse as water spot on body so warranty is invalid(does Nikon make product that can not sustain normal weather condition in house, how can one use the same camera for outdoor photography? more over as you know unlike in Mumbai which is humid so may be water sport or moisture can happen but Pune has dry climate so that is not a technically valid reason, not to honour customer warranty saying that there is
                          waterspout, that does not sound sensible.
                          3.If one of your service centre is de recognised due to what ever reason it must be intimated in your website so that customer
                          don't feel harassed (that also delays service of product unnecessarily adding to frustration).
                          4. Why do they give a warranty after all, if the reputed company as Nikon has appointed technical person who only have to
                          conclude for no reason that it has water spots for which warranty stands nullified, looks illogical and beyond rational explanation.
                          6. Those concerned are requested to take necessary action as other wise it would imply good big companies as Nikon are there to extract money from their customers by not only delaying the action to solve problem but also to cause frustration in mind of customer by not offering customer support that is due to the customer who spend their hard earned money to buy a
                          product at high cost from an international reputed company like Nikon, whose warranty stands compromised for reason beyond customer's expectation.
                          3.If this is the situation that customer will run from pillar to post for simple service customer will think twice before taking a decision to buy costly Nikon cameras in future, I request you to see that the problem is rectified and we get our camera serviced as any other customer expects a decent deal for buying a product whose quality I suppose is uncompromising.we as customer feel disappointed and seeking help in this matter.If company addresses the problem like this without much loss of time as trusted customers we will feel happy and will recommend the same with potential customers in future otherwise will share my negative experience with trusted brand like Nikon.

                            I service my nikon 5100 at ahmedabad nikon service centre paldi 13 14 sahjanad complex paldi i submitted my camera and lenses for free service camp second day they return after service when i checked next day auto focus system in my 18 to 55 mm lenses not working so immediately i reached to service center told the situation but they can't accept their fold they give me 2800 rs quatation i shocked. I have bill copy and attached here..

                              I purchased the camera on 3.08.2015.
                              I had 2 complaints with this camera
                              Complaint No.1 :Right from the 2nd month, its press button for taking snaps got stuck.
                              And
                              Complaint No.2: More serious one - the camera will shut off by itself giving the message that " the batteries are exhausted".
                              This happened with fresh new batteries.

                              I submitted for repair in 2015, but the second complaint persisted.
                              I totally couldnt have any use with the thing.

                              Then, I again submitted recently for repair again at the Trivandrum Service centre, and they say, there is no complaint with the phone.

                              I have refused to accept the camera back, since I find this a sheer mockery of my time and money.

                                its only 1 week brand new camera... n im getting big issues with your product..

                                  Ref Service Order BHP - 000612 dt 1st April 2016. I have visited the Nikon service centre at least 10 times during the last 7 months but the camera which was given for simple sensor cleaning was not delivered to me as the auto focusing was found to be out of sync. Then on one pretext or other the camera is not delivered to me. After company's SMS stating that the camera was ready on 21/10/2016 I again called to collect but was told that it had not arrived from Indore. I have already expended much money and time on the effort and will not visit the service centre yet again. If the camera not delivered immediately to my address I will file a case with Consumer Court for over 7 months of continual harassment and also for deficiency in service at the company's risk and responsibility.
                                  Nikon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I had purchased a DSLR camera model D5200 on 18/08/2016. After few months the automatic mode is producing blurred image. Kindly look into the matter and get the camera repaired/ replaced.

                                    The repair cost of my nikon P600 is too high Rs 6400 by Capital electronics nikon auth service center at capital electronics at esplaned, 12, J.L Nehru road, Kol-13, The camera is very good but it suddently got defects and the cost estimated is rs 6400 by capital electronics . I am unable to pay this huge [link removed] consider my request for repairing of the camera in low cost JOB NO -KOL-021863

                                      Hi,

                                      I have submitted my Nikkor 300 F4 lens as it's autofocus has stopped working for 3rd time in a year. I was given a service sheet in which there was no mention of damage to lens. Now I am being charged mentioning there is a dent in lens. I provided them screenshot of the service reciept and there is no reply from Nikon since a week. My lens is with them for past one month,

                                      I hope Nikon India resolves it early.
