Nissan Motors — Payment settlement of old car in Exchange

Address: OMR, Chennai

I exchanged my old (non-Nissan make) car with Autorelli showroom in OMR, Chennai. It was taken on the same day I got the new vehicle. The point of contact initially mentioned 3 working days as the time to settle the payment. But now is the 5th working day, and there has been no settlement yet. The response from the point of contact is poor. No proper verbal communication via phone. I dial the number, and it's engaged. I dial again after an hour, and the rings go unanswered.

Not fully satisfied with the service. The new vehicle is good. But the personnel are not professional. They don't respond.
