My Complaints: I did the Rent payment of Rs 49999 with ICICI bank credit card, with 200 discount on processing fee, my total amount is Rs-50298, NoBroker is asking for my Rental agreement after I made the payment (why such a scrap policy). So I opted for a refund and NoBroker simply reduced Rs-500 (what about my discount here) I really am not able to understand what your transaction is? they should refund the entire amount. If you need a Rental agreement first validate the Owner and if you need a Rental agreement and take the Rental agreement and then allow us to make the payment. Why you are allowing the payment and then asking for Rental agreement, this is clearing a fraud kind of thing from NoBroker (in other words Cheating with customer) PayTM, Cred, PhonePe, etc are the best of excellent, for this kind of service, they never cheat customers. I had discussed with NoBroker agent, but he don't have any answer for my questions. so it is clearly shows that this is the kind of spam with the customer. please help me to get my Rs-500 back. Is your complaint resolved? I too have the same issue and they deduced 2% as service charge and refunded after 2 % deduction.. It's totally a scrap company and cheating customers..
Go with other vendors like paytm, freecharge, phonepe, cred..

Hi Sateesh, that's certainly not true as we only deduct 1% service charge. Also, service charge is a non-refundable amount. A refund is processed when a transaction is found to be suspicious & you are unable to provide us with a valid document in order to identify whether the transaction is legitimate or not. However, we'd request you to share your registered contact details so that we can check this further.
