I am resident of Village Aicher House no-92 under Vodafone tower Greater Noida.
In front of my house sewarage pit got blocked. so sewarage water is spilling out inside of house pit.

so it is request you kindly make an arrange to open the blockage of pit as well line on priority as the water spilling is now in front of my house.

Also new dogs have around 5-6 new dogs
Please help and remove dogs

This is regarding the crowded streetlight pole in front of house no. Ishavasya b-229, sector-50, noida. An immediate action is required to avoid any accident.
Secondly the birds also die due to electrocution on the same pole. We have to save the birds too to save our earth.

Sir, I applied for flat No. J-187 in the 7th Avenue of Gaur Builders at Greater Noida, through their agent Investor clinic. As per instruction I deposited Rs 51, 000/- online in the Gaur's account on 12/9/2018. The flat was not allotted to me at a later date and I was told that as the earlier customer has requested not to cancel the unit, so that the flat No. J-187 could not be available. As such, since then I am requesting Gaur to refund my amount, but they are not refunding and every time asking some new thing. Their intention is clear to harass me and not to refund my money. Sir, I work in SBI and presently I am posted in Mumbai.
Kindly, help me in getting refund of my hard earn money.

The pavement running along the jan path marg road running between sector 105/108 and 104/110 has a design fault. For flowing the rain-water, cuts have been provided, every 50 m, all along the pavement. These, cuts even, get blocked with rubbish and choke it fully thereby obstructing the water flow. These cuts are very dangerous for morning/evening walkers on the pavement and are very hazardous
Hume pipes should be laid for free-flow of the water and covered for smooth walking of pedstrians

Jan path marg running in between sector 105/108 and 104/110 is not being cleaned regularly. The tree dry leaves are getting accumulated daily. Lot of plastic bags are lying here and there all along the road. Weekly bazaar gets cleaned only after a week on the eve of coming bazaar day only
It appears that no vendor has been entrusted with responsibility of cleaning of this road
Vendor should be deployed immediately for cleaning of this road daily without fail

I am writing you to point out the progressively deteriorating condition of reads in several parts of sector 50 in noida. The road marked in red in the attachment is used quite often, especially after the sector 50 metro station has become operational. This road is in a state of despair and is getting worse by the day. This patch is currently a single side road but has the potential of become a two lane road. The road marked in orange came under stress when the metal grills on the dividers were removed and replaced with concrete boundaries (And i have no clue why this was done). The road has not been repaired yet

Please address the above concern as soon as possible

Its been more than a month drainage waste is left on road in front of 34 pavilion supertech society. It is a serious health menace and will call for many diseases.
Open drain is constant source of fowl smell and breeding ground for mosquitoes and many such other disease causing factors.

Request your kind attention and immediate addressal of issue.

Subject - harassment by builder by not complying to builder buyer agreement of flat allotment, noida sector 75

Dear sir,
With great amount of grief i am writing to you my story. I am a first time home buyer who invested his hard earned money in buying a flat in sector 75, noida in the project of maxblis construction pvt limited (White house project) in 2010. I could not approach rera as builder has not registered this project under rera

I am summarizing my case as under

1- initial booking made in 2010. It entails a dwelling unit+ covered parking
2- builder buyer agreement made in august 2012 & wherein flat possession was committed by may 2015
3- actual possession was given in 2017 (Delay of 2 years) without any compensation as mentioned in builder buyer agreement
4- only flat possession was given in 2017 & the covered car parking is still not allotted (Delay of 4 years)

Builder name - maxblis construction pvt limited, sector 75, noida ;
Flat no. B 1203 a, maxblis white house
Promoter name - ajay sharma

I am unable to complete sub lease deed due to non availability of covered car parking (I understand that parking allotment letter is a must for completing sub lease deed). Request your help in directing builder for the needful & take strict action against builder for deficiency in services

His house is full of garbage and stinky water which produce very unpleasent smell and different types of dangerous insects. I am a resident of hindon vihar (Sector 49, noida) & is raisng this concern in regards to the street light that are not working in gali no - 15. As of now 2 street lights are installed however none of them are working since long. Request you to please look into this at the earliest as we all are facing problem due to darkness.

Sewage line running along with service road of jan path marg on sector 104 / 110 side is overflowing thro a man hole and the sewage water is flowing into storm water drain running alongwith there by creating a health hazard which can lead to dengue / malaria. Area is stinking badly. Authority is kindly requested to attend choking of sewer line. It will be a nuisance during coming monsoon otherwise

This is regarding a broken patch of road in front of my house a-332, sector-46 noida.
The condition of the road is such that the water pipeline has started to show and it may break if any heavy vehicle (Like truck/bus) passes through it. This will lead to a lot of water wastage if left open.
This road is being used by trucks at night which lead to such condition of this road.
I request you to take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam,

I am residing at gali no-05 near old shiv mandir & hdfc bank atm mamura sector-66 noida. There is number of strays dogs in the road. Yesterday a dog attacked to my child but escaped and today grofer delivery boy was on road to deliver my goods dog started barking and tried to bite him. Before two days in front of temple gate dog bite a people these scene took place in front of my eyes.
In recent some days there are several people either injured or escaped from dog bite. We are working people and have public transport to reach work place so when i enter in our gali no-05 street late it is very terrific as stray dogs are sitting both side of street.

I have been living at ace city in flat no. C-2506 since 20 april 2018, want to inform you that i have already paid full registry amount on 29/07/2018 but the process of the registry has not been completed till date. I have called builder many times, but he always talks in a roundabout manner, instead of taking appreciate majors.
Bank (Pnbhfl) worn me that if the registry is not done this month (Feb, 2019), they will impose a huge amount of fine on my loan amount. So, i request you to complete my flat registry process within this month (Feb. 2019) otherwise i will not pay any maintenance charges for the period of 1 year.

The road after crossing from Kalindi Kunj bridge towards Noida has big, broken potholes all over it. It has led to several people falling from bikes and cars breaking their windows after impact. The entire stretch has about 8-10 big potholes which is causing traffic jams and leading to accidents almost daily. I have fallen twice from my bike in the last 1 week because of these potholes.

The area surrounding gardenia glory society sector 46, specifically the main road has barely 4-5 street lights working that too at huge distance. The lack of working lights poses danger at night, not just for walkers but for cars as well. The society is aatcejd to a market area and as such huge traffic exists. Please provide the basic amenity of street light as it is huge issue for those living there.

I would like to intimate you that i had applied for my new canteen smart card for liquor and grocery during dec 2018 for sergeant macp-iii under ex-serviceman catagory for increasing of my liquor and grocery items quota as per the authorisation. I received my new cards in jan 2019. When i withdrawn my liquor and grocery items from 3868-golden lion canteen sonipat (Haryana) in feb & mar 19 than i came to know that my quota has not been increased as per macp-iii sergeant. Many of ex-serviceman under macp-iii catagory are availing this facility and had renewed their old cards with new one.

I am staying at noida sector 75. The increased no of stray dogs have created following problems:

1. They scatter all the house hold garbages regularly. Even the new delivery packets of milk and groceries are torn up by these dogs and create great loss to us residents.
2. Some times they attack when we walk on the roads in our own society.

Request you to please look into this matter asap.
