I reside in sector 48 block a and i am absolutely troubled with the stray dogs. They are always outside my house and i am not able to move freely. I request you to please take this into consideration and get the dogs placed at a place where they can be taken care of and even we can move freely. Urgently needs to be taken care of as they attack children playing around and also adults who walk or jog.
I am not able to walk down in my colony as they are always sitting outside my house. Please please remove them and keep them in a designated place for them.

Residents of vivek vihar (Awho), sect82 disturbed by very loud dj music in marriages, other functions till late nights in community ground sect82, adjacent to vivek vihar colony.
Generators placed very close to flats causing disturbances, smoke enters in houses.
Request dj, generators placed away from common bdry wall of the ground and colony.

I am a resident of a 484 and a 477 sector-2 noida ext greater noida (U. P.), i have completed both my houses and obtained completion certificate also and have paid all authority dues.
And now i and my brother want to shift as soon as posible as we are payng heavy rent in noida.
But sewer is not working in the sector and is being blocked which is a major issue to live there.
Kindly mark this issue as urgent otherwise i will rise it in media as its already 10 years of alotment of this plot and services are zeroo after ayng all dues in advance to authority.

I am a resident of paras tierea t15/ 1001. The stray dog menace is increasing by the day. I was one of the earliest residents of paras tierea and there were no dogs at the beginning.

The stray dogs came once the commercial development happened and number of restaurants opened up.in addition some residents started feeding them.

Now there are about 15 stray dogs in the residential complex. These dogs have already bit a couple of people, attacked children and old people.

I was attacked by one on the road by one of the colony roads.

We would be grateful if you could take adequate action

This message is to bring your kind attention towards sorry state of sector chi-v greater noida. This sector seems to be most neglected in terms of cleanliness and infrastructure. No/broken street lights, dusty roads, no greenery in green belt, and improvement of road condition.

This sector has huge potential as good mutistory societies are coming up and its the only sector closest to sector 150 noida with great potential. Kindly make this sector too at par with other sectors on greater noida, clean and green.

I have great expectation from greater noida authority and hope to see the improvements soon.

Dear sir /madam,

I live in noida sector 15 e-block. There are so many street dog here around 30 street dog. I am an employee of hcl technologies ltd and usually arrive late night at room. Yesyerday i was attacked by around 8 dog and luckily i was escaped. I would strongly recommend take an appropriate action against these street dog else it can lead serious incident. Also please take action against the owner of the dog who left unattend their dog during night. Please take action asap.
Its very serious concerns.

This complaint is to bring into notice of authorities the unauthorized stalls that are being operated outside mohan international school c-56a/21 sector-62 noida. This is creating a big problem for school students, parents and the teachers of the school. They are causing great hindrance in movement of vehicles and school bus.

Kindly take the appropriate action to remove these unauthorized stalls.

I am a resident of sector 47, noida. Recently there had been sharp increase in stray dog population in the sector. Kids are especially vulnerable, dogs bark and run behind kids. Kids are scared to play outside the house and go anywhere without parents.
It is a sorry state of affairs where rwa is least bothered about the menace.

I am resident of sector 30, noida. Alot of stray dogs can be seen in almost all the lanes of sector 30. Day before yesterday when i was returning bfrom office i got attached by a dog. This incident took place around 6 pm. Please take necessary action.
This is becoming a matter of concern for the people residing in this sector. Few days back one more person was attached by dogs.
Kindly send these dogs to a better place at the earliest.

The condition of sahberi sewer is in very bad condition. It has not been cleaned and waste is being getting pilled, that is why water is almost going on the adjacent road on both sides. Also the banks are also damaged. Heavy rainfall will cause it to deteriorate more.
Also there is transformer here which can get damaged.

Please look into this at the earliest.

Pole number 209 to 221 padma marg, greater noida (West) sector 1, plot no. Gh 10 - not working for the last 4 months. A loaded truck had knocked down a pole (No.220) at middle of the night since then whole line is out of order. Sometimes there is a flicker in one or two poles. There is immediate danger to life and property in the absence of proper light on the road.

Very dangerous and miserable road with multiple big ditches near tata motors service centre (Bharat petroleum filling) ecotec city-3 connecting police station.

It's industrial area with lot of heavy trucks commuting regularly. It's major road connecting sector - 1 to greater noida, noida road with heavy traffic.

Authority seems ignoring long. Need urgent attention as attracting to accidents.

I logged a complaint against sewer blockage, in home noida haven't resolved yet. Amd it's. A nightmare to have a blocked sewage.
So this is how it went, one person came up and announces that he will take 500rs. To clear out the blockage. He tried for sometime but it didn't help. He left his stuff outside the house claiminy he will be back in few minutes with some help and took the money but didn't came back.
Next day he came up with another of his aquintance to clean the mess but didn't worked out and asked for more money.
On refusing he stated it's the connection issue not there that it's not working.
We have been living in the same location for more than 30 yrs now and this is a serious issue now. There is no concerning person to whom we can logged complaint against to work it out.
I request the concerning authority to take action against this, as a lot of people are facing in our locality.

I would like to bring in notice to greater noida water supply department that in house no - f83, f block, alpha-2, where perhaps no one is living, water is falling constantly during supply timings as either any tap is open or broken. Its happening since last 3-4 months. Lots of water is being wasted and its falling sound disturbs us very much as we are living behind this house. I request you to please stop wastage of water.

Dear authority members, this to inform you we leave in in harola sector 5 noida their is number of cows stay on harola main road more then that in inside the harola galis which effect the cleanness made problem for people to cross road more over most of the time they fought each other and that badly impact on common peoples, yesterday my mother standing in front of our house suddenly a cow heat her and drag her on road she badly injured. Few people running unauthorized milk dairy in harola and leave cow free on road after use which is not good kindly help to get rid of this and help us.

I, Dr. R.P.Dwivedi s/o Shri Jagpal Dwivedi r/o 2602, Street No. 17, Kailash Nagar, Delhi-110031 reporting the following-

The above company Paramount Propbuild Pvt. Ltd is located at H-123, Sector 63, Noida, (U.P.). They are involved in economic offence and they have done the cheating and forgery with me in the name selling a Flat No. 1402, Celsia Tower, Paramount Floraville, Sector 137, Noida, (U.P.).

The happenings of the incidents are below:

Date: 21/11/2018
I visited the Marketing/sales office of Paramount Floraville, Sector 137, Noida, (U.P.) and after negotiations and with mutual consent booked the Flat No. 1402, in Celsia Tower in the above said project through Mr. Kunal (M: [protected]) and issued a Cheque No. 141546 dated 23/12/2018 of amount Rs. 100000/- (Rs. One Lac Only) drawn on Oriental Bank of Commerce Delhi. I also gave an amount of Rs. 20, 000/- in cash to Mr. Kunal in the name of processing fee and arranging a loan provider at the time of booking too. For which, he promised to provide the cash-receipt from the Head Office later.
Date: 28/11/2018
After not getting any response and non-presentment of my Cheque I called Mr. Kunal (M: [protected]) to enquire about my booking. He said that my application form & Cheque are missing. If I wish to continue my booking I should transfer Rs. 100000/-(one lac only) through NEFT to above company’s Current a/c No.[protected]
of ICICI Bank Ltd. Sector 63, Noida. I DID the same and sent the copy of transfer receipt (Copy enclosed for your reference) on his WhatsApp number.

Again there was no response, so I contacted Mr. Ravinder (M: [protected]) who met me along with Mr. Kunal at the booking site. He asked to come to Company’s Head Office at Noida. We visited the office and met Ms. Deepali, the Senior Manager. She denied of any such booking and informed me that the above Flat is under cancellation. When I asked about my Booking form, she denied of having any such form and refused to acknowledge my payment. Later on I received a call from Mr. Kunal to wait for a few days.

This day I came to know through my Bank (OBC, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi-110094) that Cheque No. 141546 issued towards the above booking (which was reported as lost by the company) presented for clearing. I stopped the payment but it was clear reflection of the malafied intention of the above Builder.

I called Mr. Kunal several times. Many a times he didn’t pick up my calls. Whenever he received my call there was the same story to wait for a few days. No satisfactory answer was received. I smelled the cheating.

In the meanwhile I wrote several e-mails ([protected]@paramountgroup.co.in) and called the office of the Company (Phones[protected] & 4882000) as given on their visiting-card, but there was no response at all.

I tried to call Mr. Kunal to enquire about my flat booking again. After two-three times he began to threat me and said ‘they are not going to refund the money and not to contact him again in this regard again’. I warned him to report the matter to police if my money is not refunded within three working days, he said, ‘do, whatever you want’ and terminated the communication.

I hereby request you to lodge my complaint as an FIR against the forgery, cheating and economic offence towards the Company i.e. Paramount Floraville, Paramount Propbuid Pvt. Ltd, H-123, Sector 63, Noida, (U.P.) as Well Mr. Kunal and do the needful legal procedures in this case.

This will also help several other buyers who may be a victim of such frauds by this builder.

Sir, noida sector-67 ke block - a me bht logo ne inlligal ghuggies bna rakhi h or aate jate logo ko paresan krte h ladai or lootpat jaisi wardat ho rhi h rat ko logo ko rokkr unse batamizi krte h. Kl 8/12/2018 me inki police me complain bhi hui but inme koi change nhi h. So plz ye ghuggi gald se jald hatai jaye. Meri request h aj hi commettee bhejkr inhe yahan se hatwaya jaye.
