Kindly request to you do not power cut 10 to 15 times in a day without any reason.

Sir before I leve at qtr. Of RW division, Jaleswar, At- chalanti, Jaleswar, Balasore, Odisha. But I am trasnfor from that place to Baladire. So I leve my Govt. qtr. and my husbend report at electri office Jaleswar and I also drop my request online for disconnection of electri line from 03.05.2021.I think that was a Govt. qtr. May be other people missuse of my connection. After passing of 2.5 months they didn't take any action about disconnection. Sir pl. help me. I[censored] want I also send u my online copy.

But in our area most of times power cut is going on continuously. So our work is effecting with power cut. If we will call to electric office they are not going to listen anything .So please take action against the Sergarh Electric Dept office

Dear sir/madam, I am Surendra Kumar Nayak beg to state that I am applied for new connection, at the month of January 2021, but still now I can't got any facility your sides.it is commercial but by mistakes I applied domestic.i already paid 3, 635 for new connection still now who also not come for verification and not called me therefore I request you to kindly give me suggestion how this problem will be shutout and I get my connection and how it is possible to change domestic to commercial connection.

This is a humble request please do not cut electricity during mid night.. It's being a severe problem in locality... Please resolve this problem.

I am Kalandi Charan Pradhan having a consumer no[protected] of your nesco utility. Before a year I have fetching a issue in my monthly electric bill that is meter rental charges of Rs.40/-(Forty Online). I want to know that when the meter was installed in my home I had been paid the full amount of meter cost to you installer person. When I pay the amount I was asked him to give me the purchase bill of meter but they didn't give me the purchase bill. Till from period to current month period I have paid the meter rental charges. Many times I was go to nearest electric office regarding this matter but no positive result not found yet. Meter installer person fraud with me very badly. Kindly Look into my problem and shutout it as soon as possible.

Its to hereby inform you that myself & my family all are staying outside Odisha from last so many years. We are having a consumer No :[protected]. My house was taken care by a care taker who has shifted to his own house from last three years. Therefore the house was completely locked from Oct 2018 to Feb 2021 & Since the electric meter was installed by Electric Dept inside the house therefore the readings were not taken. From Oct 2018 to Feb 2021, NESCO has charged some fix amount 570 to 610 INR. When i came to know about this from your ODISHADISCOMS.COM portal then i did coordinate with NESCO concern & one electric meter was installed outside my house wall. Six Consecutive Readings are also taken & now on the basis of average consumption & amount i want to regularize the arear amount which are generated where as practically the consumption is negligible.

Regarding this also i have talked in your TOLL FREE NO:[protected] & explained the concern Maam in Details & COMPLAINT NO:[protected] was also generated & it was given assurance to me that "Don't worry sir. Your problem will be sorted out & resolved on immedieate effect". But all of my sicere efferts are going in vein.

Sir since myself is staying abroad therefore practically its not possible to go over there to odisha at the present Covid-19 pandemic & comply all these formalities.

Therefore its a humble request to go through the details & arrange to waive off the arrear amount for which bill has been generated.

My minimum bill is 500 every month, the bill for the month of May has come to 3000 rupees, when I talked to the head of the office, he will not be able to say that 3000 rupees will have to be paid please head check my bill meter.

Hi Team,

We are the villagers of Dihapal, block:Bari, Jajpur are facing unnecessary power cut all time . Even we have complain near the office, the JEE said as we have less consumer they are not focusing on us. We have 80 house in our village and don't understand what the meaning of less consumer. Sometime we went with electric man to help putting poll also where as its not our duty that we don't mind .We request you check this matter As soon as possible, if this will not being fixed, i will put all our problem in social media to fix it which will gives bad reputation .And one more things from last 30 yrs the electric wires not being changed here. So we requesting you to look into this matter ASAP.

Transformer burnt 29/05/2021 but till date no 100kv transformer installed in our village.

Our house have 3 nesco meters.
One of which have phase line problem due to heavy wind.
Today 06th June 2021, from 2:30 pm to till now 8:30 pm, there is no supply line in one of our meter of a/c no.[protected] of padhuanpada region of balasore district, Odisha.
Please do something.

Regretfully I want to say that the transformer from where my connection has been given has damaged and presently unserviceable. No body of the electric office is listening the complain and receiving the telephone numbers.
most of the all the consumers are living in dark .

So kindly replace the transformer at the earliest please or repair the same if the company is not able to replace the same .
