Northern Railways — Non-refund of e-ticket cancellation.

Dear sir,
I had booked e-ticket through IRCTC website portal with following particulars.
Ex. Aligarh jn. to New- Delhi for 02 persons in 2AC for journey date[protected] in Magadh Express.PNR.[protected].But as the train was late indefinitely(more than 03hours, we could not perform the journey and applied for full refund of ticket amount as per rules, by filling TDR on[protected].TDR ref no.[protected].But inspite of repeated reminders to IRCTC.and Chief Claims Officer N.R. I have not received my refund yet.Therefore it is requested to get my refund processed. Thank you.
