Hello Sir / Madam My self Shabab Haider Rizvi from Lucknow ( U.P.) INDIA Acknowledgement No.- [protected] Mobile no.[protected] e mail id- [protected]@gmail.com My complaint is regarding dispatch an actually I submitted an application for change my name which printed on PAN CARD S.H.RIZVI change with SHABAB HAIDER RIZVI. After changed name on PAN CARD it dispatched by you through BLUE DART courier but it’s not received and when I checked the status by waybill no. of BLUE DART its shows that address not completed and shipment was returned to shipper. How it is possible while I received it on same address at first time its came to my. They want landmark in address which I can't provide because the same address already printed on my passport, Driving license, voter id, Bank a/c. How I can change it.
