This is a big fraud online company and a service never to be trusted. I ordered medicines online as per price indicated and made payment online to arrange supply. After more than one month of chasing them after payments, I was told that the cost of medicines I had ordered had increased in this one month and I would need to pay some more money to process the order.
I refused to pay additional payment and told them to reduce quantity and Thye agreed to arrange. Then after a Long wait again, I was told that the medicines I ordered needed prescription. After 2 months since full payments made, I finally gave up hopes and told them to refund. They asked for my bank details for refund and assured me that in 5-6 working days the money would be returned. But it has been more than 2 weeks but no money has come into my account.

I have been cheated by this company and hope other consumers read this and never order any medicines from them to avoid being cheated. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE MEDICINES FROM THIS FRAUDSTER.

I ordered from this site twice, but never received any of the ordered medicines. After complaining several times, on the first occasion the company just stopped responding. On the second occasion, after threatening to report their business, i actually received a so-called "refund initiated" email, but up to date, two weeks later, nothing was refunded to my account.

I have ordered thyroid energy order# 707558 value 1600.14 inr on 20/07/16 and paid via netbanking after 4 days i called i have not received your product, they said it will come from us and it will take 15 days. I am again call on 04/08/16, they said another 15 days, again called on 08/19/16, i asked for refund, they said give me 7 to 10 days, after that again called on 09/01/16 again asked for one week and deny to refund money. Again called on 09/09/16 denied for refund and i ask to mail them if they unable to deliver by 09/16/16, they will refund my money. On 09/17/16 they mailed me a transcritoin id from payuformoney taht they refunded my money. But as of now on 09/29/16 i have not get my money back.

Updated by Parveenk78 Order# 707558, paid online 1600.14 INR via hdfc netbanking for Thyroid Energy on 20/07/16, they excuses product was out of stock and will come from US after deny refund as they have ordered their product. At last after 2 months long time they ready for refund on 09/16/16. They mailed me a fake transcrition ID and said your refund had been generated and showing a deduction to 1543.00, but original refund never made to my account as of 09/29/16.

My order no. 922227 is on hold from last 3 weeks. I have contacted them 5 times. Everytime they give different reasons. They say that medicine rate has increased and after few days they say give prescription. I have mail of such communication between us. I think this medical store is bluff.please look in to the matter because I think they are fraud.

I ordered Baidyanath Balaristha online for 331 RS. The items were not delivered to me. I followed up with them 3-4 times. They said the amount will be refunded, but i have not received any refund. Its a fraud company they take money and never deliver product please dont order anything online in that website. I ordered amway gelzyme now they are saying its out of stock. Even after repeated calls they are not refunding the money. I am complaining to cyber police. Guys u ppl also do the same

This https://omsi.in/ website is selling any kind of medicines without prescription. As per the act "drugs and cosmetics act, 1940", such drugs like sleeping pills should not just be sold over-the-counter without the consumer producing a prescription. Please find the attached screenshot. I attempted buying restyl 1 mg tablets without any prescription and it went successful for 15 tablets (More than a strip).
If someone who is committing to suicide can easily get strip of sleeping pill. This is very dangerous. So i request someone to take action on them and save people.

It is to say that i had ordered for purchase of aglofit 2 units (a dietry food supliment) on 25/6/16 to online medical store india and advance payment of 364.60 rs. as there was no option of cash on delivery. on 8th of july i sent a mail to the above store, inquiring about the delivery of my ordered product against which they are asking me for different documents which was not demanded at the time of placing the order or making payment. at the question of refunding my paid amount, the full amount is not being refunded to me.

I ordered '6' "frolix syndet bar 75 gm" from the website omsi.In on 21st june, 2016. It has been a week and the product is still not delivered to me. I tried to track my order but it only shows the status as 'processing' and no other details are shown. Also there is no option such as 'cancel order' available on the website. I tried calling the customer care number [protected] but it is switched off. I am beginning to worry that this website is "fake". It has costed me rs.925.30. I request the company to deliver me my product as soon as possible and if this is not possible then atleast refund the money within a week.

I made my transaction april 29, 2016 to buy a femistra tablet but until now nothing was shipped to my transactions they keep on saying that it will be ship soon but it takes almost a month but nothing was ship. They don't even response on your email or even my follow up messages on their phone number. It is so dissapointing especially for their international costumer because they are cheater and scammer... Better not to trust this company because they will just collect your money and they will be gone... Shame on you online medical store india! But definitely the indian government should do something about this scammer! Totally fraud!

I has placed above order online at Online Medical Store India (https://omsi.in) for 6 sets of Maxnuron-LC tablet costing Rs.1666/-. However, the said seller dispatched (received on 23.02.2016) Maxnuron LC soft gel capsules instead of tablets which are not as per order. This is to mention here that the seller was contacted immediately after receipt of the wrong medicine for return of the same through e-mail ([protected]@omsi.in) but no response was received till 24.02.2016, 2PM(IST). Moreover, the seller was contacted over phone ([protected]) however the seller insisted for use of wrong medicine they dispatched and cut the phone line. This is to mention here that the seller site also reflected Maxnuron LC tablet not soft gel capsules.
In view of the seller should take return of the medicine dispatched and refund the amount as laid in their online portal.

This website is based in India but touts that it can take international orders. Ordered a medication 3 weeks ago and i also paid for the expedited shipping. They demanded Rs.2000 more since they thought it was shipment will be heavier. I paid that too. They claim they have shipped the product but will not give me a tracking number. At one point, i told them to just keep all the money but at least tell me the truth if they have shipped the product or not. I was ready to move on to another vendor as i needed the medication urgently. They swore they have shipped it and will give me a tracking number within 1 HOUR. I have waited for more than a week and i have not received a number. I have called daily and they always tell me they will send a tracking number within the next 1 hour. They is someone really heartless operating this store who is ready to put out any kind of lies to get out of trouble. I can't believe such a store is allowed to even operate.

If anyone else is reading this, please respond with a better way to get the authorities's attention. They are a scam and need to be stopped.

I called omsi regarding a medicated shampoo.I have been informed that stock is available and even online while placing order the site showed availability of stocks.But while I tried to reach them they didn't pick up my calls.On wats app they told me that stock is not available and also told me to alternate the product.But when I refused and wanted refund they didnt reply ro my calls and messages.I already paid by debit card.Dont know what ro do.
