Sir, i have already ordered medicines by online through debit card payment. His customer support are daily not solutions my problems like delivery status or delivery person contact number. And i was call it's contact number he is not responding my calls. So i requested to all persons no any purchase medicine of this site. It is total fake company...

Placed order for meds, paid full amount + fast delivery charge + 5% tax
Amount = 720 + 500 + 61(5% gateway charge)
Got the response that prescription was not valid and that I can get a refund after paying Rs.500+5% charge of cancellation.

Requested reason for prescription rejection so I could consult with doctor but was told that is not available.

Order not being fulfilled by them, reason not being given and I'm being forced to pay cancellation fee.

This is highly fraudulent behavior. I have written at least 10 mails requesting a refund.
If prescription is necessary, first approval should be taken before payment.

Fraudulent website - i had ordered some bottles of cough syrup from them, prepaid ofcourse. It is more than a month now, and i have not received my product. I have been following up via call and email, and finally they have replied saying that we can only refund 5% of the amount paid, because there is a vendor involved and there are gateway charges. It does not make any sense. Seems they are just involved in cyber fraud!!

Please take appropriate action. I have emails from them to prove this.

I have ordered medicine on 12th of jan 2020 worth rs. 680/ (Including delivery fee its rs. 780/-) and shared them the transfer of funds copy. The product is available by the time i ordered the product and after that, i have called almost daily and they say we do not have any update from the vendor. If i want to cancel the order they say they will deduct 100 rs. This is quite disgusting. Please dont order anything on omsi. This is a fraud site. What i think is, they keep the money in their bank accounts and get interest and some one wants to cancel the order they charge rs. 100 on them. This is a fraud business model. Please dont order any thing omsi. This is a fraud site.

I got information for vehicle alto lxi for sale in car dekho.com reg no ap 16 cv 1972, i contact to given number [protected] and [protected] and deal fixed to 80, 000.

Fraduster is named in id card andraju jaganadham, send his adhar and army liquor id card & pan car as proof, then he said that army courier transportation charges 5150 for vehicle transportation from banglore army office to chitoor, i have transfered the amount of 5150 through sbi online banking on 23 jan 20.

He said that vehicle wil reach to given address by 23/01/2020 8 p. M
I got another call from [protected] named sanjay, he said that pay 12700 for gps, the amount will refundable but i dont paid.

Request you to kindly accept my complaint and take action on them.

Placed an order with online marketplace store india on 01/05/2020 for the above cough syrup for my son. I also paid for expedited shipping as i wanted this urgently. Received confirmation email and followed by another email asking for prescription. Provided them with a copy of the prescription on 01/09/2020 from the doctor on his letter head. On 01/11/2020, received email from them, saying "dear customer, we want to inform you that your prescription has been rejected so we can't process your order". Nothing else. Really, this is what you do to your customer? I started asking questions and finally on 01/16/20 received a reply informing me that the the doctors stamp is missing on the prescription. I informed them that i will speak to the doctor and ask him to put the stamp. Then they are saying "dear customer,
We want to inform you that if once your prescription has been rejected then we can't process the order again." they are saying they can refund the amount only after the deduction of cancellation charges (Rs 2500+5% from the paid amount). I think this is just pure scam. They have not provided any service and they are expecting me to pay them? I wanted to see if it can be resolved here first before proceeding with legal actions.

I have placed an order for supply of olive oil on 26.12.2019 vide order no.2822998. At the time of placing the order or after making payment, nothing was mentioned about any customs duty to be paid by me. On 2.1.2020, i have received am email stating that the item is to be imported from usa and i have to pay customs duty. Since this was not mentioned in the order confirmation, i have asked to cancel and refund the amount. Now, they say to cancel the order, i have to pay rs.150/- plus 5%.

I feel, this is another way of earning money and nothing but a fraud.

Order Ref. No. 2820328, olesan oil, placed on 15th Nov 2019. After repeated follow ups, they said they cannot fulfil the order and will provide a refund. But didn't put this on mail. So I did. They want to deduct some transaction fee which I do not agree with because its a failed transaction and I should not bear the payment gateway charges for a failed transaction. They are holding my money unlawfully for this stupid reason with a templated mail telling me that I'm cancelling the order, but I've been telling them that it's they who are inefficient and cannot fulfill the order. Please block the site and serve a FRAUD NOTICE

This website is a scam. Kindly refund me the full amount to my bank account, or else i will take legal and strict action you, and a case will also be filed with cbi and police...

What prescription do you want? What is all this nonsense about? I ordered a herbal product, amrit shakti diamond capsule for men... There is no prescription for these ayurvedic medicines... Order ref. No. 2821423

I have received so many fake calls from many numbers when i started to do online business on fb marketplace
The person call from this no [protected] and saying that i am doing online payment on google pay for your product
And as k me to accept that but the request was to accept to pay them means that i will accept and enter my pass to pay amnt in them account this is seriously fraud

I have received msg to accept the payment req by them and ask me to enter my pin to pay them forcefully

Kindly take high action against them

I have ordered a medicine nearly 15 days back but it has not reached now the are saying order something else i have did payment already so kindly refund my money. Iam totally disappointed from you so please make my complaint necesary and refund my money as soon as possible please its a humble request other wise i have to knock the doors of consumer court

This is to inform the general public to desist henceforth from buying any product from this company (Omsi.in); else you will ultimately be defrauded. You will be risking your money, valuable time and the product. You may never get the product and you may never get your money back. For almost a year i bought a product called gardena 30mg, but i never got the product or the money back despite constant interaction to establish why, but there was no cogent reason whatsoever. Right now they have stopped totally responding to me.

I have been calling them for almost every day since the last 2 weeks.. No response at all.

Call got answered today and i was told that my medicines are not in stock and i have to wait more.. Also if i want to cancel. I will have to pay 100 plus 5%.

Thos is their inability to supply. Why should i bear the 100 plus 5%. Tomorrow, they might make customers wait 1 year and say it is company policy.

I got a blunt answer, saying do whatever you want. You won't get the money back.

Omsi is a complete fraud. I ordered a product and paid in full (Including 5% paytm plus rs100 surcharge). After 3 hours, an email came saying that “product arrangement will take approx 3-4 weeks & 1% chance is there that your product may get stuck in the custom so in that case custom clearance charge will be paid by you, also in case if it gets stuck then it may take more than one month approx time to arrange this product.” i cancelled,...

I have placed an order in omsi.in and paid the amount online.
I have sent required prescription which they have asked and after that no update from them.
I have tried calling customer service number#91-[protected], No proper response and sometime even they will not lift the call.
So i have whatsapp to cancel my order. No response.
Again i sent whatsapp message to cancel my order and informed them if they are not going to cancel i will complain.
Again i have called them for cancellation, Now they are saying Rs 100 cancel charges and 5% on total amount will be deducted for processing the refund.
WITHOUT providing any service even after the multiple follow up, they are charging me.
This is cheating site, please do not order.
If any such mandatory documents required, please do not allow the customer to place the order without the requirement documents.

I would like to lodge complaint against a Medical Store – Vidharbha medical Shop, chaman shahwali, University Road, Camp Amravati.444602 Maharashtra.

There is no person with D-Pharm/B-Pharm in that medical shop and if doctor prescribed one medicine, they are giving some other medicine.

And very Important think "Medical Area Space"
This medical shop area space is very small, By Indian Government Pharmacy Rule medical Area Space 107.686 square feet . But this medical shop area space is very small, this medical is not eligible for Rules of area space / square Feet.
"Rules are Rules", How permits this medical?
This medical Shop is Illegal to rules of area space/ Square Feet.

please take needful action against this medical Shop.

I have ordered various items from this site (https://omsi.in) in January 15, 2019 (order #2810971). I have made the payment immediately, yet nothing happened. I sent them more than 20 emails asking about my order, yet they did not answer. After informing them that I will file a complaint against them to the Delhi Digital Police of the Ministry of Home Affairs, they told me to be patient and understand them that they had some problems with their orders.
On April 10, they sent me the following message:

”Dear Customer,

We had already shipped your order from our end but may be due to some
custom issues your packet got stuck, we have already contacted our
agent regarding this issue and will surely be sorting out this issue
as soon as possible.

It proved that they lied again, as nothing happened since then. I did not receive my order and I want a refund. This kind of behaviour cannot be tolerated.
I think it is time for all the people deceived by this company to act.
