I placed an order over 6 months ago, but there is no response even now, online cheating website

Dear sir/madam,
I haven't reached my product in a year. So the service of your staff class is very bad. Now I have no use for that product. Please return my money (525/-) with courtesy. Never do that to anyone again. Do not play the game of medicine. Please return my money to me. This is my Humble Request. And i attached my order number and date..

Ordered for a medicine and paid online on 11-april-2020. Same day, after payment, received an email stating that service is not available due to lockdown. Today, after more than three months, received an email asking for more payment (Rs.113) because of increased price. Additionally, they asked to pay rs.400 for dtdc courier charges.

This is a fraud agency and looting people in broad daylight.

Pl remember many times people order for some life-saving medicines hoping to receive in time. This is serious crime and should be hung.

I booked medicine online on 20 march 2020 for amount 2771, but they didn't send me any medicine. Whenever i ask for status or update for medicine, they are not responding even they blocked my number. When i putted in what's up chat, they are not responding. It has been over more than 4 months. But still. I am not able to understand their behaviour, i think they are making us fool. They seems cheater. Could you plz help on this.

I placed order[protected] dated 10th july 2020 on online marketplace store india for medicines and paid rs. 2958.77 in advance as per the prices indicated on its website. After that they suddenly asked for prescriptions (E-mail was by some suspicious name maddy). I sent my prescriptions through e-mail and whatsapp in response to the so called maddy. They remained silent after that. I started sending e-mails and whatsapp messages to them. Maddy then asked me to give the names of medicines to check the status with the venders. This is really strange. All the information pertaining to the purchase must be available with them with respect to the purchase order. Still, i sent the details of the medicine. After a long time i have received the following e-mail from them:

I am afraid, if i pay the additional amount of rs. 523, they will swallow that amount as well and much more in future. This is a fraudester company. Please do something to get this banned and the person running it should be put behind bars.

They are # who take money and they forget u. I wonder why isnt this site down by now. I am complaining to every # authorities possible. Its been more than a week i ordered. The order hasnt been shipped yet. No response from that # customer care 92662......

After reading all these complaints i came to know this omsi team is practicing to fool customers since 2017.

In cart checkout, only pay on delivery available. I paid rs. 1244.

After 2days i received a mail for prescription.

To know what is the reason i called cc care.

Is this the way you guys run a company.

Crm is the most important tool to handle.

If you guys decided to fool all customers and loot all their money, at end definetly you guys will pay for it.

1st thing as entrepreneur company, your team need to respond to customer.

I need my issue to be resolved. When will i get the product.

When will you guys lift the phone.

I have placed an order for oxyvit 19 capsule and i got the information that product is not available. I requested them for the refund. But it's been a month i haven't received any response after so many reminders.

I request you to take an immediate action and process my refund of rs. 503.48 asap.

This is not the first time, i have faced this issue so many times with this omsi link. They would mention in the portal that the product is available and make the customers do the online payment as mandate and never deliver the product nor they do the refund. Please take a necessary action for this.

I am calling u regularly after short intervals, your no is either unreachable or busy??? This is ridiculous? I think its my biggest fault to trust you a corrupt website whose work is only to cheat people. Not a single customer is happy with you. All reviews are negative

I have requested for cancellation of [order #2833089] (March 6, 2020) and cost of 670₹ + 250₹ (Urgent delivery) but not initiated refund process until today (March 20, 2020). As it was urgently required but i didn't get any confirmation email or msg about product delivery on that time, expect one that was about accepting order. Even i called many times tried to contact via whatsapp even each time my text was received but didn't get any response. Finally i purchased from offline store and requested cancellation. Through all of this i was almost on emergency spot.
So first if you are not able to control urgent delivery please don't play like this in pharmacy.
2nd i am a student so 1000₹ mean a lot for me and please initiate refund process as soon as possible.
And ensure me you aren't fraud.

Order 2832578 dt 03 mar. Prescription was asked after placing the order. I told them it is not available. Today they told we arranged it from vendor without prescription but you have to paid 82 more rupees. Then i told them to cancel the order as because 14 days already passed but they told me to deduct rs 100+5% order value. I agreed but then they refused to cancel and refund. Either refund my full money or i ll go to court. Decision is yours.

I have placed an order #2831984 for purchase of medicine on dt. 29.02.2020. On dt. 5th march, 2020 i have enquired about the status of my order, in response on dt. 6th march, 2020 they asked for prescription and id proof. I have provided the prescription and id proof on 6th march, 2020. On 11th march i again enquired about my order but there was no response till date.
