I have made an order of carnitine tablets on 29 november from omsi.in. I paid 621 rupees on 29 november via paytm gateway and [protected] this is my transaction id. But till now they didnt responded to any of my call or mail. Their mail system is disabled too. Please look forward to this. I am attaching the mail that they sent to me on 29 november

I had ordered for 3 strips of tablets and was provided a order number. The amount was deducted from my account a sum of rs.892/- viz dated 2nd dec. But till today no tracking detail has been provided. Their website said in stock. Whenever i try to call the number ([protected]) no one answers. Sent them emails, messages, whatsapp but no reply. I feel its a fraud company. Please look into the matter or else ill file a complaint at the earliest

I ordered a product on 23nov... Up until now (2 dec) it still has the status processing... Ive contacted them time and again via mail, whassapp i have still havent got any response... So give me back my money back thieves!!! Im so pissed off right and now i want a refund

I placed an order for renali tablets on 01 november. On 12th november, i sent a mail asking when they will send my product. They replied saying the product is not available and whether i want my money back. They did not have the decency to inform me until i asked. I agreed for the refund which i still have not received. I doubt i will ever see that money again.

Please never order from this site. They do not understand the urgency and importance of timely delivery of medicines. Neither are they professional.

I had orderd breo scalp massager through online medical store india on 1-8-2017. I paid an amount of rs 7599.5 through neft. After one day customer service acknowledged me that money received successfully. But, after one hour their representative called me and said ordered item price increased need to pay extra amount. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I had provided them with my bank details. Now they are telling, they can't credit my money through online bank transfer. They want me to provide my paytm number. So please take necessary action to get my money back. The people operating that site are complete are complete fraudsters. Its been 3 months, no update from their side. Every time, i have to call and they will reply like, money will be credited in 2 days. But they aren't returning my money back. Please do save my hard earned money.

I ordered from onlinemedicalstore.com two shampoos with order id[protected] on sept 17, 2017 and paid 417rs only. After that till now there is no news from them. Even if i call them there is no response not they ans back mail or call. Now they have blocked my phone number. Don't know how this scam is running openly and no action is taken against them

On the omsi website, i had paid for 2 strips of restyl for my mother and had provided a prescription on omsi's request (Order number 2580449) on 28th september.
There has been no progress at all nor any action from them since.

Now its been more than 2 weeks and even the prescription wont be valid. They are not taking my calls or responding to mails. After going online, i see many such issues faced by others from omsi, and i am considering complaining against them.

Either send the medicines or refund the money!

After more than 10 days when asked about status they say give some time. I am resident of mumbai still they are not able to process the order. They still want some time without any specific date?

Your service is horrible. Firstly you take Rs 100 delivery charge even for a place like Delhi. On top of it, you charge Rs 70+ as Paytm fee. Then you take 7-10 days to deliver a product to Delhi (even though your branches are all over the country). And then your customer service rep (who sounds like he's on dope) refuses to cancel the order saying the product is available with you, so cancellation is not allowed. Then the next customer service rep says cancellation is allowed, but the charges are Rs 200! I've had a horrible experience and I will never ever recommend your services to anyone.

I ordered brunda soap in online from this omsi medical store before one month. If i call to this they are not responding. I send by mail they respond me that we are thing to get your product but after some days they didn't reply any thing to me. If i make a phone call they didn't lift the call. I tried two numbers. Whats going on. Ithink this is fake company. If you didn't respond to me i will post this in all fb and twitter.
I recommend to all that don't order any thing in this website. I. E omsi medical store. This is fake.

I have placed an order with ref 2570164 on july 17th and my order is still not processed yet. No response to my numerous calls made in an attempt to get an update. They either don't pick the call or its not available or switched off and they don't even respond to the emails sent. Website doesn't even give an option to cancel the order. Such a fraud company. They disconnect my call when i try calling them.
They don't have a basic etiquette to answer the customer call and solve the query. I need my refund. I made a mistake by placing an order in this site. They don't even have a coutertsy to update about their customer order. Such an incompetent site to place an order at.

I placed an order with OMSI on 19/06, and received only one email saying- we have received your payment and a transaction id. Till date (03/07), I have no updates as to where the medicines are. I had ordered a medicine tixylix, shipping address hyderabad but till now havent received even a call/shipping mail from them. Will I ever get the medicines????

If you don't have stock of the particular product why are you showing it in stock on your website.
And even after waiting for so long you have not sent it to us.

You are in a industry which is directly connected to peoples health and you guys are literally playing with people's health or life's by doing such activities. I think its my biggest fault to trust you, which is a corrupt website whose work is only to cheat people. Not a single customer is happy with you. All reviews are negative, it's just ridiculous.

I warn you either send my medicine or refund my money or else i will go to consumer forum. Its my last warning or request whatever suits you.

So return the money to me by paytm on [protected] amount is 822.00

I had placed online order for two bottles of brinolar eye drops on 17/4/2017 and payment of rs.751.00 was made through payumoney of youngistan solutions pvt. Ltd. Against payment id[protected].

Online medical store india replied as under against my order:

"we have received your payment by payumoney (Payment id[protected] and your order is in processing. Once we ship your product we will give tracking no. Thank you for placing an order with us".

However when i did not receive any communication from them about delivery i inquired the status of my order and they replied that the stock is expired and is not available and will not be able to supply the order. I then requested for a refund of my payment, for which they did not reply and i sent reminders for which also they did not reply or refund the money. Request you to please take action against this online store and arrange for refund.

I have placed my order (Order id #1935509) on February 14th. I have payed around 1000 INR. It has been more than 2 months, my order has not been shipped yet. I tried contacting them numerous times, but every time they respond with different reasons. I asked them to refund my money and cancel the order, but they did not respond to it. They are scamming customers.

I request to cancel their licence if any and take down scammers. My hard earned money is gone. Please do something. I have no other ways.

I/we doctors of maternity health care run under govt national rural health mission have purchased medicines(inj fortwin) from omsi because we have got a camp for birth control and there were no medicine available in our local city.As to prevent dissappoint of huge number of patients we ordered from omsi.But fedex courier clearly denied to deliver to the adress coz it there was no branch in our particular zone and returned it to shipper/seller omsi.Since then we are asking for refund but they didnt refund the amount and they said they will deduct 15% from total 8925 rupees.We from our side didnt reject order fedex failed to deliver why you are deducting our money is a big question and when they refund is also a question.I have never been through a frustrating situation like this all credit to omsi and youngistan who are selling scheduled H1(opiod analgesic, psychtropic)drugs in black prices.inj fortwin cost rs 65/box omsi charged rs 800/box..and for 10 boc inc delivery & tax 8925 rs.
we would have never purchased if we had in our pharmacy and we didnt want to dissapoint huge number of patient so for a good reason we ordered from omsi but we have paid very huge price our camp was cancelled lot of patients were disappointed and frustrated.
still waiting to get refund amount.

These guys are scam artists I ordered the medication a month ago via their system, submitted the prescription as they asked also got a confirmation that they have received the money but no replies after that. I would strongly suggest to stay clear from this website as they are scam artist who are just trying to make money out of people and not deliver the medication I would not recommend you to buy from this site.

I purchased medicine on this website on 13th Feb and they told it will take 4-5 days. I enquired through phone they told me the stock expired. Every time I contact them their answer is that it will take 4-5 days. when I asked for refund they did not reply to my mail now. In between they told that the medicine is not available so we may provide substitute and I said OK. They told to pay 67 more rupees and I had already paid 454 rupees. My order I'd is 1935447. I paid a total of 521 rupees.

I paid Rs 11006/- on 06.02.2017 for 4 bottles of fertilaid and paid through pay you money and the merchant is Youngistan business solutions Pvt limited for online medical store india . I contacted online medical store India and cancelled the order same day as I do not have prescription. OMSI agreed to refund the amount after deductiong 10%. Till date i.e.21.02.2017 I did not get refund. The only reply I get is it will take 5-6 working days. Pl help

This website is fraud. I placed the order on 6th feb. 2017 and my order ID is[protected] for the four bottles of 250 ml of patanjali-lohasava (ayurvedic medicine) . The total price is Rs.335. They did not send any email regarding payment made successfully message after the product was ordered. I have called them several times. Firstly they responded through Email saying that they don't have product and the same was not shown on the website while making the payment that the product is out of stock. They told to deliver the product within 4 days. But now its 11 days, I have sent the mail regarding the product delivery or refund the amount. They claim that the product would be delivered within 1-7 days. Now they have stopped receiving the calls and responding to Emails. Please help to resolve this issue.
