I have done wrong payment rs. 8900 dated 3-april-19 to mobile paytm no.[protected]Mohan).
And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank..
Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.

      Hi,

      I have ordered the medicine gibil 40mg, they said they need prescription, i had send the prescription.in the prescription the medicine name is ginkocer, same combination and alternate medicine is gibil. After 3 days they are saying no stock and need prescription for gibil and they ask me to cancel and after i cancel they will deduct rs. 100 and refund my money. I didn't do any mistake and it is not mention in the website clearly. Thanks

        Disappointed with the return policy.. Was use to keeping stock of routine medicine for 45 days from the last 4-5 yrs.. Incidentally the doctor changed one of the medicines which was showing side effects on me. I asked these guys to make a correction in the monthly supply of medicines and to return and replace one medicine in the whole list which was denied and even the return medicine was refused because it was 31 days against pharmeasy 30 days return policy. I would like to bring it to your notice, when some one is using a medicines on regular basis for last 3-4 yrs it is a practise to keep such medicines in stock and if there is some changes in the routine medicines as prescribed by the doctor, it has to be accounted for and considered when reviewing return policy. The strips lying with me will just go waste because i asked for a return on the 31st day... I am indeed disappointed with the response i get from pharmeasy. The medicines which was to be returned still have it's exp date as 06/2020.

          We have ordered 10 strips of cadigut capsules on 1 dec 2018.
          We have paid amount 1050. Company send us mail of repayment of 1050, and notify us that they had refunded us previous amount ie 1050 which is not received yet. It seems to be fraud. Please take immediate action against this fraud taken by this company. There are many complaints regarding refund of fees taken by this company on internet.

              The first purchase arrived in a month but the second product of mine code : 2805199 hasn't reached me yet. Whenever i ask for tracking details or status update i get a lame excuse "its stuck with customs". I[censored] see i have ordered this product 2nd september 2018 & today is 26th october 2018!               Online medical store India!! WHen I ordered for a product, they are recommending a different product saying stock isn't available.When I ask for a refund after cancellation, they are not refunding my money, the reason they are giving is payment gateway failed.
              Such a worst service.Please don't buy any product from this online store.

                  This is not a complaint actually. I faced difficulty when I tried to get products online. I couldn't find a legitimate website to order medicines. I have seen some other websites and in the same way this too. I was confused and in a dilemma if I could believe any. I ordered from here, got my medicines delivered in 7 days . I don't know if it worked for any of you. But, all I can say is It worked for me the one time I have ordered. Lack of all reviews will put us in a helpless situation. So I've put my experience here.

                    I tried ordering a couple of items in early august through omsi and they accepted payment for such. Following this i only received a mail more than a week after placing the order asking for my prescription. Shouldn't the site make allowances to submit the prescription while paying! I had to wait for a week just for them to ask me for the documentation.

                    They hadn't shipped it and delayed my delivery. What's the point of medication buying online if you can't deliver it when it's required. I have since purchased it from a more reliable company which allowed verification of the prescription on the site itself and in person.

                    I have asked for a refund and the support team has blatantly ignored the mail.

                    Kindly see to the refund immediately else i'm sure everyone here wouldn't mind taking stronger action against this site.

                        I ordered some medicines from the website OMSI (online medical store ) operative.On the time of order the show the availability of product now on a product.It was over 15 days that I didn't receive the goods.
                        I have paid amount costing Rs.2149 through credit card.After 15 days of rigorous follow-up they are asking to pay Rs.1400 additional for delivery.It is fraud website.
                        Now the website is sending customs slip in an email mentioning about extra payout.
                        The email id also mentioned in their response communication the mail bounce back that is [protected]@youngistanonline.com & wtsapp goes unanswered.

                          I have not heard from online marketplace store india, formerly known as online medical store india, since 8 january 2018, regarding a refund for a failed order.

                          I have paid a total of rs.4935.00 including shipping.

                          They were not able to supply the product ordered and told me they would email me regarding the refund status. This was on 18 january. I have not received any communication since then.

                          I am very surprised as i have ordered from them in the past with no problem.

                          I had visited on osmi.in website and order medicine.. while selecting and processing for payment no prescription asked on website.. so I order medicine and online payment done.. I mailed to osmi and ask for delivery .. then after 3 month I raised for refund but till now I didn’t get proper response and refund Also .. very bad service.. don’t cheat customers.. shutdown your website..

                            I have ordered for 2 medicated hair gel from their site and paid an amount of rs.2730 for the same while booking on dec 3rd 2017. They did not provide any details regarding the product for a month. So i got sceptical and when enquired continuously for a week they said the product was unavailable. For this itself it took more than a month. When enquired about the refund, they never give a proper response. They never attend the call, if attended they will not give a proper solution. They never respond to mail either. These people are fraudulent. After continuous mails and calls also they give lame reasons like paytm is not processing the refund and so on. These people cheat others money. It has been close to 2 months now and i am yet to recieve any refund. Never ever buy anything from their site. They are frauds. Still waiting for my refund.

                              I have order an item (Minoxidil solution) order id : 2586997 from omsi.in on 1st jan 2018. But so far i have not received the item and also i couldn't able to track my order current status. I called to the customer care and sent so many mails to them but so far haven't received any reply from them. They are very irresponsible and rude with the customer. Kindly do it needfully.

                              I havn't received the item so far and the amount has been deducted from my account. The people who are are working under omsi' are not responding properly. I have already called & mailed them many times but no one is responding properly. Kindly do it needfully,

                              I purchased a product in Online Marketplace Store India [OMSI] on 14th March 2017, my Payment ID[protected]. But till now i don't receive my product. I am so tired of writing so many continues mails and calls made to him. But no response from them. So kindly take necessary action and do needful for me.

                                I have ordered for gibson finger tip pulse oximeter vkb0024 from http://www.industrybuying.com on 16/12/17.

                                Order number:[protected].

                                But received a cheap chinese product without any instructions and user manuals. Raised a return on 24/12/17 request id re05c3c7a60f. No response from them other than request id which is an automated message.

                                When i added the product to my cart, i received many calls to complete the purchase, but after the purchase not even a single mail on my request.

                                    Online medical store india,

                                    I have ordered medicine under your order no. 2585275 and paid total amount thereto, a week ago.

                                    On tracking of my order on your website it is showing status "processing" from the day one to as on date.

                                    I tried to call you on your numbers but either it is going busy or if lucking started ringing no one is picking. It is really matter of concern.

                                    Please revert urgently, either you delivery my order or refund my money within a week, otherwise i will file complaint against you.
                                    Am chose the one colour combination and u send me the another combination . So that I want to re-plcement or refund .as soon as possible... i[censored] can't solve my problem so please return my money...

                                      This is in reference to the purchase. Now they neither answer my call nor message nor reply to my email. They say they have refunded my money. But neither do i have got a refund nor do they have my bank details.

                                      Sir I have booked BK Diamond capsule quantity 2 from online medical store on 25 Dec 17. My Oder no is 2586537 costing rs 357 including all texes. I paid this amount. But I have not gett my product till date.
